My property manager, Larissa Todd, has always provided a very high level of service. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and highly skilled in dealing with tenants. Larissa is effective and efficient and gets every job done!

Over the past 7 years, I have dealt with many different real estate agencies in Kalgoorlie as both a landlord and as a tenant. The rest of the agencies pale in comparison to the team at the Professionals. My Property Manager Doris has been managing my investment property for the past 2.5 years. She is reliable, honest and has kept me up to date with my property. I have peace of mind that my investment is in good hands and I would suggest this to other landlords who both live in Kalgoorlie or elsewhere to consider making this team your first choice.

I put an application for a rental property, after a week I was informed that the owner had already rented the house! and the property is still being advertised!!!

I have two residential units managed by Professionals Platinum Kalgoorlie. The team do a fabulous job of ensuring the properties are well maintained and that we have great tenants. I have peace of mind knowing that both the properties and tenants are in great hands.

I have used other property managers before and what the Professionals Platinum do particularly well is ensure that the quality of their property management services are in place with all their staff. This means that the service levels are not dependant on any one person. Because sometimes great people do move on, but I have the assurance that my properties are still being managed to a high level because of the systems and procedures in place. Jamie-Leigh Matla is very responsive and understands my property inside out! Great business to go through!

Jessica and the professionals team were amazing when selling our family home recently. There were a few issues that cropped up during the settlement period and they were resolved quickly. It has been difficult during the past 5 years to get responses to my phone calls and emails. Everything feels reactive rather than proactive. Every few months you will have a new property manager without notification - phone in with a query to find your old property manager 'left a few months ago' but no-one informed us = no continuity with someone who is familiar with the property. Terrible routine inspection reports - we live in Perth and this is our only link to our property, not enough photos and very scant information. Unfortunately for these reasons they no longer have my business.

We have dealt with the Professionals for over 25 years and at all times they have been professional and very friendly to deal with. I've bought a few houses through them over the years and each transaction was smooth and hassle free. They are a great local business who support other local businesses.

If you're renting in kalgoorlie pray Jessicah Holland is your rental manager. Rented plenty of places with plenty of real estate agents and Jessicah was comfortably the best. Always very prompt, polite and friendly.

We have had our investment property managed by two other real estate agents in Kalgoorlie and it was not a pleasant experience. 3rd time lucky we tried Professionals Kalgoorlie and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Very thorough tennant checks and inspections, prompt and professional communication on any issue's and super helpful staff. A set and forget style property management which is perfect for those not living in the Goldfields.

Recently I purchased a property in Kalgoorlie and then went looking for a Property Manager. I did the research and Professionals Platinum came out on top - they were well priced (not the cheapest) and offered really good service for their fee.
