I had originally written a positive review until I went on the website and then saw that the listing date for my property was incorrect. Not only that, but the listing agent who was listed hadn't been told that it was their listing. So for 3 months my place has been sitting empty and advertised as not being available for another 3 months. And 5 days later? The listing isn't even on the site. Unbelievable!

I found Rent It Furnished when I was searching for available apartments and it did not disappoint. The website was very easy to navigate as well as the whole process to contact the agent of the properties. I spoke with Jordan Gill for the place we found. He was very professional and helpful with the application process and showing us the place (virtual tour due to covid). The property manager of this place was David Yang and he's been very helpful with answering all of the questions for the application process and for the move. Definitely can recommend them and the website for finding a place.
Jordan was super helpful and responsive. I had issues finding apartments for almost two weeks and at every turn he would offer x, y, or z. Professional, transparent, and a fast responder, I highly recommend Jordan if you are interested in any of their properties in the Vancouver area.
Listen, if you need to move across the country and don't have the luxury of viewing an apartment OR even if you're in the city and want to change spaces, working with VERA from Rent It Furnished is absolutely the way to go.
My situation was pretty dire, I had to move for work and had never been to Vancouver or BC even (I lived in Toronto). Vera took the time to not only walk. through listings with me but also to explain what each neighbourhood was really like vs. pics/videos I found online.
She let me speak first, then asked a lot of questions to better understand my needs and go figure, we found the PERFECT space for me. To this day, it was my favourite apartment I've ever lived in. Working with Vera was exceptional and everything was taken care of so that I could just focus on getting myself to Vancouver.
The space itself was EXCEPTIONAL as were all places on the website. I couldn't recommend Rent It Furnished and Vera enough!

The application and lease agreement process was easy and fast and all done digitally, thanks to David, the property manager. He's been so helpful since the first time he contacted us. Very fast at answering all my emailed questions.
