We were well taken care of. Easy financing process. My son loves the bike!

Called Thursday inquiring about a bike and was told it was already sold. A different salesman called me back Friday and said it was available. I filled out the online financing on Saturday during business hours and was told someone would be in contact with me shortly. Monday (they are normally closed Mondays) I called and left a message that I was still interested and to call me back. No phone call on Tuesday, even though I was notified of a credit check from Credit Karma early in the morning. It would seem there is a very large gap in their business model. Very disappointed.

Bought my first Motorcycle here! Everyone was really friendly, helpful, and straight up front with you. Buying was really smooth and was by far the quickest in and out buy that I've made at a dealership. Thank you to both Steve and Jason as they were awesome salesman! I look forward in dealing with Fuel Powersports in the future!

Bought a floor model Yamaha sled w/ 0.2 miles on it in November of 2018. Walk in price was suppose to be $6,995. After all the paperwork and fees it was around $11,000. Me being excited I still went with it. Come to find out it comes with zero warranty, zero maintenance, zero anything. Basically walk out the door and that s it. They wouldn t even clutch it to the correct altitude and I had to buy the weights from their parts Dept (all $11)
10/10 not recommend this place

Had problems with the battery in my 2014 Vector. Called Dan in service battery was still under warranty took sled to them installed the new one while I waited. Great Job Fuel Power sports

I m not one to typically write a review but felt that based on some reviews the following needs to be said. At no point was I forced to make any purchase after all fees were added onto the price of the vehicle. I m not sure how any dealership is at fault for the consumer not liking the price they paid when you could just walk away from the deal. I have always had great experiences at Fuel, they ve taken care of any issues and I have seen them grow over the years to improve the customer and sales experience. Ben and Ryan communicated with us daily as while I waited for my motorcycle to arrive. They both were extremely friendly, helpful and very clear about the fees and taxes well before we even decided if we were or were not going to make the purchase. It is one of the few lower sports dealerships that you can come back to over the course of years and still work with the same sales person and managers. It really speaks to how well the owners are committed to providing long term profession growth vs the constant turn around of staff seen in some other dealerships.
Overall a fabulous experience.

My freind was shopping for a bike,in the Chicago area. He asked me to help him decide what to get. I told him to test ride anything and everything he liked.The brand really doesn't matter. He narrowed his choices to a Vstar or a Kawasaki Vulcan. I was really leary,when he said he found one he liked ,3 hours away! But the bike he wanted was low miles,and had 1500-2000 dollars in accessories on it.He called Brandon,put a deposit on it,to hold it until we got there ,2 days later.There was no pressure,and they gave him good advice.When they said the bike was "mint" They weren't kidding.I have a bit of experience as a motorcycle mechanic,on american and metric. It was hard to find anything wrong.They gave him a fair price,even if the bike had no extras. He had not owned a bike in 15 or 20 years,so he had LOTS of questions.They answered him honestly,and on a couple of things that Brendan wasn't sure about,he found out. You can't expect a salesman to know the specs on every new model,let alone a 7 year old one! There was a small SNAFU with the certified check,and the way it was endorsed.They were able to work it out.That was what impressed me the most.When something unexpected happens,how can we fix it? There are no branches of the bank my friend uses less the 60 miles away,and the local credit union would not cash an out of state check ,for a non member. So They called his bank and They wanted to charge him for a bank transfer. In this case,they split the extra cost that was caused by a simple misunderstanding. We all want things to go smooth and trouble free. It doesn't always work that way. I only wish they weren't 160 miles from home,I would definitely be back. In fact I may,anyhow!

I purchased my first brand new ATV at Fuel Powersports and had a great experience! Ryan Schrank in sales was extremely helpful. With my busy work schedule he was able to address my concerns and needs and make sure the whole process of purchasing was a smooth one. I had plenty of questions and wanted to even have some work done before picking it up, and he went out of his way to make it such an easy process. I will definitely be back, not just because of the awesome selection, but because Ryan treated me like a friend.

Just bought my pre-owned Yamaha motorcycle today. Have been in contact for a couple of weeks, they worked with me on the exact bike I was looking for, price was fair and I paid cash up front so aside from a $186 "doc fee" I paid what we settled on. CJ, Ryan and parts rep Jeremy were all very helpful. I'm a very thorough person and they accommodated most of my needs/expectations, are going to work with me on future servicing and parts, and sent me home with a beautiful new(to me ) motorcycle. My first dealership experience I, might add. I don't do financing so I'm not sure from that perspective, but if you are buying outright, this is definitely the place to go!

Horrible do not buy anything from these people. All I did was wait then they wanted me to sign papers without going over stuff so I waited to speak with someone after 2 hours of waiting I left hour and half later they called wanted to know where I went and to come back. Everything in there used is junk they are unwilling to move in price on new stuff and they don't care about anyone

I went to fuel powersports for the first time in July of 2020. I was in the market for low mileage excellent condition performance bike. Much to my surprise and delight I was introduced to a model of Suzuki sport bike I didn't know about and got a smokin deal on it. The service department at fuel does excellent work. I always enjoy visiting fuel to look at bike and gear.

Horrible Customer Service. Very good example of the Snake Oil Salesman. I called at 11:30am on Saturday. Confirmed that the 2 specific snowmobiles we wanted were in stock, and that we were on our way to come buy them and will be there in 45 minutes to purchase these 2 brand new sleds. He confirmed they had them and would be here in 45 minutes when we got there. When we arrived, we were told that someone had purchased one of the sleds at 9:30 am so there was only 1 remaining that we were interested in. They did try and sell me on other sleds, and when I asked why they would deceive us and lie to us, he said hes in sales and they sell snowmobiles, so I shouldn't be mad at him for wasting 2 peoples time. Luckily, we called Mukwonago Yamaha, spoke with Rick, he confirmed he'd hold the sleds for us, and we drove over there and purchased 2 snowmobiles. Fuel Motorsports will NEVER get my business. Considering I buy a new led every 2-3 years, not a smart business decision.

CJ and the team at FUEL POWERSPORTS was extremely helpful. They answered all my questions I had in person and via email, which made it an easy choice to buy my machine. Will definitely be back for future toys and accessories.

I am from Illinois but always had a better impressions from dealers of Wisconsin, bit this one is so special!
I called them twice to verify the final price of used bike and clarify that there is no additional fees, but when arrived to buy they found out that there is additional $150 "service fee", they replied that they don't know who I was talking and blah-blah-blah, did reduce it after long debates to $63. After that I was asked to wait to cashier 20 minutes - "there is 1 person in front of me", after 40 minutes I asked "what's going on?" and they replied me "there are 2 guys now" and the told me from beginning "2 guys" and "it will be soon..." I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes.... Liars. They also forced me to sign waivers that I agree them to share any of my information to another companies, otherwise they will not sell bike to me! Beware!

They treated me good and I'll I enjoyed the service and my 4 by 4 is working good

Jason is great, made the trip from Manitowoc about 3 hours round trip to look at a used sled. Unfortunately we took a pass on it but Jason was very understanding and took his time to show us a few other units. I will be likely returning in the future based on customer service and the extra effort made to make a deal. Thanks again and look forward to doing business in the future.

I've been searching for just the right used motorcycle for a while at a reasonable price and I found close to what I wanted at Fuel Powersports. There were a couple additional accessories that I was looking for on the motorcycle which they found for me and are installing at a very reasonable price. The entire staff were just great to work with. I would not hesitate for a minute to return for future purchases.

I did my deal for a 2019 ktm via email text and phone call. I came in 2 days before we finished the deal just to see the bike (tired of sight unseen junk that looks great in photos and runs like junk in person) 2 days later came to pick up my bike it was as smooth as it could be

Great place. Dealt with CJ looking for a RZR 570. He suggested a used 900 that was a better deal. Was able to try both before deciding. Went with the 900 and can t wait to pick it up after the accessories are installed

Sell bikes with issues. Lie. N watch anything you charge, they add to it. I'm not the only person. Just steer clear.

Fuel powersports is a great place to do business with!!! From sales to the loan office they have knowledgeable employees in every department! The staff in service and accessories were very helpful in picking up some new gear and upgrades for my new SUZUKI and the prices were Great! The mechanic also gave a great walk around and explained anything needed to know with the quad and the features! I personally rate the entire experience at 100 percent satisfied and will def make the 200 mile drive again for my next atv!!!

If you want to shop at a place that lies, provides no communication and will run your credit to just go and sell the bike to someone else, then this is your place.

I bought a '95 Honda Nighthawk from Fuel this past weekend. I know quite a few people who have had issues with Fuel, but I had an amazing experience. The salesman, Brandon, was great especially for me being a young woman looking for a bike. He brought the bike out, let me sit and feel out the bike, and answered any questions I had regarding the history of the bike as well as general pricing. He worked with my budget and was able to give me a price in my price range. I truly appreciated Fuel. They were informative, but never pushy to buy. I talked with staff in the helmet department as well as apparel, and was never pressured to buy anything. The financing guy was quick but thorough, and able to answer all of my questions. Overall a great experience, and I would suggest Brandon and Fuel to anyone!

I m very happy with my purchase of a used 2016 Yamaha Wolverine R-Spec from salesman Ryan . He knew I was 2 &1/2 hours away in Illinois. Ryan worked my deal over the phone and homered my price when I arrived. He had the machine inside and detailed so he could explain how the unit works. I did the trade-in value on line from Fuels website and they gave me within a $100 of the phone offer after the inspection. I was very happy with Ryan and fuel Power sports honest dealing. Ryan also removed my roll bar so my unit could fit in my enclosed Trailer. I would buy here again and remember , ask for RYAN.

I completed my MSF course and came here to buy my very first bike. The team here is very helpful and was able to speak to different representatives in different departments (sales, parts, service, finance). Each team member was specialized in their areas and were able to provide accurate information for my questions.

I ended up buying a 2016 Yamaha R3 and purchased the frame sliders. The service team went above and beyond to install them for me before they closed. They understood that I wanted to ride my new bike home and made it happen by going a step further to make my experience here better.

Follow up to response below: Your response like other reviews is not an apology and is not accurately addressing the issues. I write a follow up with hesitation because I am sure I will receive another excuse- but feel it's important to share my experience.

No, the numbers given did not include the fees you note- it was the starting number less a discount of $500. When I told them of the Craiglist price they said they would drop the price ($1000). So the info about the fees doesn't make sense in this case.

It was a used ATV in stock at your store. Of course registration and other fees would be added. It is not our first purchase of an ATV, but first experience at your store.

The laughing was clearly pointed and unless you were part of it, I find it hard to understand how you would know there was a coincidence.

Sometimes a simple apology for the poor experience is all that is required. Thank you!

Original review: We went to Fuel Sports to look at a wheeler advertised on Craigslist for $4599 (Honda Rubicon) Looked at the machine and the sales person said he would write it up for the "best deal". Returned with a price of $5999 less $500 for the "discount" I looked at him puzzled because that was $1000 MORE than the advertised price!! They said they would honor the price, but we were already questioning the integrity of the sale. I said we weren't interested in purchasing that it was dishonest that they would increase the price. When we left the 3 sales reps laughed- very disturbing that first they try to cheat us out of money but then to humiliate us by laughing at us! Buyers beware.

They have been very responsive in servicing our site UTV.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Top notch sales and service from the Whole crew at Fuel Powersports! From the first phone call with sales Rep Joey everything went great! My son and I were new to owning atv's and utv's and everyone there treated us with respect and were more than willing to answer any and all of our questions. These guys took excellent care of my son with his purchase of a 2015 Polaris Sportsman 570. Because of how we were treated and after having a great conversation with Jeff the business manager I decided to but a 2015 Polaris Ranger 570 Camo from them. I am totally satisfied with the whole transaction. The guy in the parts department was of great help and the young lady that sold me my helmet was also very friendly and a great help! My son and I will always do our business with Fuel Powersports! Thank you everyone that made our first time buying a great experience!

I went to look at a 2013 Kymco Scooter. The internet ad had it listed for under $1000. I told the salesperson I wanted to purchase it, and so he worked up the "final numbers." The cost of the scooter out the door was more than $1800! Does that sound reasonable to ANYBODY?

Unfriendly, cant keep their website updated, came to check out 2 atv's that are on their website and they dont have either one, then they said they could get it but denied the sale because the rider is too young for a 90cc, give me a break.

Purchased a new 16 bike, .They forget to mention that they have an outrageous set up and freight charge,, my 13000. Dallar purchase was over 18,000 when completed.When talking to the sales man he did say it was 13,000 , nothing about additional charges,. Hopefully they stanf by the maintenance program that purchased. Future reference post prices total so it isnti so miss leading,, .

Seemed to have a decent selection and internet manager got back to me fairly fast- so 2 stars. I don't know about anything else except the sales guys were impressive. i rode down to look at a road king that was shown in stock on cycletrader and their website. I got there 10 minutes before close on a saturday, no big deal... I Knew there wasn't enough time to buy. I just wanted to hear it run and give it a quick look and if it was as nice as the pics looked i could have set up to call monday and get the ball rolling. I asked about the bike specifically and was told the only harleys were here (shown a corner of the showroom.) i was given a business card and apologized to and told to call 1st next time. 2 or 3 sales guys heard me ask about the bike when i walked in. I figure no problem..it was a nice day for a ride anyways. About a week later i see the ad still on cycle trader and used the contact form to say if you don't have the bike you should remove the ad.
I got an email a little later saying you must be under the mistaken impression the bike is gone. the bike is literally 10' from my desk.
Lol. Nice. So where was it when i was there? Are you telling me 3 of your guys didn't know... It was a little unmistakable with the apes. I had been eyeballing that ad over a week so it wasn't newly acquired and the selection isn't THAT big.
Not worth another drive imo, but worth the 10 minutes to write this.

Had a perfect experience on the purchase of our new UTV. Even if it was 5 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. Everyone was very accommodating to make it happen! "Rang the Bell"! ;)

Went in looking for a bike and found out the one I was looking for was already sold but they worked within my limits to find me a bike that works.

Very cool transaction and EASY to buy my Polaris 400 H.O. One night, I pulled in about 2 minutes before closing and Ryan in service stayed and took my machines--very cool. I had one to put in for service and I was trading the other machine in on a new Polaris. The day after I dropped the machines off, Al in sales called me and we made the deal happen with no hassle. The whole staff was very courteous, even taking time to wrap the tie-downs up nicely from when they unloaded my machines. Thumbs up.

I waited 2 months for some basic motocross parts and they messed it 4 times and never got it right. I also ordered a plow for my polaris ATV and they got the wrong one. Even though I said exactly what I wanted and they say they had it in the computer but still messed it up. Horrible service and knowledge. Can't believe they are still in business and own two other dealerships in the area. Just let it be known that I purchased a 500cc, 600cc, 700cc Polaris ATV and a motocross bike for my kid in the past. Jeez, you would think I would be a valued costumer. So much for buying another ATV or anything else from your so called business.

In June of this year, I purchased my 2014 Kawasexi KLR 650 from Al at Fuel. Since then, they have been my go-to for things like gear, oil changes, and any questions I may have. Al always seems to have an answer for me, and has the constant willingness to drop whatever he is doing to show me something I am interested in. His commitment to customer service is outstanding, and he does a fantastic job creating a connection with his customers. I have seen a lot of improvements to the company in the last year or so. I'm happy to say that I would recommend them, and their sales team. If someone does not know the answer, they work hard to find it, and that is respectful. I bought gear about 3 weeks ago from a very knowledgeable sales member. She was able to find the exact type of jacket I was looking for, and explained the in's and out's of how it all worked in a short period of time, and I walked out satisfied, with something I like. They did a great job with my financing and made the whole process very easy. I've been looking at some snowmobiles there, and may strongly consider purchasing from them, as I have had a great experience with my motorcycle.

Get ready to pay top dollar for everything, no price tags on anything. I'm thinking they can charge any price they want. I always thought this was a sketchy company, now it's confirmed. Would I purchase from Fuel Power sports? Nope!

Ok, where do I start...? I found a nice bike on their site so I called this place and requested to speak with someone in sales. I few minutes later Jake got on the phone. I told him I have been preapproved for financing and was interested in a specific bike I located on their site. I asked for the Out-The-Door price for said bike and Jake told me what I see on the site is what the OTD price is. At this point I requested him to email me a purchase agreement so I could have my credit union print a check and I would make my way down (90 miles) to complete the sale thus not having to make two trips (once to get the purchase agreement and then to drop off the check). At this point Jake stated that they can not email me the document because of a legality issue. He stated to come down and we would do everything in person. He then told me that my credit union is one of their partners and that I could leave with the bike in one day. When I showed up Jake was missing and I was introduced to Brendon. Brendon proceeded to write up the purchase agreement which ended up being more then $1k more then the price listed on the website (excluding tax, title fees). When I questioned his math he stated that this is the "freight and document fees" that are always included in a sale. After a short while I decided to back out of the deal. At this point Brendon became argumentative and rude. Once I left and was 20 minutes down the road I got a call from Brendon who proceeded to accuse me of stealing some of the accessories I intended to purchase along with the bike. He stated that the gloves I wanted to purchase were missing and he needed them back or police would be called. At this point I requested to speak to his supervisor and he quickly hung up the phone. I then tried to reach the manager of this store via phone to notify him of my experience but got the run-around every time I called. I do not recommend shopping here and will never return.

Spent almost $900 for repairs in one month and did not get so much as a thank you from the service advisor. Did not even offer to help me load my atv. Mechanics did good work. Service needs to work on there people skills. Left feeling angry. Will try Cedarburg Powersports next time.

I've dealt with Fuel multiple times for sales and parts and never a bad transaction. All the salesman are super helpful and the parts guys are the same. Will definitely be buying more from these guys!

Updating my review for Fuel. Needed a tire patched and had a great experience with the service department. Repair was down well for a fair price. It was obvious the service guys wanted to ensure the customer was happy. Good bunch of guys!

Dan Pool the service manager is great! He went to bat 100% for me with a warranty issue with Yamaha. So far my Super Tenere is running well. Fuel Rocks!!

I had an excellent experience at fuel powers ports. They brought my 18 year old quad up to date. Fixed tire, winch, heated grips, and they performed their silver service. It looks, acts and runs like new. I highly recommend their service department

Walked in looking for a Yamaha Wave Runner and walked out a couple hours later with one hooked on the back of our truck! Great experience, great service. Evan did a great job start to finish! I would buy from Fuel again and will be back.

I bought my DRZ400SM from here and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The salesperson had the bike ready for me to look at upon set arrival time. The finance departmet was quick to figure numbers and have the paperwork ready for me to sign. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and took the time to go through the bike with me upon delivery and adressed any questions i had. The parts department has always has anything i need for maintaining my cycle as well. Great dealership for all your powersports needs!

I have purchased a few machines from here and have been pleased with all my experiences so far. I even live 400 miles away and they have everything set up and ready to go for me so I dont ever have to wait for them. They are very knowledgeable about their machines and accessories for them. I have purchased 2 Polaris ATV's from Fuel Powersports over the past few years and each experience was a good one. My most recent purchase I worked with Brett and he did an excellent job providing me with all the necessary information to make an informed choice. His customer service skills are excellent. it was pleasure working with him.

Called in regards to see what type of financing is available. The finance guy said it all depends on the structure of the deal because they work with 30 different banks. I told him that I have excellent credit score and if he could give me a % range. He then became defensive and said he has seen between 3% and 30%. How is a customer supposed to budget or get the best deal if they are not willing to work "hypothetical numbers" over the phone. I will be taking my business to someone who understands customer service.

Had an amazing time buying my son a new pw50 from the people at fuel!!!! Quick and painless. Strongly suggest going to see cooper and the fellas in the sales part for your buying needs and check out Ian and the fellas in the parts department!!! All around great group of folks to work with and even just chat with and learn some things
