The worst insurance company I have EVER dealt with...

The worst insurance company I have EVER dealt with. Appalling customer service. Do not take out O2 insurance with them. One month without phone as they told me they could not source a replacement which I find impossible to believe given the size of the company. The guy I spoke with offered me a cheaper handset but said I would have to continue paying for the more expensive handset.. he then couldn't understand why that would be a problem and just kept repeating himself and said there was no supervisors available to help me... I just gave up and canceled my insurance

I called my bank to claim on my insurance for a broken phone who forward me on to Brightstar around 3:40 they had a replacement device with me by 2:45 the next day!

It took me longer than that to call my service provider to workout what my IMEI number was.

Given the wrong phone as well as terrible service....

Given the wrong phone as well as terrible service. The final decision for the complaints was emailed to me and basically ignored the actual problem. Still says I received the correct phone even though they were totally different phones. One big one small. I even emailed them photos of the phones next to each other. Just very disappointed with the service I received.

Was offered replacement phone when i made a claim ...

Was offered replacement phone when i made a claim online, took my payment and delivery date given.. all good so far.
But an hour before delivery due was told i had to have my old phone ready for them and to get data backed up. No mention of this on line before they took my money !!!

So rang them to cancel this claim and ill just go for screen repair, they wanted me to pay another 50 quid when theyve already got my 100 quid. So f****** angry ! Idiots !

Went for an interview at this organisation. They didn't call me back or email me to let me know of the outcome. Been 3 months maybe more since then so I am sure they are still not deciding. I also repeatedly contacted the recruitment agency and one of the individuals who did the interview and they did not reply. Very very disappointed.

No manager present after training, took a call it went bad, I was advised to not escalate to manager. They cut their staff faster than a sashimi chef. Don't waste your time with call center.

I Sent it to them.

First they claimed it wasn t delivered.

Then after sending the CCTV of the delivery service collecting it. I was told it s an automated email. And that I actually has been revived.


The Mac had a damaged screen and charger was missing. BOTH false!

A told them they need to open an insurance claim against the courier company.

And I was told it would be returned with the charger

This is a rip-off company trying to steal people s gadgets by telling them they don t arrive or are not worth anything.
