I was very disappointed in the building. I accepted an offer, where someone had decided to return the building to you and it was offered at a lower price. But the description as told to me by sales representative, was flat side but rounded, losing space from the ground up to about 8 feet. Secondly, the sales person assured us we could have it built in 3 days. It's been 10 months and still not completed. The logistics of using 3-4 men in 3 days was totally false. Prior to accepting the purchase, I asked many questions. I did not feel we went in blindly, but the sales person was less than honest and realistic. I feel that having a sales person discuss how the building will proceed and the details involved, should NOT be given to a sales person with no actual knowledge or experience! The cost to erect the building has far exceeded what was anticipated by several thousand dollars. It was implied that this could be a 'DO It Yourself ' project. Sorely wrong. We have come to the limit in expenses of what we can further pour into this project to complete. I highly regret having purchased from Future Steel buildings. I would have been better off spending the extra $20K to have the local building company do the job and be done in 30 days, last year! I would not recommend anyone to purchase from Future Steel Buildings.
