So many times our experiences at government office...

So many times our experiences at government offices are not the best, but I want to commend two people in this office who did an excellent job.

I purchased a new vehicle from a local dealership and when I went to process the tag and title work, we discovered that the dealership made an error in their processing of their portion.

As with many times where there is a glitch, when dealing with local and state governments it can take days or weeks to resolve it, I will say that was not the case this time.

Maria Flores and Elijah Mitchell were both fast, efficient and extremely helpful in solving the paperwork issue and in a situation that could take days (if not weeks to correct), both jumped into action and corrected my problem within 24 hours. Both deserve commendation for their assistance and follow up to correct this matter.
