Went in about a half hour after opening. Moved here from out of state. I wish the person who helped me was a bit more attentive and personable. She turned to the other worker next to her while I was trying to speak and then cut me off to ask me about my paperwork. Although she did warm up towards the end.
I wish I had known I didn't need to fill out any forms; she did everything right there in front of me. Overall a rather quick and easy experience, just a bit cold up front.
