After raising my concerns to the front desk staff, she was nice enough to come with me to the room to check it out, and then get the house keeping to change my bedsheet & pillow cases.
Afterwards, she asked me politely if there was anything else I needed.
On the 4th day of our stay, they offered to change our room. We were given a bigger and cleaner handicap room, though it's weird to stay in a handicap room, we do appreciate that they made an effort to accommodate our expectations. Their staff are warm and courteous all the time despite our many demands. Thank you for making our stay pleasant!

Super clean and well-maintained rooms! The staff is courteous and friendly. Plenty of eating out places around, also a small supermarket right next to the hotel adjacent to the fuel station. Walkable distance from the MRT stations.

Good place to stay if you want to visit Singapore, centrally located between the airport and city center. Very friendly staff. The rooms aren't very big but I suppose it's normal to Singapore standards. Very clean and modern hotel. There is a 7-11 next door.

Had lunch there, the grilled chicken chop was delicious. Service was very good.

Relatively small rooms for 2 people, but more suitable for one person to sleep. Bathroom just as small.
Cleanliness is quite good, breakfast is also pretty good.
Later check-out is not possible.
Airport is not exactly nearby.

Really nice boutique hotel. Relatively new and loved the beds. Plush and comfy. Location is good enough wt a decent 5 -10mins walk to nearest mrt.

Stayed for a week in sharedroom which was perfect for us and it was spotlessly clean always, The Wifi was fast and never had a down time throughout my stay. I was here on B&B always had lunch and dinner outside, the breakfast was continental which made me wake up every morning in time to go eat as I couldn't afford to miss the lovely breakfast. Wonderful staff always willing to help. Make your sure you visit the rooftop at night if book this place the view is stunning and you can see so many places in Singapore. I can't really say anything about the price because it was booked and paid for us.

Very good and cozy place to stay in Singapore very near to paya lebar square and metro access. Good place for corporate traveller as its near to business parks Singapore expo and airport.

Stayed for five days. Room was clean and comfortable. Bit of less space. Have nice roof top too. Have good internet connection. Very close to Paya Labar square and Paya Labar MRT Station which have Yellow and Green lines. Staff was friendly and attending. Have TV, electric kettle, safe and cupboard at your disposal. Recommend. From Airport Go to tanah merah and then Paya labar.

Not my kind of stay, but the manager recognised my need and assured better attention during my next visit. The hotel is more like an inn with dependency on food via external ordering.

Excellent hotel for a stay of 5-6 days in Singapore. Loved the breakfast they provided (lot of options). Housekeeping, ambiance and staff support everything is just great.

Due to house renovations, we have to stay here recently, our time here is definitely pleasant.

Smallish hotel with good modern facilities close to mrt. Average buffet breakfast . Has small Conf rooms. Driving there a hassle because next to Cisco school. The traffic so bad to turn to main road about 20mins to move 150m.

The hotel is within walking distance of both Paya Lebar Station and MacPherson Station. The single rooms are quite small, just like the size of a Japanese business hotel. Facilities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, universal type outlet are solid. The shower booth was small and the hot water was very bad. The design is generally refined and has a good atmosphere. There are convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurant areas nearby, which I think is a good base for sightseeing and business trips.

This hotel is conveniently located next to an MRT station, convenient stores, and several huge malls with tons of food options. I was also pleasantly surprised at how cozy the room was, although it is a bit small. It was also very quiet, and the bed was comfortable - wanted to just curl up and fall asleep the moment I stepped into the room. Plus, it was really affordable.

Nice location. Not too far from airport, not too far from town as it's just few mins walk from MRT. Anywhere is near with MRT. It's away from the busy streets, a place to really have a peace of your mind. Too bad I booked too early. They offer free SIM card now when book with them online. Always check the perks on their online for a better value of your trip.

Just 5minutes walk from MRT Paya Lebar station. And there are some shops and restaurant in the shopping mall.

Clean rooms, good room service, very close to the MRT so easy to commute. Rooms are a bit small, but that happens at most of the prime location hotels so can be adjusted with.

Should at least provide a hair comb and beside the 7/11 store at Petrol Station also not selling. No choice.

Hotel is good but I felt they are insensitive. For two adults and 1 kid staying they provided a room with one queen bed. The room does not space to accommodate an additional bed. On requesting for a switch they did not have anything till my check out date. For a person on vacation my stay was tiring and I would not recommend this hotel considering the staff (some are good) to anyone. The breakfast spread is also not that great. Overall my experience was not at all memorable.
