I placed an order on maha sale ,my money got deduc...

I placed an order on maha sale ,my money got deducted from my bank and ''order was successful placed '' like this I got a popup after placing an order. But it's not showing in active orders all my frds getting orders delivered mine was not visible in my orders.
What will i do plz suggest me. I m trying to contact u but nobody replying.
