I needed to find an apartment for my daughter's first home away from home and came upon a listing that belong to Rent It Furnished Realty. This came as a blessing to us after starting to feel like we would never find the right place. I have been so impressed with their service, especially Michelle Blanchard and David Yang. Michelle took us on a viewing tour of many apartments in the area we were looking for and was super friendly, professional and understanding of our needs. We felt very at ease the whole time. This made such a big difference...especially for a worried mom like myself just making sure that her daughter will be living in a clean and safe environment while studying full time. And we found exactly what we were looking for just minutes away from school. Thank you Michelle for your help!!
The application and lease agreement process was easy and fast and all done digitally, thanks to David, the property manager. He's been so helpful since the first time he contacted us. Very fast at answering all my emailed questions.
This whole experience with Rent It Furnished has been very positive and we have been very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend working with them if you are looking to rent a nice and clean apartment. And I will surely use them again when my youngest daughter is ready to fly on her own!!
