The lounge is comfortable, but I felt like the girls at the cashier's office were not very friendly. Due to the recent fires, they didn't have enough staff. So, it took over 2 weeks to get my car back. Luckily, I qualified for a free rental, but it would have been bad without it. Getting in contact with the service specialist was also a hastle. Furthermore, when I got my car back it had layers of dust on it. I remember they used to offer a carwash. Lastly, the price of the work done was fairly high, and this after the check-up fee was supposedly waived. I might not go back unless I really have to.
