Worst service ever. Had cash to buy a 4 wheeler and telling me to look online he had no time and neither did the other scmucks. Will never get my business. Road track and trail got my service. Brand new 4 wheeler and trailer paid CASH

Me and 2 other buddies were interested in the new fz09s.. They did everything and anything to make sure 2 of us got what we needed in on trade, and also got the loans taken care of. Great well kept place, staff is even better! Prices were the lowest I found in WI!

I would never buy from them . 3 times I tried to by from them and they were so over priced on all 3. The last one was on a Polaris rzr new and they were $1658.00 higher than sportsland 2 and more than $800.00 higher than 2 other dealerships. No trade involved. I also showed them the prices from the 3 other dealers and they said if I buy today they can do $20.00 better on the rzr price so the difference was down to $1638.00 higher. I really wanted to buy from them they are local.Now there service department, BEST AROUND. Good guys and very fair and nice and will take time to explain everything. And will fix it on the first visit. And I didn't even bye my sleds and rzr from them or my bike. Service is way above the 5 stars. Sales not even close..

I called to set up an appointment to get my bike ready for summer. I talked to Joe and gave him all the information on my bike, to get a work order started. I brought my bike in that day and he said it will be about 10 days and my bike will be ready. On the 10th day he called, and it was ready. We looked it over, then I took it for a ride and realize there was an issue and brought it back. Joe took care of it right away. I was very pleased with the service.
Yes, I would come back and have my bike serviced there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Installed a new back tire for my Victory. Took good care of me.

If you are looking to trade in something dont even bother with these guys find another place, they will completely insult your vehicle.

Not sure why that is the case. Because when I questioned the safety of the atv just 1 thing to mention is the 32 year old tires that date to x188 or the first week of 1988, I was told "it doesnt matter its not going to be inspected by the DOT." I should report your "business" for poor safety standards and poor customer service to BBB, for sell UNSAFE vehicles with out taking the time to make them safe. VERY POOR BUSINESS AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Overall, had a great experience with Fuel Powersports purchasing a pair of new Polaris sleds a few weeks ago. After a small initial hiccup in the sale process, everything turned out great. Cooper (sales rep) did a great job and even went the extra mile during the delivery process to help me surprise my son (who did not know I had purchased the sleds a few days before). Dan (Service Manager) was extremely helpful going over the features of the sled and recommending various service items. Ben (GM) was also great to deal with. Dylan (parts) was patient and helpful talking through the extra accessories I ordered for the sleds.

Jeremy and Kevin were absolutely great...extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Wonderful guys! Would totally recommend!

I would have gave it a five but they sold me a brand new bike with a dead battery I had a get my bike trailer back up to the dealership they put a brand new battery in no charge but I did have to go through the hassle of getting it off the street onto my trailer and up to the dealership other than that everything is good

Ben, Richard, Ken, and the parts department manager did an outstanding job making our buying experience painless. Ben and Richard went above the call of duty to make the sale happen and then offered assistance to get our purchase of our new KAWASAKI MULE home. Will definitely recommend Fuel Powersports to others.

Dealership had exactly what I wanted and the salesman was very courteous and knowledgeable. They never pressured me to buy anything and was extremely helpful with my questions and needs. Would buy from them again!!

The team over at FUEL is great. Thank you for supporting Youth Soccer by providing the Hartford United Kick Some Grass Tournament with a Ranger 4x4 to use. The unit worked flawlessly, it hauled and moved everything we needed it for power and room to spare! At pickup, my trailer was too small to carry the Ranger, they stepped right up and helped me out with a trailer. What else can I say, my experience, they go above and beyond. Thank you!!

Jason did an awesome job getting us into our Polaris RZR. Thanks to the full staff, everyone was great to work with. Highly reccommend! Jason even went the extra mile to get the ATV to our house because our trailer was 3" too short.....thanks again!

Went in to Fuel with a good idea of what I wanted to buy and they did a wonderful job of assuring me my decision was a good one. The process went smoothly and everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Brandon and Dylan. 10/10 would come back to Fuel again in the future

After locating the motorcycle I've been looking for over 800 miles away I figured I would give them a call. Jason at fuel powersports answered all my questions (I ask a lot) with no problem and made it very simple. With a deposit down I was on my way to WI. (from MD). checking with Jason everyday to make sure I had everything in order. Once I got there Jason and his team of great co-workers had everything ready for me bike ready to go! definitely the best experience I ever had with ANY dealership in my life. In/out the door in a lil under an hr. I have already and will continue to recommend this dealership to my friends/family. THANKS a lot fuel powersports.

I had tons of fun while waiting to see if i could for sure get a new bike. Jeremy Brown was fun to hang out with. As well as he didn't force me to get a bike i wasn't 100% comfortable with. Justin in parts helped me out in finding a new helmet. I had a blast with the guys. They were all a big help in making my experience relaxing and fun. I love my new ninja!

Purchased a new 16 bike, .They forget to mention that they have an outrageous set up and freight charge,, my 13000. Dallar purchase was over 18,000 when completed.When talking to the sales man he did say it was 13,000 , nothing about additional charges,. Hopefully they stanf by the maintenance program that purchased. Future reference post prices total so it isnti so miss leading,, .

Took my 2005 Yamaha R6 in to get quite a bit of work done. Was told they were a week and a half out from drop off to complete the work. I had my bike back after about a week from drop off!

I worked with Brandon in buying my new Yamaha sidewinder. He really focused on what I wanted and didn t act biased towards other brands. The finance people were great as well for showing me all my options for payment. Overall great experience

Horrible experience at this place. Worked with a guy named Brandon Mertes. Do not work with this guy!! He will leave you hanging. They ran my credit with 4 separate institutions to get a rate after I told them to only run it through 1 financial institution. 4 hard hits these desperate people. Then they never got back to me when they said they would. 2 days of BS. then tried to raise the price after we made a deal. I am telling you this place will cause you nothing but problems. Went to a different dealership and just like that was approved with a in reasonable amount of time 29 minutes to be precise and the same unit we actually got for 400 bucks Less. Fuel Power-sports, Brandon and there manager Al Will take you for a ride for real!!!

Horrible do not buy anything from these people. All I did was wait then they wanted me to sign papers without going over stuff so I waited to speak with someone after 2 hours of waiting I left hour and half later they called wanted to know where I went and to come back. Everything in there used is junk they are unwilling to move in price on new stuff and they don't care about anyone

Came to an agreement on price, put money down on an ATV. They ended up selling it to someone else. They never even notified me, I had to even ask what the status was on the ATV.

Will never work with them again. I decided to take the 45min drive to Fond Du Lac where they know how to treat a customer. Well worth the drive instead of having to deal with Fuel.

What is the point of you [Fuel] asking for a down payment (according to you, layaway) "to hold the vehicle" if you don't back it up? It has to go both ways. Your salesmen avoided me for almost a week.

I have 3 more horror stories from others about your dealership customer service.

Avoid this dealership. Wanted to buy a polaris 110 for my 11 year old son and I, and they told me they could not sell me one because I had other kids in the house under the age of 10. They claimed it was a polaris franchise rule. I contacted polaris and they said there is no such rule or regulation.

After I was unsuccessful with my attempts at resolving what I believed to be a carb issue with my son's Polaris Sportsman 90, I turned to Fuel Powersports for some assistance. When I phoned Fuel, Kyle in Service listened closely to my explanation of what I had done to address the carb (pulled the carb, soaked it, hit it with carb cleaner and compressed air, cleaned the air filter, drained the tank, fresh gas, checked the plug, etc.), - he even offered some other suggestions, but I couldn't keep it running.

Kyle agreed I was on the right path, and while respecting my carb cleaning efforts, still felt that a thorough cleaning and adjustment of the carb would be the answer. Kyle quoted me an hour of labor (explained what the tech would do), with a potential for carb parts depending on what they saw. Their approach made sense, and Kyle was confident they'd get it running well. Additionally (and this was also a key in getting my business), that while they were busy (week before Labor Day weekend), he said he'd squeeze it into their scheduled work as filler work, and he'd have it ready in a day (any other place I called was "backed up" and couldn't commit to anything). So, I decided to give Fuel a shot at getting the atv running.

I dropped it off at closing time on Wednesday night - Kyle re-noted the work I had done on the atv as to pass it along to the tech - and said he would follow-up with me on Thursday afternoon. He did follow-up as promised, and informed me the atv was running, and running well. I picked it up on Friday, paying the quoted price for the labor. The atv ran well all weekend. My son was very happy.

Big thanks goes out to Kyle (very personable and customer-minded) and all the guys at Fuel Motorsports that had a hand in my service. Keep up the good work. You've earned my future business.

I purchased a 2021 Yamaha PW 50 dirt bike for my sons first dirt bike. This was an excellent experience overall. Andrew Douglas helped me through the process and made quick work of it. In and out but they ensured they covered everything I needed to know about my purchase and answered all of my questions. I have also purchased other items in the past and the service department was very helpful in finding my parts. I would highly recommend Fuel Motorsports for any purchase.

Kawasaki Z125 online sale price is $2,187. Went in to inquire and was informed that this does not include the $800 in set-up & delivery charges; which brings the price back to MSRP of $2,999 + tax & title. Very misleading sale price tactic that they use on all of their inventory. Prior to purchasing here, call around and ask other dealers what their OTD (out the door) cost is to really compare.

In response to your reply- please be so kind as to leave me your name and your phone number, and I will be happy to call you to inquire of the real OTD cost on your bikes. Apparently stopping in and working with several of your sales agents, including CJ, was not the correct way to find your pricing.

Called about a sled that was posted, post says runs drives and ready to go! Got there and went to buy it and it doesn t run. They didn t even look it over. I drove 2 hours after I talked to the guy on the phone and he assured me that it runs and drives great! Very disappointed. Will not return again.

Aren't too many businesses out there who have employees willing to stay late to diagnose your problem and save you a return trip. However, that's the type of service I got from Dan who stayed late to help me get my r1 up and going. Definitely has my return business. Don't hesitate to take your toys there

I went to this store today, the people who work there are very kind, good service I recommend it.

Fuel has set the bar for how to buy a new snowmobile and trade one in. Brandon in sales was excellent to deal with. I called Fuel looking for a 2015 sled. They did not have one but took my information if something turned up. Two day's later a received a call they had one and at a price better than any other dealer. I took my trade in and received full Kelly book offer. This was a haggle free transaction. Quite refreshing and enjoyable ! Also Brandon in parts was very helpful with all my accessories. I've been here several times. Had tires mounted, purchased some gear, and most recently bought a new battery. The staff is always very fun to work with, and they know their stuff. I won't hesitate to keep going here for my motorcycle needs.

Very unprofessional sales staff, talks to you like you are stupid and treats you with disrespect. Never coming back again!

Had a great experience at Fuel buying a brand new 2016 Suzuki Bandit 1250s, lovely in red. Brandon communicated with me via email as much as I needed to be comfortable before the sale. That was a must, as I live in the Madison area, 80+ miles from West Bend. When I got to the store, the Suzuki was as described (awesome!), and I received for my trade what I expected, given its NADA wholesale value. No games. I also had a great experience in the business office, the parts department and the service department. Thanks for the detailed explanation of the break-in period, gas type, 1st service and the like.

If I could, I'd knock a quarter star off for the redonculous $789 charge for freight and the $180 (I believe) charge for, ahem, documentation. But this is pretty standard practice around here (I called a couple of other dealers to ask), and I assume it protects some level of dealer profit in a business of pretty tight margins on new vehicles. Since Google reviews only allows 4 or 5 stars, I chose 5, as these charges are minor annoyances, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the OTD deal and financing.

Just purchased a sled from Fuel Powersports, CJ made the process very easy and smooth!! He was very informative and helpful with making the final decision, and also very personable with us while we waited for the paperwork process, which was quick and easy as well! We are extremely happy and excited to put it to use!

Worked with Ian one of the salesmen and it was one of the best dealership experiences I've had. He was very attentative and made sure I was taken care of. The whole dealership has a very laid back attitude and I never felt like I was pressured into a purchase. I would definitely go with them again.

After my third vehicle purchase in 4 years from here I will be shopping elsewhere. The first two machines I bought were brand new left over snowmobiles. Both times I felt rushed to make the purchase and leave. The third machine I purchased was a 2 year old used Rzr. The buying process was fine but the after purchase treatment was not good. At time of purchase unit did not have sway bars installed. I was told I d get them, but Fuel had to first get them from the previous owner. Each time l d call asking where the sway bars were I d get the same answer. Owner is looking for them and they should be here by next week A week would go by and I would not hear anything. This went on for a few months before I asked for a buy back price. That same day I did that I was told Fuel would order new ones and they d be in within a week. The new sway bars came in and were installed for no cost. (After 4 months). I ve had really good experience with the service department but not the sales department. I wouldn t recommend purchasing a used machine here. But I would recommend having your equipment serviced here.

They will pull your credit (hard hit) several times. Lazy and unresponsive.

Talk to them about purchasing a bike. They said they d contact me and never did. I called them and they took down my info again and never called me back. I called once again because I had the cash and was ready to buy the bike that we discussed about and they tell me they just sold the bike that I was planning on purchasing, I was waiting for their call. It s pretty ridiculous. I would not recommend going through them.

Fuel powersports has very nice place but I was very disappointed in there service. After a lowball offer on my trade and very little wiggle room on a snowmobile that they claimed as new I will never go back!!

I recently brought in a used (from a third party) Polaris Sportsman 570 to have looked over. A couple of minor repairs were recommended. Brandon was my main man and it was a great experience. Quotes for the parts and repair were accurate and done in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back. Also the guys at the parts department were very friendly and accommodating. Makes me want to spend my hard earned money and go back every time! Hats off to you guys!!

Submitted a credit application 7 days ago. Still haven t heard back. Salesperson hasn t reached back out to me after several attempts to speak with him. Apparently they just like to run your credit and waste your time. Will not be doing business with them ever.

We bought our RZR 1000 here. Nice sales people! We came in knowing what we wanted and they didn't try to upsell us which was nice. The green mobile kinda looks like a batmobile to me!

This is a great place to go! I live about 3.5 hours away from them and was able to negotiate with them over the phone/email about a Kawasaki Z1000 I had been looking at. I worked with Richard and he was super helpful over the phone and at the dealership from start to finish, and it was a pleasure speaking with him. The rest of the team was also great, they're very welcoming and make you feel like you really want to be there. I left the place more than happy with a new bike and am definitely coming back in the future when I am on the hunt for another ride!

I went to Fuel Powersports to have my trade valued for trade against a Harley. While I was there I came across a 2014 Leftover Victory. I made it very clear that I was interested in the Victory. I asked the Salesmen for the price on the Victory and he responded that he was unsure. I appreciated this and asked him if he could get the price. He disappeared for a few moments and came back and replied that it was $7,500. This made my decision pretty certain that I was going to buy the Victory. I looked at the bike a while longer while my trade was being evaluated. When the trade was done being valued he returned and proceeded to give me a trade number. By all accounts the trade price was fair. I then asked what that makes the difference between it and the Victory. He responded that he assumed that I was not a Vet so it was 8,500 less my trade. This is where I lost my cool. The salesmen straight up lied to me. When I asked for a price on the bike he lied. He did not make a mistake, he intentionally lied. I will never do business with a dealer that intentionally lied to me, nor should you. The reason I did not buy had nothing to do with the extra $1000. I would have bought it at that, if they had not lied to me. This dealer is dishonest and seems to be looking to hook you with low prices until it comes time to sign a contract and SURPRISE!!! Classic Bait and Switch dealer.

Looking to get a new motorcycle soon. Fuel Powersports has courteous, friendly staff, and great inventory. When the time is right, I hope to make a deal there!! As for their service department, they always do a great job, and take care of me and my motorcycle without delay. During a service call last year, they noticed the front fork seals leaking, and fluid getting all over the front brake discs. That could have been bad, but they spotted it, fixed me up right the first time, and got me back on the road fast!

I wish finance guy would have explained paper work a bit more in detail and not be in such a rush. Otherwise selection was good and salesman Alan was very helpful.

Cj help us all the way through the sale he made sure we where OK when we where waiting for finance to get back to us and after we got the the go ahead they took us through the break in and maintenance and then signed and got to ring the bell which I thought was really cool and different

All in all, a good experience. Helped my father purchase a UTV from Fuel Powersports that we found listed on ATV Trader. The sale price listed on ATV trader was accurate and honored by the dealership. There was some slight confusion surrounding the availability of the machine. We had understood they had it in stock at a warehouse, in reality, they had to locate a machine at another dealership for us. Took a little longer to get than we expected but they did find what we were looking for.
The setup/freight charges were higher than I have experienced at other dealers, but the sale price of the machine did counter this. Was still a good deal and professional service.

Got quoted over the phone on a machine for $11.600 out the door. Was ensured this was the price I would be paying since the salesmen knew I would be driving 2 hours to pick the machine up. When I arrived at fuel power sports I was shown the machine, at this time I asked him again about the $11,600 out the door price and was one again told yes thats what your paying. When I got into the financing department I noticed that things didn't add up right, when I added my down payment and the amount financed the total was over $12,300, no place on the paperwork did it show a grand total, I had to add it up my self. When I questioned the salesmen about the price he said there must have been a misunderstanding about the price, even though he had told me 4 separate times that my out the door price would be $11,600. At this point we had to get the sales manager involved, when he came into the room he tried to tell me at first there was nothing they could do about the tax, and told me I had to pay the tax, I'm not stupid, I know how sales tax work. I explained that I was told 11,600 out the door, meaning taxes and all other fees included in that price. He then went on to tell me the best he could do is knock off $100 or $200 if I left them a 5 star review, basically trying to buy a review from me, this is a TERRIBLE business practice.

I ended up leaving without buying a machine from Fuel power sports because I could not and will not support shady business practices like these.

1 week after leaving I got a letter in the mail saying my financing was declined from them and sorry they couldn't help me, I find this funny because I have an above average credit score and I was pre approved before I ever entered there doors the week before.

I had a great experience, each of the employees were helpful and friendly. Great price on the unit I purchased. Will definitely return, I am already a repeat customer. Andrew in the finance department gave me a free pen and that was the best part.

Kevin and the Fuel Powersports team where amazing to work with. Any questions I had they had the answer and they took care of everything from start to finish, the only thing I really had to do was pick out my Jacket, Gloves, and Helmet.

Kevin did an amazing job getting everything set up and guiding me through every step of the way. He is definitely do for a raise.

Super high pressure salesman. They wouldn't let me test ride anything without verbally agreeing to purchase afterwards. I'm a 28 year old professional, not a 16 year old kid looking for a joy ride. They also don't work with any outside banks. 0/10 never going back.

Pretty rude employees. Walked around looking at MX clothing for my son and never got anyone to come help us.
Same situation with us looking at a dirtbike for him.
