Susie is an All Star. She is very knowledgeable about Chicago but is not afraid to say when she either does not know something or when she is not familiar with a certain area. She is full of energy, pays attention to details, and effectively uses her knowledge to calm any sticky situations. We were from out of the area and unfamiliar with Chicagoland Real Estate practices. She had endless patience. We went from interacting over the internet to looking at properties through purchase. Susie had a grasp of hundreds of condos and with the aid of a website helped us to narrow our perspective. We spent 2 days looking at properties to allow Susie to absorb fine points in which we were interested. She quickly picked up on our tastes and this really allowed us to efficiently make a decision.
