I am so glad we called Full Service Towing to tow my car. It needed to be moved from one service center to another service center pretty quickly. The driver went out of his way to get the car on time and offered to figure out what to do with the key at the new center when they weren't open at time expected. He also troubleshot some problems with the car itself to get it moved to a location it could be hooked up for the tow. The driver kept me completely updated on what was happening and made sure we were satisfied with his service. Excellent company!

Unfortunately my tire blew on my way home from work. After calling my insurance I was placed with full service towing to change my tire. Due to an old vehicle and icy weather, my hub cap wouldn t budge, after an hour of effort, the man that helped me went above and beyond to sit with me while my phone charged. He reached out to my insurance company to get the okay to tow my vehicle. (Had he not I would have likely been waiting for another hour or longer to have my request dispatched and then waited additional time for a new company/ tow truck to meet me at the scene). I was pleased with his help! He was polite, and looked up the nearest tire shop so I would be set up for success. I am grateful for their level of customer service! I know the snowy season and freezing weather can be a real pain, but it is people like the employee that helped me in a stressful time, that make the winter woes easier to handle! Thank you!

I have used Full Service Towing twice and have been extremely happy with both experiences. Timely, affordable and professional.

These guys saved me. Upon arriving at the airport after a long trip, my car did not start. It was stuck in the parking garage and after 5pm. I called a bunch of companies and no one said they could help me. I finally called Full Service. They said they would be there in 45 minutes and showed up 15 early. Vik got me out of the garage and to the repair shop without any issues. For such an unfortunate event, he made it best case scenario. Can't thank you enough!

My brand new car overheated on the way home from the dealership. I needed to have it towed back. I called 4 different tow companies that said it would be over an hour, I'd not na couple of hours, before they could get to us. However, when I called Full Service Towing they were able to make it in under half an hour. They hooked up the vehicle fast. I even received a text and picture of verification that the vehicle had arrived to its correct location. Very professional and fast. Highly recommend this towing company!

Came within 30 min to tow my vehicle. They were very kind and took the vehicle directly to the auto shop sending me photos when it was safely in the lot. Easy and quick service, would definitely recommend!

I was stranded at St. Luke's Hospital in the parking garage for almost 5hrs. waiting for AAA and obviously they could not help me. So I started calling private companies on my own, some could not help me because there was a 7ft clearance. Called Full Service Towing and they were right on it. They were there within 40 min. Excellent towing service. My car was over heating on the way home from work as the water pump fail. He came to me right away (took about 25-30 minutes) while everyone else could not. Vik is a very cool guy and we had a good conversation on the way to the mechanic.

I live in Mequon and my car died all the way down in Bayview at midnight on a Friday. I first called Grube's towing and they simply refused to come to Bayview. Full Service Towing arrived in just 10 minutes. As a young woman, I was a little nervous about dealing with all of this by myself late at night. Fortunately, FST's employee, Victor, was kind, professional and made me feel comfortable, instead of creeped out! He got my car hooked up in no time at all and he waited with me until my mom arrived to pick me up. He took my car to my requested location (Good Hope Service, which is also a lovely place to do business). Not only did he give me a reasonable quote and send me a receipt through square space, but he also texted me a photo of my car at the service place! Thanks again Victor!

Entire car frame was supported by hard snow in unplowed alleyway with wheel tracks rutted out. quick fix with a wrecker truck.

My car broke down on the 4th floor of a parking garage, 6'4" clearing. I tried getting a tow truck for 5 hours, but service after service, they all couldn't make it due to the clearance not being big enough. I get in contact with Full Service Towing, they come half an hour later at 9 p.m., and her me out of there and to a nearby dealership in less than 30 minutes. They really helped me out. Thanks a lot!

This was the best towing experience I've ever had. We needed our dead car towed across town to a dealership. The price was reasonable, the person who came to do the towing was very professional, and I appreciated the photo he sent of our car safely parked at its destination!
