We bought a 16x20 building in dec. It was delivered in a raging snowstorm. We still counted the pieces all but the end caps which they short shipped. So beware to count every little piece because if you don't and you are over your 60 days they will stick it to you as hard as they can.PS this the 2nd building i bought from them.
