Closed for covid since March. Doesn't make any sense that the largest city within Fulton county does not have a tag office open in it for 8 months. No expected opening date don't waste your time

WOW!! I had to go get my title and tags done during the first week of the quarantine. I was nervous. Half the offices in Fulton were closed, and they only had 4 windows open here. There were 20 people ahead of me, and it took just under 2 hours, but everyone was friendly, helpful, the space was extremely clean, there was enough space for us to maintain our 6' spacing in the seating area. I was so blown away by how efficiently everything ran.

There are multiple people in our apartment complex who have now received their tag renewal in the mail. Our community is about to blow up the internet and local news giving them the bad publicity they deserve for not mailing it out. Whether it is their fault or the post offices fault they better take action and file a complaint about to the post office. We will make so much noise and have all these dead beat government worker fired. We should not have to pay a fine / ticket for not receiving the tags in the mail.

I have tried to visit this office twice in the past two months in order to apply for a title and register my vehicle. The tag office was closed both times and I was told to go to Greenbriar Mall. I would if I had a registered car I could legally drive! I am not willing to shell out the $100 to lyft/uber there and back. I cannot find out why or for how long this office will be closed online.

So many times our experiences at government offices are not the best, but I want to commend two people in this office who did an excellent job. I purchased a new vehicle from a local dealership and when I went to process the tag and title work, we discovered that the dealership made an error in their processing of their portion. As with many times where there is a glitch, when dealing with local and state governments it can take days or weeks to resolve it, I will say that was not the case this time. Maria Flores and Elijah Mitchell were both fast, efficient and extremely helpful in solving the paperwork issue and in a situation that could take days (if not weeks to correct), both jumped into action and corrected my problem within 24 hours. Both deserve commendation for their assistance and follow up to correct this matter.

Went in about a half hour after opening. Moved here from out of state. I wish the person who helped me was a bit more attentive and personable. She turned to the other worker next to her while I was trying to speak and then cut me off to ask me about my paperwork. Although she did warm up towards the end. I wish I had known I didn't need to fill out any forms; she did everything right there in front of me. Overall a rather quick and easy experience, just a bit cold up front.

On hold for over an hour. Nobody answers questions. Someone transferred me from the "Fulton County help line" and hung up on me when I asked to confirm the phone number. Abysmal service that lives up the stereotype of terrible government service.

Employees were outstanding and courteous. This location is quaint and wasn't extremely crowded, probably because I made it shortly before closing time. My wait was less than five minutes. Woohoo!

In terms of tag office experiences, this office was the least painful. Georgia has some silly rules when it comes to out of state vehicles. So, save yourself a trip to the tag office and do some research first.
