I'll preface this with I've had two previous experiences with Furnitureland South. They went smoothly without any problems. This last order has not gone smoothly.

I bought two pieces of furniture back in the middle of July. Both pieces were damaged. First they made me wait for a repair person to come assess the damage (good thing I caught it before the delivery people left). They sent another set. One was good, but the other piece was more damaged than the original. So they made a third replacement attempt and that piece was damaged as well. They were surprised that I didn't accept it because supposedly it could have been fixed by staining it. I have no idea if that's true. I don't know why they allowed it to leave their company if was in that condition. Either that or their delivery process is really rough on the furniture. I'd be embarrassed about sending out replacement furniture that still needs to be fixed.

I've been waiting since the middle of July (when I purchased the furniture) for this to be resolved it's now 3 and a half months later.

Buyer beware.
