I didn't hate this place but for a tenth of the price I could have gone and gotten better ingredients and cook it better at home. I think my drink had alcohol in it. I know I didn't ask for a Shirley Temple but you could have fooled me

A bad impression upon first arriving inside the establishment. I'm wondering when the last time they had a cleaning person come in to dust and clean the surfaces, everything appeared to be dirty. I think the only thing that was clean at that place was the grill. That was a bad first impression although the dinner was amazing the customer service was very poor. Most of the people working there we're not in sync with each other and were missing orders left and right . They seated us at a table that was already ordering and we had to get up and move. Another Patron arrived late and was seated next to us and it was clear that he had not bathed prior to his arrival. To go please!

The food is excellent and the service is amazing. We always get great service. This last time my husband and I ordered the special which was the filet mignon with the Salmon and that was the freshest salmon I've had in a long time. It was cooked perfect and had really good flavor. Thank you guys for another great time for me and my family! I do recommend this place

Overpriced, filth all over, smells of old cooking oil or something foul. Not many people there on Saturday at noon. I can see why. Made us pay 18% tip even though one of us was a one year old we didn't order for. Stay away!

We enjoyed a Friday lunch at Fujiyama. Our waitress was very attentive and our chef was very entertaining. Our food was cooked perfectly and we left not only full but with leftovers.

Broke down a block away, they let us hang out, served us great drinks, and were wonderful people!

Its was amazing, the staff - awesome service and to top it off dinner which is out of this world delicious , we had the best chef !! Very entertain all evening... wonderful time

Tasty food, we got a few hibachi meals, they fill you up on rice. Wished the steak portion was bigger for the cost of it, but delicious none the less! Will go back

An amazing place with great food and atmosphere. And a very catering staff that makes you feel like your the boss. If you ever find yourself in the area ask for Robert. Hands down best chef there!

For how much they charge the atmosphere should be higher quality. I'm certain the furniture and carpet are let of when it was a different steak house. Kinda grody.

Very entertaining way to recive your food. Steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare, and extremely tender. Expensive but you pay more for the experience than the food.

New York steak and fried rice very good. Salad was all core of iceberg lettuce. Employee came to clean grill while we were still eating, scraping away and sloshing hot water on our eating surface almost into my plate. Rather expensive for the experience. We seemed to be rushed in and out.

Huazhou restaurants are now banned from dine-in, so this restaurant is only open to call to order self-pick-up meals, which are fast and delicious.

PLEASE READ...........Really good atmosphere. People s don't lesson to other peoples bad reviews. Either they are really cheap and don't like to spend the money for a fantastic and fun dinner with the family. People will make any excuse......that the place is dirty or bad service to get away with it, hate arrogant people like that, that they will leave bad reviews. People like that should go to mcdonalds or ookk cheap applebees. People s this is for everyone to enjoy a nice $18 and up dinner or lunch with the family. And if you half to wait for 30 or 40 minutes let me tell you it is worth the time even if you have a reservation...........And This is for people that make reservations we are all humans we each take our time to eat and have fun with the family, so relax and wait your time until you get called in regardless if your reservation was at 6pm and you got their at 5:30pm expecting your table to be ready at that time it doesn t work that way, just like you want to enjoy a nice dinner or lunch with your family other people that were in-front of you do too. Other then that i had said enough this place is amazing have been going for the past 5 years in the olympia area, and I'm sure if i go to Bremerton it would be the same excellent costumer service. So people enjoy and don't lesson to stupid and arrogant people bad reviews.

Fantastic meal! I was here for a friend's birthday, and I'm very impressed! They had drummers come out and play Queen songs on a drum and gong. The food was so great I forgot to take a picture until after it was all eaten. They juggle things and cook right in front of you. It's dinner and a show!

Price may be high for most. But I've never gone somewhere merely for fried rice and this concoction called yum-yum sauce, until now. Absolutely delicious, and friendly staff.

15 minute to get water after an hour wait to get a table while half the table in the entire restaurant were empty.

Definatly a good side by side dining experience and fun to watch them cook!

I ordered chicken fried rice which was the only food cooked in the back and when i got it there was so much pepper in it i could not eat it. It tasted like someone dumped a bottle of pepper in my food.

Favorite birthday place with dinner and a show. Lots of good quality food and entertainment, but definitely not inexpensive. Meals come with salad and soup! The chefs make it fun and enjoyable.

Great food, and the chefs are hilarious. You'll certainly get dinner and a show. But beware that it is a very loud venue.

$$$ 23.00 Dollars for 1 order of chicken teriyaki.
I didnt like the fact that I had to walk to a bar and stand around for five minutes before making an order and when I ask "23 dollars for one order of chicken teriyaki" and fried rice she said "yeah".

Big show at dinner and delicious food.
Was out of some items even though we were literally the first dinner after they opened, and their cocktails were less than stellar. But the shrimp and steak are wonderful.

Fabulous, delicious food, family friendly and very entertaining for a fun evening with friends and family, amazing staff, will definitely come back to this restaurant

Food is excellent! Chefs are very entertaining! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the condition of the ladies restroom. Otherwise: great!

The Chefs are always nice... but the showmanship has really declined. Food is decent, you go really for the show. Very average.

Forgot ever going to Fujiyama's again!! My family came to visit & I wanted to take them all here because it's good food, the cooks juggle, do all kinds of tricks, and it's a fun place to eat!! I could not believe the nightmare we had on Monday June 24th @ 5pm.
First we had a chef that was very overweight, sweat running down his face on into the grill!! Yes!! Discusting!! I don't even think he greeted us, just asked what were all having. Next still dripping sweat he dropped all but one egg, there were pieces of shell on the grill, nito talented!!! So my family, first time here & the guy does no tricks, no jokes, no flipping food to our mouths!! OMG!! I paid over $240.00 & we were embarrassed to talk up this place like we did!! I told the waiter who brought out the ticket about what happened & he said I could fill out a comment servey & said he'd be right back.... After almost 10min I asked a girl that works there & again no one could address this issue!! So the chef was a very large overweight darker skin mustache, gotee, all Black hair. Consumer Beware!!!

This place is AMAZING. Ask for ray as your chef, if you didnt and you happen to have ray as your chef and Joshua as your server you are very lucky. These two are just about as professional at their jobs as you can get. Ray is a hilarious chef who always seems to be happy! And Joshua made sure everything was great and if we needed anything! I would reccomend this to everyone I know! Thank you for the wonderful service and food!

Good performance art & celebratory fun. However, salad had a piece of ice in it and the hibatchi chicken was dry. BUT, certainly ate too much as it was very tasty.

I called to get a takeout order and asked if they can make sure the Togo yum yum sauces are full because they are ALWAYS less than half full. She said she can give me 2 (which means not even 1 full container) and she said they only fill them that way so we have to buy the sauce. I told her that is crazy due to the fact of how expensive their food is already. She then added the sauce cost on the bill after I told her not too. Long story short...I walked out and didn't pay for anything.

This rating has nothing to do with the cook who prepared our food. He was great, we even left him a nice tip. Unfortunately we won't be back because the hostess was so rude. We literally almost walked out because of her attitude. I understand it was Sunday and they were busy. We did have a reservation and we were sat 30 minutes after our reservation time. Still no big deal but the way she interacted with not only us, but everyone else was uncalled for. I even smiled at her twice. She literally rolled her eyes lol. Obviously she doesn't know how to manage a floor or reservations and shouldn't be working with people. My family had another reservation for 2 weeks from today and we've just cancelled it. The bathroom smells horrible too.

Our chef cooked my steak and lobster to perfection! The service was "top notch". Spendy but worth it for a nice evening out!

Liked the place it was good food on our way back from Portland, we were required to have have our Mask On entering the place until we sat in our hibachi table. Chef was good and staff very accomodating and got us a nice bday cake for the 2 boys who were turning 12 and 8. Cook was funny and engaging. Nice ambience

Had lunch with my wife and specifically asked if their was msg in the food. The waitress checked with the head cook, was told they don't use msg. Wrong, my wife is extremely allergic. They put msg in the food as they prepare it in front of you. Had to take her to the hospital. Never again.

Date night did not disappoint, chicken, steak and shrimp and it was all absolutely delicious! Rey Rey was an awesome Chef and Remington was great wait staff! They kept the jokes coming all night, amazing place, people and food!

19 family members celebrated graduation dinner there on Friday evening . Our dinner was fantastic. Several in the group had not eaten at this type of Hibachi restaurant and were very impressed. Thanks for making this a special dinner after a special graduation ceremony for our Gretchen.

Ridiculous in multiple ways. Food is amazing, but the staff are insane, both wait staff and the management.

They will force you to sit with another group at a table, which is fine, but then they'll charge you for a large group fee.

My girlfriend and I, my brother, and his wife went here one night to eat and were charged a large-group fee just because there were six other people at the table they put us at. On top of that, they charge a required tip, taking an extra 10 percent per paycheck.

Oh, and don't split the paychecks, or they'll tack that large group fee to all of them to scam you out of more money.

Again, the food is great and the chefs are fun and entertaining, but the rest of the place is terrible and stressful.

Awful, awful, awful, awful service. Obviously the owner does not care. I have been going there regularly for years, the service has always been adequate at best. The employees never look happy and it dampens ones spirits when you get there. The food is the only reason I continued to go there however, even that is not anything to talk about. The reason for their attitude is lack of competition. If that changes, the attitude will change. I won t be going back. I don t need to waste my time or money on a place that does not respect its customers. The restaurant is dirty as well, has a dingy look and stale smell. Yuck!

What an amazing restaurant. Although it's expensive it's worth it. Dinner and a Show and to top it all off the food is Phenomenal. The chefs are funny and keep it fresh.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Didn't recieve what I ordered,charged wrong..no need to try to speak with someone as he insisted I was wrong even though the menu clearly stated a completely different meal and price. Would have have passed it off as not enough to write a bad review if i hadn't already encountered...

Very fresh and freshly prepared and cooked food. Teppanyaki grill where chef cooks in front of customers. Great service, employees very polite and friendly. We ordered from lunch menu. Fair price. Today we were celebrating my daughter's birthday quietly! Excellent!
