Easier to navigate than Volume One. Multiple bus lines make it a breeze to get to.

Stop in and get your hokie gear here. Also a great place to get your textbooks for college. Newly remodeled inside, so it looks a lot different now. Everyone who works here is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of electronics also.

As other reviewers had pointed out, this place is overpriced on almost every single item. The selection is not better than somewhere else such as walmart, I mean sadly. The good part is that it is part of UMall so access is easy.

Items nice but overpriced as mentioned in previous reviews. My problem was with manager who is rude and arrogant. Overheard mocking a customer. Not nice. Should not be working with public.

This is one of the few places you can buy Hokies gear that actually has adequate parking.

Nice collection of Virginia Tech memorabilia for visitors. The rest of the store is mostly text books and other supplies for students.

Big store, an uplifting experience!

Almost a Macy s for Virginia Tech gear. They sell textbooks, computers, etc for college students. Very rare for them to be busy from what I ve seen, but they have good service and a good selection of things. Since they re affiliated with VT, they sometimes hold events such as Beamer Ball signings, where Frank Beamer, former head coach of VT Football, comes down and autographs whatever gear you want him to sign.

Finally had a chance to get back here and visit, since I graduated in 2008. Fond memories of this place, and the University Mall that's attached. Always a great selection of Hokie memorabilia, supplies, and textbooks. In a great location, if not already on campus or downtown.

The books are well-organized and it's easy to find what you are looking for. The staff are well-mannered and will assist you the best way possible.

Lots of official university apparel, plus books required for courses.

I am not a hokie supporter but my wife is and therefore my wallet seems to come out much lighter every time. The store offers a nice range of hokie items. The added benefit of having a clinique beauty counter in there means a double hit to the wallet. Staff and students working always are helpful.

Can't imagine a VT Pamplin Scool grad had the absolutely brilliant business acumen deciding to close at 3pm on a Friday and not opening again till 10am Monday! Head over to Campus Emporium on Main St downtown. Prices are better there too.
