I first contacted Susie over 2 years ago when we decided that we would relocate from Michigan to Chicago. It took that much time to sell our house but she kept in contact with me throughout that entire time. When my husband called her to tell her we were ready to buy a condo, she knew who he was immediately proving it was really her and not a robot keeping in touch with us!
