Future Buildings did everything promised on time and within budget. They responded quickly to my questions - a great group of people! Our carport looks wonderful - it's a great addition to our property.
I look forward to receiving my new 30' x 50' X-style building. I pick it up tomorrow with my own truck & trailer, saving about $2,049.00 in shipping costs.
There was a misunderstanding between Salesman and myself about the building's specifications, but after expressing my concerns by both phone and here, the salesman called back and we got it resolved to everybody's satisfaction.
The whole team at Future Buildings was awesome to deal with. Buying the building was the easy part but putting it up was almost as easy. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

I've purchased 3 buildings from them over the past 5 years. Great company to deal with. Buildings are easy to assemble. The one I bought for my cottage was a 20 x 24. It went up in 3 days. The other 2 were for my construction company. Highly recommend them
I purchased a 30' x 32' building and I got what I paid for . customer service and engineering were ok to work with, not to many issues and none of them big. I bought the optional base plates witch did make the installation much easier. Also I bought the skylights, I like them but WOW they were pricey $600.00 each. The building is tight no water coming in but after tightening 4000 nuts there shouldn't be! Mine was a pretty big building it took a minimum five guys two days to erect it. It would have gotten 5 stars but for the price of the options.
Excellent guys to deal with. I bought an existing leftover and they modified it to my specs. Assembled by myself in two months with only help from IRON AGE CUSTOM FABRICATION of elgin texas getting two arches up. Slab flatness is crucial, but mine was completed by ROGER CRAINE CONCRETE of bastrop texas, so was no problem.

But the description as told to me by sales representative, was flat side but rounded, losing space from the ground up to about 8 feet. Secondly, the sales person assured us we could have it built in 3 days. It's been 10 months and still not completed. The logistics of using 3-4 men in 3 days was totally false. Prior to accepting the purchase, I asked many questions. I did not feel we went in blindly, but the sales person was less than honest and realistic. I feel that having a sales person discuss how the building will proceed and the details involved, should NOT be given to a sales person with no actual knowledge or experience! The cost to erect the building has far exceeded what was anticipated by several thousand dollars. It was implied that this could be a 'DO It Yourself ' project. Sorely wrong. We have come to the limit in expenses of what we can further pour into this project to complete. I highly regret having purchased from Future Steel buildings. I would have been better off spending the extra $20K to have the local building company do the job and be done in 30 days, last year! I would not recommend anyone to purchase from Future Steel Buildings.

Don't expect them to hold true to the warranty piece either. I spent a month transferred among different employees. I was promised a new piece would be sent. I never received the piece and was continuously sent to voicemail with no return calls. We never did receive the piece.
I would recommend future buildings to any one who is looking for a reliable sound structure at reasonable prices. Everything was here when they said it would be they were even able to customize the door way to fit my needs:). Thanx Future Buildings

Really an excellent experience. No surprises, everything was explained and happened just as stated with the bonus that the delivery driver pitched in and gave a hand with the unload. Hallie (Ext 272) was an excellent rep, she was able to make the conversion from Canadian Dollars to USD without a hitch. The quality of the building itself is outstanding, we were surprised at the weight of the pieces. This is no $1000 home store special, this building is made to last.

Hi so far so good. We had the future building delivered without a hitch. The price was reasonable. We got our building permit soon after. We had the ground prepared and we are looking for a contractor to pour the cement before fall. The great thing about having a Future Steel building it is ready when you are! the other expenses like preparing the ground, $3,500.00 cement ?$20,00 and building the front wall, purchasing a window, roll up door and steel man door, and some labor, can be pay as we go. I am happy to be replacing some of the less athletically pleasing buildings and having some space for My projects!,as well as having more space for some of our essential equipment and toys on the home farm. We should have the cement poured by this fall. The good thing is we can erect it on our time, between seeding, harvest, haying and calving, without a huge expenses all at once.

The building was up in 2 weekends with 4 guys . It took a little time to do the end walls but the building is strong and I love it ! Little pricey I could of built a wood house but I m happy it will last for years . I have mine up at my camp and the snow load is no issue at all just slides off .

The purchase and delivery went off without a glitch, very helpful, stayed in touch through the entire process. I have not however installed the building, it does look impressive on the pallet and I hope it looks magnificent once built, I can leave a further review at that time.
Have tried to get an all-in constructed quote from these guys for over a year....
Been called 3-4 times, with a very similar, and overly pushy, story. "Somebody out in Alberta cancelled a building, so I've got 2-3 buildings available at a steep discount, but need you to commit today.
I explain that I'm looking for an all-in constructed quote, they tell me they'll have to call me back. 3-4 months later, I get the same pushy sales call.
I get that maybe providing all-in quotes is something they don't want to do -- just be up front about that and stop being so pushy.
Mark and his team have been the absolute best to work with. Everything from pricing to customer service has been exceptional. We are so happy to have found this great company.
Great building, reasonable price. It was harder to assemble than I expected, based on what the salesman told me. However, phone support was available to deal with problems.

the delivery vehicle needs to have a type of vehicle for unloading products. I had to rent a fork lift that cost 1000 usd.

Generally helpful. Quality product. Good delivery - all as promised. Only down-side is that it was harder to put up than expected. We had to hire builders, and even they had some issues. We've had a few leaks (ice dams). If you get one, be sure to caulk like crazy along the base & on the roof seams.

An amazing value. The building I purchased arrived in two pallets in a surprisingly short amount of time. The plans and assembly instructions were very easy to follow. With the help of a couple of buddies we put it up over the weekend. The quality of this building is impressive. This is the second Future building that I have purchased and I couldn t be happier. I hope to purchase a third in the near future. I can t say enough about how pleased I am with the experience I have had with Future Buildings. Great product, great service, great prices. I recommend them to anyone with a need for more space.

I contacted Future Buildings with interests in purchasing one of their pre-engineered car ports to store my bass boat under. When I gave them the dimensions I was looking for, Caleb notified me of some packages they had in inventory that they were trying to get rid of at reduced pricing. This sounded great to me with the only caveat being that the dimensions were just slightly smaller than what I was originally looking for. But this was no big deal as the savings were substantial! Thanks Caleb!!
When I received my engineered drawings, I looked at them briefly mostly for the connections details. Everything seemed simple enough and in order. After the drawings has sat around for a bit, I looked at them again and realized that I had made a dimensional error with the post heights! I contacted Future Buildings right away to see if this could be corrected but it was too late since the building was already en route to the west coast. I thought I was screwed! But then I spoke with Greg and he was able to help me resolve my mistake with a very cost effective fix. What a life saver he was - I thought I was going to have to purchase all new posts!! Thanks Greg!!!
My experience working with Caleb and Greg was GREAT!! They are very customer oriented and truly do everything they can to assist their customers. Between the two of them they saved me a substantial amount of money! Kudos to them and the rest of the FB team!!
I read the reviews good and bad. I called and specifically said I wanted to talk to someone in sales who wasn't pushy or aggressive or I would hang up. I asked for a budget price, got that, ok good. will you email me? Then he went into the "got some cancelled buildings we wanna sell at cost routine" what's your cell I'll text you, I said, "no, email me" then he recited the number on the call display and said that must be your cell I said "no, email me" I finally hung up. No sale.
Beware!! They say it's a free quote, once you provide your personal info (telephone and email) then you will receive an email with lame excuses why they don't share quotes over the internet. When I asked a recent buyer they said they will always try to sell you a building that someone backed out on and then they change the size for him...poor sales gimmick! There are a few others in the market that were quite willing to share a quote...it's just a quote FB not a national treasure! LOL
Bad salesman and was cheated by him, he broke his promise. Do not want to use their products anymore and their reputation in my mind is really bad now.

Could not get a better price!! They delivered all the way to South Park Colorado, and when we started the project it took 6 guys 2 days with a lot of goofing off, to get it up!! My wife and I are extremely happy and we have more room than we expected!!

We bought a 16x20 building in dec. It was delivered in a raging snowstorm. We still counted the pieces all but the end caps which they short shipped. So beware to count every little piece because if you don't and you are over your 60 days they will stick it to you as hard as they can.PS this the 2nd building i bought from them. To get treated like this.

I wasn't sure about local building codes and Ben looked them up and sent them to me in PDF form to make site the town couldn't tell me otherwise. The poorest quality of building i own a metal prefab and future steel building and the futre steel building is starting to collapse now very disapointed.

Where do I start. When purchasing this building I was contacted by Steve Rogers with a building that someone had put the downpayment on but was unable to complete the transaction due to the fires in BC at the time. The price started at $90k roughly and when we were done I got the "ridiculous deal" of $50k for a 40' x 116' building. He sent me pictures wof a building that had windows on the front above the bay door. When the building arrived two weeks late, there are no windows on the front, he explained "that was an example of the type of building." Let's call that strike one.
While trying to find a company to build the building I stumbled across a neighbour with a building fro them. Said I bought it from the same company and inquired on the price. He was hesitant to tell me because he got a great deal on his due to some fires that were happening at the time. Someone had made the downpayment and couldn't go through with the purchase because of the fires. That sounded pretty familiar. Then I found a company willing to build it, when he asked who I purchased it from, I said future buildings. He proceeded to ask me if I had got a great deal due to the fires and someone not being able to follow through after making their deposit. I was told that he had heard countless people were told the same story. We will call this strike two.
Lastly when purchasing the building I was told that if I hung a sign up for them to advertise, I would get a $5000 rebate for the building. Well now that the building is up, the sign is on it, and I have sent them the pictures, it has taken me a week to get a hold of anyone. I was now told
"My apologies, the building rebates only apply if your able to make the new brochure providing the pictures were applicable as well the other rebate would be given if your able to generate a new customer once they have the unit delivered providing we are aware of how the deal was acquired. Sorry if I confused the marketing rebate."
None of that was discussed or mentioned, only that I would be getting a $5000 rebate on the building for advertising.

These folks came along side us, walking us through our questions, updating our plans to meet our City requirements, and we were so appreciative of their timely responses. We know this is a busy facility but this team of professionals were just that for us, professional, efficient, and friendly. We have enjoyed working with them.

Terrible Custom Service. I put a deposit down 5 months ago and was originally dealing with Kevin Park, i put a deposit down of over 4000.00 and still have no information. I have been calling and calling and eventually got transferred over to Kyle...who also dropped the ball on me and still now answers. Now i have been talking to Greg and still not sure when my product is coming. I own my own manufacturing business so i know how some times things get delayed but its been 5 months and I am not getting any sort of direction as to whats going on.
I look forward to building my Future Building in the fall of this year, or spring next year. I will have my hobby shop and all my garden tools organized , Finally !
I built mine in a week by myself. I have a 30x40. Put my own end walls up too. I have 2 metal buildings and I love them. No snow loads or gutters and they can take a beating from the wind. They are not cheap but I've learned that you get what you pay for. Worth the research and very easy to care for.
Kit was made from quality material, relatively easy to construct. Looks great and low maintenance. Very happy with our garage. Great customer service.

We have purchased 3 Future Buildings, 1 for round bales of hay, 1 for square bales of hay and the 3rd one is going up this summer for the tractors. The Future Buildings are great for us and Karl was awesome to help us get the right buildings for our needs. We are very happy with our Future Buildings and highly recommend them.
The design is great and it went through a New England winter with no problems. Even the Building Inspector was impressed with how solid it was.
Great company to deal with, and the quality of the building materials is unmatched...live in AZ, Valley of the sun, and that steel building is always 10-15 degrees cooler inside than out!

I purchased a 25'x40' arch roof to create a dry storage space between my two 40' cargo ship containers. The price was great compared to shorter roof kits that were only 20' long and the same price. I recieved the roof in the timeframe given by Future Buildings. With the rental of a telehandler (boom forklift), my father and I put the roof up over a 4 day period taking our time. The roof kit is made of a lightweight steel that is zinc plated, with high quality hardware. So far it has held up with no problems through 3 high wind storms. I would recommend a Future Buildings product to anyone looking for a strong high quality steel building that will last a long time.

The entire process from selecting my building, to it's delivery, went exceptionally well. John Anthony explained everything I needed to know about my building, and followed up reliably on any questions he could not answer. The engineering staff is top notch, and provided an updated foundation plan when my regional building department placed new requirements on my building. Future Buildings provides exceptional customer support. I am happy that I selected them to provide my new outbuilding.

I ordered this building just before the pandemic, because I live on a reservation delivery was held up. David Holiday was the greatest. He work with me and was very understanding. He help get things back on track and didn't make me feel as if I should have be able to control any of the mess that was created during Covid-19. David Holiday is a real person who cares and is very understanding. should the need arise for another building I will be calling Mr. Holiday again. Thank you so much for your help.
