Susie is an All Star. She is very knowledgeable about Chicago but is not afraid to say when she either does not know something or when she is not familiar with a certain area. Over the past 2 years, Kim Evans has worked tirelessly to find us a condo in Chicago that met a range of criteria that were extremely difficult to find (e.g., cost, layout, square footage, located in the downtown area).Thanks to her, we now have a condo that we love and that meets all of our specifications. Throughout our many trips from Cincinnati to Chicago, she has always gone out of her way to schedule visits that were within our available time frame. She has never attempted to steer us towards anything we were unsure of, and has always followed up immediately on questions we have had. Over the past several decades, we have made several moves and purchased several homes, but we have never had the good fortune of meeting an agent so sincere, so dedicated, so patient, and so willing to step out of our decision-making process and let us reach our own conclusions. This was incredibly refreshing! In sum, we feel extremely fortunate to have met her, and we give Kim Evans the highest rating possible.

I had a wonderful experience working with Tessi to purchase my condo in Rogers Park in November/December of 2015.
