Decent food. It's all about the show. You gotta go and you gotta take kids if you got em. Great atmosphere.

The interior is aging. The counters are in bad shape.
Women's bathroom has odor cleaning products made it smell like salon/perms.
Our chef was heavy handed with the seasonings and margarine. Food that flipped on the table from grill the chef would scoop up with the cooking-serving spatula and use the spatula back on the grill.
Cleanliness is not the best here.
The seafood-lobster, scallops and shrimp were very salty.
Over priced for food.
Disappointed.

Wonderful food! They make your meal to your own satisfaction. The cooks are not only wonderful entertainment but they were amazing chefs!!! We celebrated my son's 17 year old birthday there and I'm so glad we did.

The gentleman who was doing the actual hibachi was absolutely fantastic and super entertaining. All the food was very good except for the children's chicken nuggets which was literally Dino bites. But that is what it is. For adult meals it's absolutely exceptional

Very dirty, years of gunk where the grill and the table meets. Shalt shaker was so dirty, salt would not come out. There was a film across the top and green stuff clogging the holes. Everthing felt greasy and dirty. The bathroom smells so damp and dank. They need a majorly deep clean.

The food was good and the waitress was nice. We went for my best friends birthday so i asked them to sing her happy birthday and they agreed. They sang happy birthday to at least three other people but completely forgot my friend. I don't think I'll be planning any future birthdays here. Also the bathroom is in severe need of an update, from the yellow spots on the ceiling to the smell.

The food is great and the cook at the table is very entertaining, we had a great time !!!!

I've lived in Olympia for two and a half years now and never once stopped by to eat here. Last night I wanted to finally give it a try and placed a reservation for it since I guessed that the restaurant would be busy.

It wouldn't have mattered.

When I walked in the door, not only did I not get greeted, I wasn't able to figure out how to even find the wait staff. There were groups of people everywhere, all waiting, and no staff anywhere expected at the bar. I made my way to the dining area, waved down a server and asked them where we were supposed to check in. He pointed me to one of the hostesses, who were HIDING around the entrance, sitting, and talking with each other.

We checked in and the hostesses told us that they were just waiting for a table to open up. So, we took a sit and waited. As time passed by, more people came in and a group of girls that were there before us were complaining that they had also placed a reservation and had been waiting there for nearly half an hour and starving.

After ten minutes and watching the hostesses joke around and not even provide us with menus so that we can at least see what our options to eat could be, we decided to leave.

I think I'll have to wait another two and a half years to try again.

Our family loves this place. Food is always outstanding.

The rice is amazing! Very cool to watch the cooks prepare food in front of you.

Great food and entertaining cook. The fried rice is tasty and you get a large portion. You can't miss on anything on the menu. You should leave very full. A little pricey but well worth it.

Great food, entertainment and prices. Family friendly and oddly romantic.

Dinner was great, but as we were leaving their outside light we're not on and my 80 year old father stepped off and feeling the parking lot. I went in to let the staff know and get the manager and she acted like it was our family and was getting belligerent with my sister and I. She don't ask how he was or even apologize. Those lights should be on a timer if they aren't responsible enough to make sure they are on for their clientele. They will not get any repeat business from our family.

Food was delightfully and filling, staff was amazing. We had a wonderful time.

Not very clean. Seems ready for a remodel. Service was good and with reservation you get seat pretty quick.

We sat down then decided to go to Olive Garden. This place has really gone downhill. Gross, dirty, blanket laying on the bench at the front door, bathrooms dirty. You can say "you didn't" see the blanket. Lazy. Gkad we left.

I had high hopes for Fujiyama, but was let down by poor service and bad quality. I had reservations at 6:00 for a party of 12 people. We were not seated for over an hour. The staff was clueless and had our entire party stand in the middle of the restaurant for 5 minutes while they figured out where to seat us. The cook arrived at 7:30 to our table and put on a nice show, however, I was placed behind him so I could not see. The drinks I ordered were never refilled on their own. I had to ask several times, tracking down the waiter, to get a new drink. The steak was extremely chewy and poor quality, and the rice was half cooked as it contained hard pieces of uncooked rice. Between my wife and I, we paid $87 for dinner. There is also an 18% tip that is automatically added to the bill. This is very wrong; because, the waiter made as much effort as a worker at McDonalds would. I will not return and I highly recommend others to spend their money on a better value dining experience.

The service was great and the food was delicious . Our waiter Moonsub was just so accommodating . It was my sons bday and because we sat by the bar , he wasnt going to get the bday jingle . So he personally brought us a small piece of cake and icecream with a candle and together he and I song happy birthday to my son . Thank you Moonsub !

Originally printed our receipt with process higher than stated in the menu and the changed my business card alost an extra $8. Manager refuses to give my refund even though I have the statement on my card app saying the amount is over what I should of been charged.

My husband and I went here for the very first time and their food was amazing. The staff was amazingly friendly and the chef was brilliantly talented. I for sure will be back for THIS amazing service they provide

This restaurant started out fantastic. Recently, the quality has declined. The tables are overcrowded. The chefs seem to have lost their enthusiasm (which can be expected after saying the same jokes multiple times a day). The food is plentiful, and the yum yum sauce is always perfectly delicious. The servers will lie to vegetarians. The soup they serve is made with chicken broth. The quality of the food does not match the price. Overall, a fun family experience.

Came in on Father s Day and it was busy as expected. My problem was our part of 10 ordered our food. I had ordered food for my daughter and it never showed up. My husband and I were feeding her our food. When they came to box up our left overs they missed the container and said they were going to replace the rice that we never got to eat. We didn t see the rice or the food we ordered for our daughter. I understand that it was a hot busy day but my daughter who is two shouldn t have been neglected.

Always an amazing experience whenever the family goes. The chef's are always fun to watch.

Good food, our chef was really funny and awesome. We made reservations which I recommend doing if your going on a weekend evening. I would give them 5 stars, but they could use a bit of an update of furniture. That being said, it was an overall great evening.

Went for lunch today at station 16. As always the food is great. However, what really ruined it for me was the cook. Absolutely obnoxious. Myself and four other women were at the table including my date. Constantly butting into personal conversations and massively hitting on all the women at the table. Including sexual comments. It is really going to be sometime before i even consider to return.

Absolutely love this place. Worth the prices you pay. Been here 3 times and each time has been great food. And the cooks have been fun and entertaining.

Bobby the chef. Brendan the waiter. Top notch performers. Did a great job . Count yourself lucky if you get these two.

Food is delicious, but very loud and hard to visit.

The lobster was overcooked. The chef only did the bare minimum for the routine. The server was absolutely horrible. I only got one refill on water and it was from a different server. I came to Fujiyama for my birthday, and told the server 3 times that we were celebrating, but they NEVER sang me happy birthday, and I NEVER got the birthday cake. We were supposed to get ice cream with our meal, and we had to remind the server for that twice before we got it (this was when we told her for the third time that it was my birthday). I'm not sure if she just thought the ice cream would be fine for it, but it wasn't. You go somewhere for your birthday, and you wanna feel special, but when I left I felt very disappointed and sad. Frankly, I wish I had gone somewhere else because my experience was so bad. I sent them an email about my experience, and they could not care less. This establishment only cares about getting your money! They don't care if your food is bad or you have a bad experience. Save your money and go somewhere else, there are plenty of places with better food at a better price with a better experience.

Service was good the food was awful. The bathrooms need some serious attention and honestly the restaurant in general was dirty.

I got the Pacific Marina dish, the seafood was terrible. It tasted like it had been frozen, the shrimp were like rubber, the salmon was overdone. The price was way too high. I like locally sourced seafood (hell, we are in the PNW) but this dish made me think that it wasn t Pacific at all. Avoid.

If I could give zero stars I would...I attempted to order my dinner through the online service that is offered by this company, only for the order to be cancelled with an authorization charge against my card for $75 that will take 2-3 days to be returned. So now I basically have $150 tied up on dinner..Ridiculous!!

When I called the restaurant to figure out what happened, I was told, they do not use the online ordering system that THEIR company has set up on THEIR website and that it was nothing they could do....Great (not) customer service!

By the way, I have a recommendation for you...DON T offer online ordering if you re not going to manage it properly!

I was brought here for my birthday we normally go to Iron Chef and it is always amazing,but was told that Fujitama was better so we drove from Tacoma to here about an hour drive with traffic and ended up getting the new girl I mean her first night new. There was next to no show at all. There was 8 of us in our group. She gave someone else most of my chicken and gave all but 3pices of lobster to another couple that didn't even order it. Our bill was over $300 and not worth it at all. When we said something about it all they said was sorry it's her first night. I will be going back to my normal place

Food was very good and the cooks do a great job of entertaining while cooking.

That is one of the best meals you will ever have cooked and served right in front of you a chance to meet new people and enjoy a great meal my wife loved it as well

7 adults had lunch on Saturday NOVEMBER 17TH. 1 ORDER WAS OK, OYSTER APPETIZER AND STEAK FRIED RICE. THE REST WERE FLAVORABLE but very small in main meats and veggies. Chicken and steak hibachi lunches were way over cooked and very few vegggies, lots of rice tho. 2 orders were shrimp tempura with veggies. WOW, 3 very small shrimp which should have been butterflies altho so small they could not butterfly them properly. The 3 veggies WERE VERY VERY THIN, I zuchini, 1 unknown and 1 onion ring. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THE TEMPURA BATTER OR FRY THEM. THE BATTER WAS VERY THIN. 6 of the meals were very disappointing, will not return to that restaurant. Sad because when the original owners had it several years ago it was one of the best Japanese restaurant to dine in.

Mainly expensive and expect to be entertained with your food it tasted fine but didn't seem as filling

The food was amazing, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was fun. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that my dessert came on a plastic plate with a plastic fork.

I love this restaurant with extreme intensity. Many a times have I visited and been treated with such amazing service that it has made me question my restaurant experiences at other places quite frequently. Something about this quaint restaurant believe something for the mind to wonder if you can even get better than this. The chefs are always witty and happy the service is always top notch. If there is anything to complain about and I mean only the smallest detail, that would be the host Ash who at times will make you feel like you are not wanted. Do not worry for everyone after the hostess point is happy to see you and more than happy to make sure your dining experience is amazing.

Great food and entertaining attentive staff and chefs! Alyson was our server and she was great! So friendly, fun and attentive! They should add more support to the front doors though. Those things swings fast a loud! Get the fried rice, it's great!
