It was a very simple and clean hotel.
The convenience store at the gas station next door is very convenient even when arriving late at night.
The staff response was also very kind.
It is also convenient to have two MRT stations within 10 minutes on foot.

Don't know about the rooms, but the restaurant is superb....Petite Menu.
Nice setting, good service staff, and good menu...all deliciously prepared. We are a group of 26 persons hence had a good look at many of the dishes. Well prepared, beautifully presented.

Reasonable accommodation for those who would be on the move when in Singapore.
If travelling for few days and need to hibernate.
Cosy well maintained and near the mrt so convenient.

Stayed here the night before I left for Bangkok. Very simple and easy Hotel. For the price paid, there's nothing much to expect. However the rooms aren't sound proof and people started to get noisy at 6AM and for me, it was really crazy!

Accessibility to airport is just fine is you are going by car but if you are gonna take the train at Paya Lebar MRT station, don't bother. Especially with heavy bags! It's gonna take some walk to reach the MRT station. You can take a bus for a stop to the MRT but with big bags, don't bother to take the hassle.

Never get the chance to try their breakfast buffet as I'm off in the bed in the morning.

Price is a little high for a 3 star hotel but the hotel is generally clean and have this pleasant feeling. Business lunch is good at a reasonable price. Breakfast is just okay. I feel the choices could have been more. Size of rooms are just like typical Singapore hotel room size. Certain superior have weird design where the washing basin is outside of the toilet. Overall, the hotel is good for business and it is close to the airport.

Very good service, clean, and close to public transportation and shopping at a price much lower than other hotels closer to Marina Bay, yet only about 20 minutes away by train from Marina Bay, and attractions.

A fairly good 3stars with clean and proper trained staff, nice hotel with good locality but can be better with more activities needed.

There is a subway station nearby, it takes about 5 minutes to walk, and there is a highway next to it, which is very convenient.
surroundings:
The room is small but clean, the overall is not bad, the elevator is really slow
price:
Slightly higher, acceptable at Singapore prices

Terrible experience with this Hotel.
Staff are extremely rude and not helpful at all. When we arrived they were all talking in the small room next to the receptionist area , only until we call three times then someone come to check us in. They advertised a Queen Premium only to have a Small Double/Twin Bed, if you stood on the bed you could just about touch all four walls!

Room is pretty small, no place for a small suitcase to fully open not even mention a big suitcase to open ,shower is not hot and shower head is half broken.

The breakfast lounge staff were the WORST Services industry people I have ever experienced, rude to me and my Partner with the coffee machine, and refused to help us with luggage and tried to force us take to the first floor. DO NOT WASTE Your TIME and MONEY HERE
