I wish I could give something less than 1 star:
We were lied to, left with calls unanswered, e-mails ignored and they kept making huge mistakes.
Tami the paralegal made us lose at least 2 months: she misspelled my name then forgot a signature, made us constantly mail her documents etc ..which led for the case to be rejected twice, then she lied to me and told me that my place in line will be saved, she also never checked on me once after my interview.
Her mistakes that she never even apologized for led me to lose a huge job opportunity !!
They were very responsive before the payment: I am tremendously disappointed and will never use their services anymore. We used them to reduce this stressful process but indeed they were the ones to make it extra stressful !!
People run away from them please !!!!!!!

Great firm, very quick to respond, and helped answer all of my questions timely. All consultation over email was free, and I got all the information I needed to make a decision without having to pay a dime. Of course it costs money to have them process papers for you, and go through the process with you, but to get legal information was free, and they answered all of our questions quickly, and simply, with follow up emails to clarify understanding. Great people, smart lawyers 10/10 would reccomend.

Allan is an exceptional attorney and great at what he does. Would definitely recommend to family and friends that need any type of immigration attorney services. Worth every penny and some.

While I lived overseas, I met my wife and we eventually decided to permanently move back to the US. Allan Lolly & Associates successfully helped us gain permanent residency for my wife. The fees are VERY reasonable compared to other law firms providing similar services. They are also very professional and very good with communication. They make sure you know what is going on at all times, and they do a very good job at preparing you for every step of paperwork, government interaction, and of course the final interview. We did not have to resubmit paperwork at any step of the process, and we were able to gain a CR1 visa in about 10 months when the average was running 12 - 14 months. A big personal thanks to TAYLOR for helping us so much and making us feel confident during a time of such uncertainty!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

They saved our case, the Embassy didn't give us the blue form for the waiver after the K-1 visa interview, even though he qualified for it. We got an expedited i601 waiver thanks to them. If your losing hope and you don't know where to turn... you should definitely go with these guys. You will have a lawyer with the know how and a heck of a lot of heart.

Heartbreaking Experience, Cost me thousands of dollars and was the biggest single stress factor leading to my breakup with the love of my life. Working with Yareth Sarmiento and Alexis of Alan Lolly and associates has been a nightmare that I did not even sign up for. I spoke with and hired Alan Lolly with confidence but was quickly passed off to a paralegal named Yareth who did not communicate and charged me over $5000 to answer some emails. I canceled my service due to a lack of communication. I asked to speak with Yareth and Alan over the phone several times but the only communication I received was when they wanted money. Alexis answered the phone and processed my payments but literally refused to tell me anything about how much I was being charged and for what. They never filed my K-visa and still charged me the flat rate of $5000.

This Company is a scam. Stay away from Alan Lolly and associates

I am one of Allan S. Lolly & Associates clients that had hired this law firm for two immigration processes for my foreign wife and i would like to write a review for this firm and especially my case worker Tami. I have hired Allan S. Lolly & Associates for both the K1 visa and then the adjustment of status process. This firm was very professional and successfully immigrated my wife which she was my fiance before she came to the U.S. from Cambodia to the U.S. without any issues and even all the while Trump being president. I am highly satisfied with the services i have received and can confidently say it was well worth the cost which from my experience was more affordable then some other firms. I especially can't thank Tami my case worker enough for all of her hard work, dedication, and always being there for any questions or concerns i had. Tami is a really great case worker, handled everything perfectly, and was so much help though these difficult and confusing immigration processes. I can not thank you and your team enough for everything. Additionally I will also be hiring this firm again for two more processes in the future which one being the removal of conditional basis on the green card and then 3 in 3 years hiring them again to get my now green card holder wife U.S. citizenship.

For many years, we have been trying to get my Canadian Wife's Green Card but it has been nothing but a tough uphill battle for one reason or another. That was, until we decided to bring on Allan, Tami and their wonderful staff at their firm. I was initially skeptical at Allan's abilities due to a bad experience with a previous law firm, but as I spoke with him over the phone (while he was even in the middle of a commute), I found he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, took the time to answer every question I had to every little detail and provided more information in just an hour of chatting than my previous lawyer had in 4 years. I was without a doubt convinced that Allan and his firm would achieve positive results and actually be there in our corner. Without hesitation, they really were. There were times we stressed, but they calmed our nerves through logical explanations to their approach. There were times we were confused and unsure of what to do, but they had concise and clear answers and direction to follow.

So in the end, did they deliver? Yes, and absolute YES! They made what seemed to be an impossible, into a possible and to this day, we're still stunned. Even a lawyer friend of mine was blown away at his performance. If there's any regret, it's that I wish we found him much sooner.

This law firm is still actively working my case to obtain my fiancee's visa. So far, my experience is far better than I could have imagined. The communication is amazing! I will often times email them with questions and get responses that day. If it is not that day it is always by the next day. They are very professional and upfront. Jennifer Garcia was the person I initially talked to and she answered so many questions and explained the process in detail. Very knowledgeable person to talk with about any immigration concerns. Highly recommend!

I am very disenchanted with your services because my fiance requested your services and for me they are not very good, mine must have left a while ago and has not left yet
I do not know what you have thought but if he tells me to give him recommendations from you or crazy I would give it to him, he should have better communication with his clients
I have had to call to do almost all my inquiries, I hope that with other clients they will have better behavior, my case should have lasted approximately 6 months and I have already been 8 months and I still do not know it has been resolved, I hope it will at least be resolved

Starting from my initial consultation with Mr. Lolly, my mind was put at ease. I felt that our case would be handled well by his practice. These guys are lairs. They do not give free consultation as advertised. I gave them a call and the operator asked what do you need the consultation for. The moment I uttered H1B, she acted as if she couldn't hear me and hung up. After that all my calls are going straight to voicemails.

Allan is amazing! His expert handling of my mother's adjustment of status case with a C1-D (crewman) visa won her a 10 year greencard without going to immigration court. My mother had waited for almost 20 years, going from attorney to attorney, with no hope of resolution to her case until we found Allan.

Allan is no ordinary lawyer, this man is a true expert in his field. He seems to be on top of all the latest developments in immigration matters. He will formulate the best strategy to fight your case. Discovering his law firm was a true blessing for my family. If it was possible to give less than a star I would. There is no such thing as a free consultation with these people unless they feel as if they can push you for a fortune. They'll offer you advice at $75 for the first 15 minutes but who wants to spend that kind of money when you don't even know the level of advice you're going to receive. My advice is to avoid this firm at all costs. There are plenty of lawyers out there who will at least speak with you regarding the process and then allow you to make an informed decision as to whether or not you actually need an attorney. They wouldn't even explain the process to me because they felt that there was "no working relationship", and there won't be because they couldn't take the time to develop one. I'd rather pay someone, who was willing to give me basic information, and then would charge me in the future. And that's exactly what I plan to do.

Requires less than one star. Tami Ayre my case worker didn t even care to update me on my lost package that was apparently sent to her mailbox. I had to call in everyday to find out anything. Very unprofessional. Reception desk just as worse but VERY QUICK to ask for payments. Lost a lot of time and money and still waiting for my refund to this day.

As per your reply yes immigration is very frustrating that s why we hire you guys to make it a little bit easier. My issue is not with the post office. The company I used(UPS) made sure it was delivered to your offices. Whoever mailed it out again after that is responsible. My issue is that for two weeks no one told me my package was lost. Tami ignored my emails, and i kept calling the office and told she is not in. I have those on record if you would like. If I was told early enough that my package was missing I would have taken the right steps to get copies and get them on time. I got an email about a refund, still waiting for it to reflect on my bank account, thank you.

I contacted the firm with regard to a green card case. Everyone at the firm was very helpful and the case was approved very quickly with no issues at all.

I do not recommend using ASL. I had a consultation to clarify if my case was even possible, and they were rude and made me feel uneasy with my situation. I recommend looking around before using them.

We found Lolly firm from the web and decided to hire them to handle our case. Case was handled properly. We received NOID in Nov 2016. Mr. Lolly and his associates submitted NOID response January 2017 (1 day before due day). After 3 long years waiting, we were scheduled for interview 2/27/2020 and received my wife GC a week later. Best money we ever spent. We can t thank Mr. Lolly enough for encouraging us and well handling of our case.

My opinion: They lie to their customers. They confidently pretend they can do things that they have never even attempted before. The attorney doesn't even do hardly any of the work. The paralegals are the ones that run the show. If you want proof, try to call and talk to the attorney a couple of times. You are almost guaranteed to get blacklisted. Horrible company that should never be allowed to stay in business. They cannot be trusted on any level. You can Google how to do exactly what they do. They are nothing special on any level. Don't waste your money.

Hired Allan to help us file for I-130 and CR1 visa. Before consulting with them, my then fiance and I didn't really know where to begin. We didn't know the options we had until I stumbled upon Allan's website. He was very diligent in answering some of the questions posted on his site so I went ahead and inquired. He was very assertive and confident and told us that he can get me a CR1 visa and a green card in a year. When it was time to finally file for a petition, we contacted them right away. They were very organized with their instructions. And let me tell you, it was a lot of paperwork. It can be confusing a lot of times. Tami, our designated paralegal was very responsive and patient. She answered our questions promptly and made us feel at ease with the whole process. Even though we were only corresponding via email, nothing was lost in translation. They made the whole process really easy which made us feel confident that we will get approved. Fast forward to a year later, I now live in the US with my husband. We paid off all the fees a few months ago. Tami sent us an email yesterday to remind us to renew my EAD card. I have to say I am really impress with the firm. I feel like my case is taken very good care of by the firm. Usually companies don't care once they get your money. Allan's firm is different.
