Excellent food, small location so don't plan on staying long.

For a government office, the wait time wasn't too bad. Waiting area wasn't overcrowded, so it was quiet.

It's a government agency - but as far as that goes, the ladies who work there are pretty efficient. The process is straightforward as long as you make an appointment its smooth sailing.

The worst I sat there with 3 other young ladies from 10:50 am to 4pm on the 13th of August

Awful. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and there were 10 people waiting. I was not seen until 45 minutes after my appointment time, 1h 15m after my arrival. Also, the waiting room is stuffy and hot and they have news on a loop like the yellow cabs. The reception staff was very friendly though.

TIP: Arrive an hour or more before your appointment time so you won't have to wait around all day.

My opinion Dept Of investigation has protected criminals including NYPD and Corp Counsel and punishes whistleblowers and Mark Peters 911 aka ECTP are you kidding?

Terrible agency. A person named AJ Seeban refused to show identification that he's an investigator. Complaints filed with this agency against TLC employees who do not obey the Employee Code of Conduct. Notified Ms. Fox, the Assitant AG and she ignored witnesses who wanted to register complaints against a TLC Officer named Vincent Prizzi who stated, "All Muslims are stupid people."
The DOI never took action or investigated the complaint.
