Called the sales dept for information on a two bike purchase and a week later nobody has returned my call or replied to my email. I hope they are making money because they sure are leaving a lot on the table.

I would never buy anything from here again. My sales man was nice and very helpful, but that was the only good experience. Guy taking pictures of 4wheelers backed into my truck with a 4wheeler left a huge scratch and managers denied it More

I was looking to buy a new FZ-09 and had been in contact with Jake in sales. Worst sales experience I've ever had in my life. I had done all my research and knew what bike I wanted but wasn't sure on the color so Jake setup an appointment for me to come in and look at the bikes side by side knowing that I was going to purchase one that day. The morning he called to confirm my appointment which I told him I would be able to make it a little earlier than expected because I was going to leave work early. I drove an hour to get to FUEL because I wanted to buy from them because my family and myself have been loyal customers for years. When I got there I waited over an hour to be helped by Jake and when he finally came over to talk to me he said the bike was sold. Never apologized for the inconvenience, never thought about calling me to let me know so that it wasn't a colossal waste of time for me to waste 3 hours of my day, and never said let me see what I can do for you knowing that I was coming in to buy....IN FULL WITH CASH! NEVER again will I purchase anything, have anything serviced, or speak anything but negatively about FUEL Powersports in West Bend.

Very cool transaction and EASY to buy my Polaris 400 H.O. One night, I pulled in about 2 minutes before closing and Ryan in service stayed and took my machines--very cool. I had one to put in for service and I was trading the other machine in on a new Polaris. The day after I dropped the machines off, Al in sales called me and we made the deal happen with no hassle. The whole staff was very courteous, even taking time to wrap the tie-downs up nicely from when they unloaded my machines. Thumbs up.

I worked with Ryan on trading my motorcycle for an ATV. It was a good experience as he was not pushing me to buy a machine or accessories I didn't need or want for the sake of making more money.

Terrible customer service, VERY rude, unprofessional and hoity service department. **Overpriced** for simple fixes and when you disagree they will argue with you. Wouldn't recommend! Go to the smaller businesses in the area! Give them the business, it'll be cheaper & more personable! Wouldn't suprise me if I get a response to this post still defending their actions (DAN)...I dont wana hear it lol

Great place. Just bought another Atv here and Ryan was very Helpful and friendly, got me a great deal. All staff in Sales, Parts, Financing and Service were easy to work with and not pushy. Thanks for the great work!

As far as a dealer, they are ok, not pushy, and so...

As far as a dealer, they are ok, not pushy, and some of the salespeople are up front. I've only bought parts here. The last time I went here I specifically called asking to demo ride a particular bike they had on the floor, and I was told that would be no problem. After I rode 40 minutes to get there, I was told that they don't do demo rides, unless you buy the bike. Well that's a pretty bad policy, especially if you want to sell a bike. I get it, insurance dictates this, but plenty of other dealers do allow sport bike demos. Also, what quantifies as a sport bike? As recently as of a couple of weeks ago, there was a link right on fuel's website for Suzuki test rides, and specifically the gsxr. That link is now gone, and the only link for demo rides is for the slingshot.
They simply do not do demo rides for any sport bike, and I see that in the fine print on the bottom of the page. If I were to buy a Yamaha, I'd probably go to a different dealer as there's several around, but Suzuki's next closest dealer isn't that close. I'm hoping that Suzuki has a factory demo tour so I can test ride a bike with no obligation to buy. We'll see as I'm going to buy a new bike this season.

Edit, since I can't reply to the owners reply to my review, without creating another I'll do so here. I wanted to test ride a fz10 which isnt considered either a supersport or a sport bike, but rather a " hyper naked bike". And no, the person I spoke with on the phone said I could test ride it. Only when I got there was I told that I couldn't. Some dealers do let you test ride any bike. It's obviously an insurance issue, and that's a business decision that you as an owner had to make, to get insurance through a company that doesn't cover machines that you are trying to sell. As far as my abilities, I've been riding motorcycles for about 30 years. I've done track days, and have a lot of experience on 1000 cc sport bikes.

Terrible customer service. Was very disappointed that we had to wait three hours just to get some paperwork and write a check. People working there just stood around and didn't do anything. Good bikes, bad service.

I recently bought a brand new Yamaha Sidewinder from the guys over at Fuel Powersports. I worked with Ryan Schrank and he was very good to work with, he made sure I was taken care off and had everything I need. A+ service. Very happy customer and will be back when its time for another new sled.

Great service department my motorcycle has never run better. Dan Pool is a pleasure to work with.
It is nice to work with someone that treats your motorcycle as he would his own.
They are happy to offer advice on home diagnosis when only purchasing parts. Yes, I recommend
That you give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I took ATV in with the problem of IT not starting. Was told it would be probably 7 to 10 days before they could look at it, asked them to document all of the work.2 days later got a call with diagnosis. Told them take care of it,they had to order the part.took about 5days to get part. Picked up ATV 3day later. Very pleased with the service department.

Got treated excellent by the sales dept, C.J Got me on a great machine at an unbeatable price and the parts dept got me hooked up with the accessories I was looking for, great dealership and I would highly recommend giving them a call before you go anywhere else.

Terrible service, Jeff (finance guy) has ZERO people skills. Bought a 2018 Sportsman, waited two hours to see finance rep (Jeff). They made me feel as I m doing them a favor.
Hidden fees on finance papers, told me I would only pay taxes in Illinois, ends up you pay license and title fees ($100) in WI and pay them again in Illinois ($40). His best answer was to make the bank happy! As if my business isn t enough!! I thought Illinois was a crooked state.

These guys customer service is crappy. They are very pushy and not very flexible with the variety of customer or situations they come across. Unless they happen to have your dream vehicle/motorcycle, pass them right on by...you'll be doing yourself a favor.

This has to be one of the worst dealerships I ve ever did business with. They ll help you out and once you sign the paperwork and leave them they ll stop caring. I bought a bike in June and in July I canceled the warranty that I put on it. They told me the money will get refunded in 3 months. its been 4 months now and when ever I d call they sound so careless and literally hang up after a min. I still haven t done the survey on fuel powersport so I ll just wait for u guys to call me and refund the money so I don t have to pay extra interest......
Its been a week since i posted this and the owner responded saying they will have someone call me. I still havent gotten a call nor an email. This just shows how much "helpful" they are after they get their money.

all it took was on phone call for me to never even consider buying a bike from this place. rude customer service and blatantly lied over the phone. glad i didn t make the trip up there.

Internet price scam, after adding prep, destination and admin it was a 20% increase in cycle trader advertised price, you give dealerships a bad rep, I work for a very large dealership and we believe in being fair and transparent the profit will still come without being dishonest, this is hard to believe that there is still dealerships doing business like this

Every time I call and/or walk in, I always get respected responses, friendly reactions, and great service. They are very informative people. I bought my first bike here, and I will surely buy my last one here too.

After my third vehicle purchase in 4 years from here I will be shopping elsewhere. The first two machines I bought were brand new left over snowmobiles. Both times I felt rushed to make the purchase and leave. The third machine I purchased was a 2 year old used Rzr. The buying process was fine but the after purchase treatment was not good. At time of purchase unit did not have sway bars installed. I was told I d get them, but Fuel had to first get them from the previous owner. Each time l d call asking where the sway bars were I d get the same answer. Owner is looking for them and they should be here by next week A week would go by and I would not hear anything. This went on for a few months before I asked for a buy back price. That same day I did that I was told Fuel would order new ones and they d be in within a week. The new sway bars came in and were installed for no cost. (After 4 months). I ve had really good experience with the service department but not the sales department. I wouldn t recommend purchasing a used machine here. But I would recommend having your equipment serviced here.

To get to the point, they would not allow a test ride of a motorcycle unless you commit to buying it. Seems like a really poor practice for a $20k purchase. First slaes person knew the bikes but ended off handing me off to someone that had no clue. Was a very poor experience overall, especially when driving from Milwaukee to West Bend.
Now if you take the sales staff and poor practices out, the facility is very clean, they have a pretty good selection of new and used bikes and atv/utv. Pricing is middle to high end of the road.

Everyone at Fuel Powersports works seamlessly as a team to make your buying experience awesome! Ben and CJ made sure I was totally comfortable with the buying experience from start to finish (2019 Hayabusa). Austin in parts and accessories was very knowledgeable about all things helmet and parts related. My girlfriend felt very informed without feeling pressured or talked down to as a first time helmet buyer. I strongly suggest checking them out for your next purchase!

We were looking for a FJR 1300A left over and found it at Fuel Powersports at a great price. We made the 830 mile ride to trade my 2012 for the 2016. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff was friendly the transaction went smooth. We had one concern that the service manager went over and above to handle. I would recommend the dealership.

Had a great experience over all. Our salesperson Bob, did a excellent job getting us a price we were happy with. Bob , parts and service were very helpful answering any questions. The finance department could do better on loan rates considering we have a excellent credit score.

I called the day before to set up a test ride on the 2017 Victory Octane. It was getting close to the last few good riding days, however, my sales agent was enthusiastic about showing me the bike. I arrived as planned the next day and we took a couple of test rides and I decided to buy. Overall good buying experience. I decided to trade my old bike, so that can be a B-@tch a some places, but Fuel had me In and out in under 2 hours with a brand new bike. They did well.

This was my second snowmobile in four years i bought from them. Alot has changed in streamlining the purchase this time ,private computer terminals keep you out of the financial office till closing, the sales team make sure your informed on all the functions of the machine by getting you the mechanic that explains all details of maintenance and use. Nice experience.

Bought a used snowmobile here, everyone was super friendly and the salesman weren t pushy like most places. Ryan was my salesman and he made the whole process very clear and made sure that I wasn t leaving disappointed. The parts guy I dealt with was Dale, he was also really good about finding a belt that they didn t have in stock and they matched the price with a price online. Could not be more impressed.

Fuel Powersports saved me a ton of money! I went up and looked at a motorcycle I was interested in. They wanted $14000.00 for it. The salesman let me know that they would get it out of storage and he would give me a call the next day when I could come look at it and take it for a ride. The next day I went to the bank and got a large sum of money out for the down payment and waited for the call but I never heard from him. I called them multiple times and left messages. Over a week later now I still haven't heard a word.

Decided to ride my old jalopy another season and maybe look at a new bike again next year.

Never ever ever ever EVER go here. What a waste of time. Very pushy salesman who kept trying to force me into a tiny model despite saying I wasn't interested. And your dealer fees are WAY too high, about double what other dealers charge. No, thank you.

Lots of inventory, staff makes you feel welcome! Our salesman, Cooper, stayed with us for over an hour after the store closed, to make sure we were completely satisfied! Very helpful for first time buyers and experienced buyers. You can ask any team member any question, and they ll have an answer for you! Or they will definitely find out!

Follow up to response below: Your response like other reviews is not an apology and is not accurately addressing the issues. I write a follow up with hesitation because I am sure I will receive another excuse- but feel it's important to share my experience.

No, the numbers given did not include the fees you note- it was the starting number less a discount of $500. When I told them of the Craiglist price they said they would drop the price ($1000). So the info about the fees doesn't make sense in this case.

It was a used ATV in stock at your store. Of course registration and other fees would be added. It is not our first purchase of an ATV, but first experience at your store.

The laughing was clearly pointed and unless you were part of it, I find it hard to understand how you would know there was a coincidence.

Sometimes a simple apology for the poor experience is all that is required. Thank you!

Original review: We went to Fuel Sports to look at a wheeler advertised on Craigslist for $4599 (Honda Rubicon) Looked at the machine and the sales person said he would write it up for the "best deal". Returned with a price of $5999 less $500 for the "discount" I looked at him puzzled because that was $1000 MORE than the advertised price!! They said they would honor the price, but we were already questioning the integrity of the sale. I said we weren't interested in purchasing that it was dishonest that they would increase the price. When we left the 3 sales reps laughed- very disturbing that first they try to cheat us out of money but then to humiliate us by laughing at us! Buyers beware.

I just bought a 2018 YZ 250 dirtbike from Fuel Powersports and they were great. For starters they had the best price and I had a wide search area, I drove from Grand Rapids Michigan. The staff at Fuel Powersports is knowledgeable and very helpful, making sure everything is what you wanted and expected. It is a no pressure environment and it will be the first place I look to when buying a new bike.

Reached out to them via email. Took couple days to return email. I asked another question and it went unanswered. You would hope when your trying to drop 20k at the place they would answer any and all questions. Turned to another dealer to.spend my money

bought an 03 Polaris sportsman 700 from fuel power...

bought an 03 Polaris sportsman 700 from fuel power sports and i could be more dissapointed!! The Atv did not idle when the sales man started it, i waited two hours for them to "fix" this problem, this should have been a huge red flag to me! reguardless i still bought the machine and once i got home (one hour drive) the battery was dead and i couldnt drive it off my trailer. the next day i started to look over the machine not thinking about having to bring my tools to a dealership so i could inspect things that when buying from a dealership or lack there of at Fuel powersports should not have to be checked. Upon inspection the air filter needed to be changed, the carbuerator was spilling fuel back into the air box (this problem was obviously seen but not taken care of during my purchase according to the sales man the carb was in initail problem), dirty spark plugs, rear tail light does not work, right fromt tire does not hold air, battery needed to be replaced and low on coolant. needless to say they took this ATV in on trade and did not even look over it. when i called into to bring these problems to thier attention i was rudley told that used ATV sales are sold as is. I would be more than understanding of these problems if i bought it from the guy down the street and not from a dealership! During the purchase i asked and was told that everything had been gone over and EVERYTHING was in working order and good to go. The only thing that was good to go was my check into thier slimy pockets! They tweeked the machine good enough to get it out the door and that was it. never thought buying my first ATV would be such a horrible expirence but it has been. I would recommend buying any product from anywhere else but FUEL POWERSPORTS. After sharing my dissapointment with several friends i recieved a lot of other bad expirences with this company. Further more the staff were all very rude and incompetent Jake had no personable skills or knowledge of much of anything besides that he likes to drink. When i started to haggle for a better price he immediately became upset and compared to me buying a ATV to buying a TV from walmart and that you dont ask wallmart for a different price. Im sure FUEL POWERSPORTS gets away with this all the time but it will be the last time with me. BUY YOUR TOYS ELSEWHERE!! BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience! My wife and I drove 80+ miles to check out their inventory of snowmobiles. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, walked around for a few minutes and was again greeted by Harry in sales. He answered our questions, found answers to questions that he did not know, and sold us 2 new sleds. Everyone was nice throughout the sales, parts, and service dept. Definitely would recommend. They were our first and only stop. We had about 8 others that would be closer and we will be back.

Wow....apparently they aren't that interested in making a sale. I called yesterday to talk to them about purchasing a Polaris Ranger Crew 1000. They said no one from sales was available to take my call so I left my name and number. No call back. I called again today and they said the same thing. I mentioned that I was interested in buying a Polaris Crew 1000 and that I didn't get a call back yesterday when I left a message so I wasn't interested in leaving a message again. I would think the woman on the phone would have offered to put me on hold or let me speak to a manager. Instead she said "okay, if you feel that way, have a nice day". I was dumbfounded. I asked her if that was it and she said "yep, have a nice day". I guess they must be doing fine in these times where I can't imagine people are running out and dropping $18-$20K on UTVs that often. I guess they are.....wow

Had to wait 4 hours to finally purchase a Kawasaki. They topped off the oil 5 minutes before loading it up probably because they didn t want to tell me it had an oil leak. Now I m stuck to fixing the bike by myself cause I didn t purchase their outrageously expensive warranty. This place is a joke wouldn t recommend to anyone

Don t waste your time with this place like I did!

Don t waste your time with this place like I did!

Even ignoring the advertised price of the bike didn t include the fees that equates to about 30% on top of price.
Complete waste of time trying to buy a bike. The sales guy took literally 6 days to reply back to me. Should have known to just walk away when the first I ll get right back to you took over a day. Finally a different guy reached out to me to make a deal. Said he would work the price down a bit and get right back to me . Guess what never heard from him again and the original guy finally answers his 6 day old email with a sorry for the confusion the other sales guy said but we won t budge on price . Like really?? Can t move a tiny bit I asked for on your fees .

Should have looked at these reviews as I see they have issues often with there almost sub 4stars.

Never again.

November 11th, 2019 we talked to Brandon (salesguy) at Fuel Powersports on the phone about trading in our 2011 RZR on a 2016 Ranger they had used on the lot. He took our info and talked to his people and gave us a price on the Ranger and gave us the trade in value of our RXR which was 5200$ minimum and 6500$ max . He guaranteed we would get at least 5200$. We asked if there are any fees or costs we will have to pay upon buying new ranger.. he stated there is a 100 dollar dock fee and that was it.. we asked again and he guaranteed no hidden fees or any other b.s. he stated they would make it easy for us to purchase by financing through them and when we got back to Michigan we can have our back finance us and they would cancel the financing on their end when they got paid. Nov. 13th my fiance drove 5 hours down to West Bend to Fuel powersports by herself as I had to work.. she ended up sitting there getting screwed around for the next 4 plus hours. When they got our RZR we were trading in they then stated the most they'd give us is 5000$ trade in.. there is nothing wrong with RZR and it has a bunch of accessories. They promised on the phone 2 days in a row that 5200$ would be the minimum we would get. Then Brandon proceeded to tell her that there is an additional 100$ fee for some b.s. even though we had asked a d verified numerous times and were promised no hidden fees. They then told her that we need 5000$ cash down!??! Why would we have to do that? And why wasnt this brought to our attention b4 making the drive there?.. we were very close to leading our RZR back up and getting out of there... but we wanted that machine they had on tradin.. and we had already spent hundred dollars on getting down there and we didnt want to have to shop around again so instead we paid cash and had our bank wire transfer the 16000$ to them to be done with them and we financed it at our bank when we got home to pay back our account. So after a full wasted day on one transaction and her being made to sit there while the sales guy Brandon walked around helping other customers out we are happy to never have to deal with this company qgain.. I gave one star because 0 stars was not an option. Buy elsewhere.

I stopped in on Wed morning because I had some friends who enjoyed jet skiing , The store was busy but Brandon took time to acknowledge I was there and then answered all my questions regarding new and preowned. Needless to say I ended up leaving with a new RTX and I could not be happier with how quick and efficient their group is. I was very happy that even after the sale they took their time to go over the details of the machine to make sure I would get the most out of everything. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking!!

The guys at the parts desk were extremely helpful. I had some questions I had relatively no knowledge on. Not only did they help me get everything I needed, I left there feeling as if I'd learned something. Not embarrassed, or upset. Unlike other dealerships I've been to in the past.

Honestly I seriously couldn t be happier! I get that a lot of people say that but I mean it! I filled out a pre-approval and a little later I received a text asking when we could meet up. Instead of blowing up my spot, a simple text was all it took. I hate feeling pressured and getting 100 phone calls! Walked in the next day was approved and drove of the lot with my brand new 2020 z125 with 1 mile on it! I needed some gear and that was added to my total cost! Everything took about twoish hours I didn t go in on a weekend tho so that probably helped my case.

Samantha in the parts department handled my purchase of a powersport battery to perfection. I'm 70 miles away, and would be passing very close to FM during my travel. I called on the phone, she quoted price, verified in stock status, unboxed the battery, added acid and water, put the unit on charge, said it will be at the parts counter ready for you to pick up. Offered to have me pay for it via credit or debit, and said if you like, call when you get here, and we will bring it out to you!!!!
I buy LOTS of powersport toys. I also realize not every sale/parts/service transaction is gonna be perfect, but Sam truly gave EXCELLENT customer service in my case. Fuel Powersports number is now locked in my phone book, and I will always allow them to quote my needs, which is exactly how customer service is supposed to work!!
Well done Samantha and FM!!

Dealt with Ryan Schrank and had a very good experience. Drove over an hour and a half to get my 2018 Kodiak and I couldn't be more happy thank you to the crew at fuel powersports for this awesome machine, Kyle was the finance manager that helped me was also very helpful answering any questions and making a quick process

Bought an advertised "dealer demo" 2014 Yamaha Apex X-TX for cash a few weeks ago. The machine had 490 miles on it. They added a destination fee which is only charged on truly new vehicles, but then proceeded to tell me that since it was "used" it did not come with a Yamaha 1 year warranty. Can't be both! I needed the machine for an upcoming weekend and the price was still reasonable, so I paid the price and took the machine up north. Upon my arrival I discovered the battery was near dead. I jump started it and put 10 miles on it but the next day it still had to be jump started. While removing the cowl to access the battery leads, I discovered the fastener did not have the washer that keeps it from falling out of the cowl. I realized this as the fastener was falling into a foot of powdered snow in my driveway, she gone.. Once I got to 500 miles, the display says it needs the break-in oil change which the dealer told me they did. If they did the service they would have started the machine, noticed the dead battery and discovered the missing washer and replaced it.I told them of these issues and they said they would take care of me, but a week later and I haven't received a return call. Got my survey from Yamaha in the mail the other day which I will be filling out tonight. This is the third snowmobile I purchased this year from Fuel (the other two were new) and the last for sure. Beware.

I would like to thank all the staff at fuel powersports! I walked in this morning at 9:00am.I met with Jason and by 9:45 am he was loading my new Polaris rush pro s 800 in the back of my truck! This was by far the best price and customer service I have ever dealt with. Thanks again Jason and this wrap on this new sled is just awesome! Still can t believe how easy this buying experience was!!

While looking at the UTV I bought, our salesman was newer so his manager came over to show us the features and as he went thru the Ride Command he told us 'With the ride command here is how you switch between the front and rear cameras, here is the navigation and radio.' And the rest of he machine. Bought it and took it home. A couple days later only to find out there is no front camera. When I call to ask about it the manager said well maybe he misspoke and there is nothing he will do about it. All I know is that I was mislead to believe there was a camera there and he told me too bad not his problem. To me they should have made good on his words or even offer to meet half way. Anything. Needles to say I was very disappointed with the way they handled things

My boyfriend purchased a new bike recently. All of sales, service, and parts associates were extremely helpful not only towards him but myself as well. Austin took the time to help me select a new helmet was very patient and respectful and never spoke down to me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing my first helmet. Definitely will be going there when I'm ready to purchase my own bike.

I purchased my first brand new ATV at Fuel Powersports and had a great experience! Ryan Schrank in sales was extremely helpful. With my busy work schedule he was able to address my concerns and needs and make sure the whole process of purchasing was a smooth one. I had plenty of questions and wanted to even have some work done before picking it up, and he went out of his way to make it such an easy process. I will definitely be back, not just because of the awesome selection, but because Ryan treated me like a friend.

Absolutely loved working with Jason, such a fun, upbeat guy that is fast working but gets it done right to satisfy his guest. This was my first time buying a snowmobile and I never thought I would be treated as well as I did when I was at Fuel. Not only did Jason talk to me about the snowmobile but he walked me to the service department to talk to the guys there that did another quick run through of the snowmobile and how to service it. Jason also brought a guy over from the parts department who offered me add on options to ensure I was happy with what I was getting. Unbelievably happy with the outcome and I highly recommend working with Jason if you re looking for a new snowmobile- he knows his stuff! I will for sure be back in the future and will recommend others to work with Jason at Fuel.

I tried several times to buy my new Polaris snowmobile from Fuel, and their sister store Cedar creek, but because they didn't have what I was looking for in stock, the salespeople were not interested in helping me. Shortly after purchasing my Polaris Titan Adventure at the dealer in Shawano I had an issue with the electric start. Even though I didn't buy the sled at Fuel, Dan in service went above and beyond to take care of me. I'm completely impressed with Dan and will be giving all my service needs to him. Way to go Dan!!! Thanks much!!!

CJ took care of me- they had the bike I was searching for (nobody else had it even in surrounding states). Bike was prepped and ready when I got there, smooth transaction and I was out the door!
