I recently purchased my first house and was so glad to have Ted on my side along the way. Going in, I knew I wanted to buy a home using 203(k) financing and thanks to Ted having both personal and professional experience on the rehab side of things, he was able to answer so many questions I had while also providing ballpark costs for upgrades and fixes I might want to do, which fully allowed me to make the right decision.
