The ugliest ever.
The apartments renting by the sales/admin office which is left to a group of ugly arab people.
Cheaters, liars, revokers, saying something and implementing another pullshit during contracting and manipulating all means to steal the whole insurance amount while ending the contract, charging you strange items including the ones that are part of Maintenance!
They accumulate ridiculous items till reaching insurance amount.
No customer service or complaining department.
All apartments with no exception have Cockroaches, i shifted to 3 places because of that and asked tenants from everywhere about that, All confirmed the same.
This is for the furnished apartments.
On the contrary, for rental contracts in the hotel, very descent and polite service.

Except for the customer service, everything else is good in Ezdan. The people in the Ezdan offices are true and supportive. But their customer service people responds as if they are the customers.

The worst customer care team backed by unprofessional accounts team in westbay. A true nightmare for the tenants
