Galaxy hotel complex is a beautiful property with almost all top end brands. The Diamond and Crystal lobbies are one of its kind. The star attraction remains the Grand Resort Deck with wave pool, rapids, slides etc.

Pros:
1. Large modern room with nice views.
2. Spacious and luxurious bathroom.
3. Complimentary minibar and pringles.
4. Shuttle bus service.
5. Excellent grand resort deck.

Cons:
1. Charging a deposit fee of HKD 2500 per room (even though complete stay is fully pre paid) is absurd.
2. No Indian restaurant in whole Galaxy complex. We have to go to hotel Venetian for Indian food.
3. A bad incident happened with us on Grand Resort Deck's Rapids River Ride:
My 6 year old son was trying to get into the tube and accidentally got carried away by the water current. My wife was shouting at the guards to stop my son but they didn't respond. Even my son was crying and was losing his grip on the tube. In spite of all this happening the life guards were least interested in helping us. This went on till almost 3 life guards were crossed. Finally I dived into water stream and got hold of my son to save him from drowning. There was also no one at the starting point of ride to assist guests in getting on the tube or giving them general instructions. The quality assurance manager later assured me of solutions to prevent such issues from happening again.
Still I'd advise you to take extra care of your kids especially on grand resort deck.
