I was treated with such kindness and professionalism that if I could give 20 stars I would give them without thinking, my respect for this company

I waited in line for 30 min , but loaded for 10 min

My appointment time 23:00 i made ot here 23:12 put me in waiting line now its 09:00 and still waiting

I got out of my truck and forgot to put my hard hat back on then necor called my company.The loader by the name of Cabin(or something that sound like that) did remind me to put it on but they still tried to get me fired

Never take appointment at 8 or later arrived at 6-30, at 7 asked to scale, now 10-15 not loaded yet, bunch of trucks in lane, an then I need to be loaded, then chained up, and finally go somewhere to sleep, at what time boss?

Great place to load at. Does have occasional busy times. Most of the time it's in and out but I have been there 5 hours trying to load because there were 20 trucks in front of me.

Picked up a load of I-beams going to Chicago. I've got to say 1st Sarah called me (That's right. She called me) to setup my pickup time she was very professional & polite. 2nd Got in right on time to get my load. 3rd Got my total weight ticket & paperwork at the exit in a very fast & orderly manner. 4th signage & directions where clear & concise. I wise every pickup was like this. Nucor steel rocks!!

This is a horrible company to come pick up at. They are very incompetent in doing their jobs. It does not take a rocket science to put the correct phone number on their page or provide the correct phone number to their brokers.

Park on the right side of the access road, get full PPE, walk to the guard house to check in.

Y tarp when it sit out side its already rusty and loading takes a little bit

In and out. Nice folks to deal with in scale and fork lift drivers. Especially since this the first time I been here.

Great American company from products to loaders. A crew Taylor operators are the Best!

Caution! Inadequate people work in the company where the weighing takes place! I wanted to call the police, only then they started behaving like people. I decided not to waste time on them, but be careful! Employees at the weigh-in compromise with their furious and disrespectful behavior.

Good shipper! Easy in/out process, follows appt times and quick loading. Flatbeds get steel coils or steel beams. Overnight parking allowed!

Dispatch will set an appt more than 24hrs ahead of when Load is actually ready. Call and ask about load time before accepting. Otherwise good paying loads if you time it right. They understand the value of a quality driver and aren't afraid to comp you properly. Not many mega carrier drivers here, they prefer owner/operator or small company.

24 hr facility, but nobody is in at the scale house! This is frustrating! Now is 01:44 am and i m waiting somebody to come. Lady from check in house is very rude! Don t recommend this company!!!
