I ordered a pair of t shirts and 2 jeans with them...

I ordered a pair of t shirts and 2 jeans with them on28 November but till now I have not received my both jeans except for the t shirts I have paid rs1568 for this order but they don't care to reply nor to SMS not to mail as they don't care much if they could they would have replied but no it is not the case nothing is updated I got awb number in which 2 time they have called back the parcel which was in transit not even getting reply where is my order and their founders come to our office for investment I will take this complain to my Superior and tell to them not to trust such guys with money who knows even it will too disappear someday.
Don't trust such apps who don't have customers care numbers credibility and liability towards their customers and clients.
