Was great and loved it just wish I didnt go when it was so hot
Tulsa needs to get lessons from frontier city tulsa doesn't have a amusement park thanks to a bunch of SOBS at the fairgrounds
HALLOWFEST was so fun. We loved the Halloween decorations scattered around the park. The shows they put on really went with the theme of the park. It was just enough scare for my family without going in the major haunted attractions.
It's a Six Flags park again so it's better them last year.
This is a great place to take your family. The prices are kind of high but the experience is worth it.
Younger crowd hangout with rides and entertainment concerts of various groups
For as expensive as it was, I would have expected a nicer park. Dirty, disrepair, $20.00 parking in a torn up parking lot. Many rides not open.
HOWEVER, there was a lot of security so I felt safe. Lines were short until about 3pm (on a Sunday). The water park was fun!
A fun place to go for kids of all ages. They should have more employees dressed in theme costume...we saw one the whole day.
This amusement park is nothing special. The rides are not unique and it is a if they are trying to imitate silver dollar city with the pitiful shows. The fright fest was weak and I could of went to the ghetto and been more scared.
This place was great!! The rides are all fun and I never had to wait more than 15 minutes in even the longest lines. I highly recommend this place.
Love the rides. The lines may be long but its worth the wait.. Food prices are kinda ridiculous especially for a water. But overall an amazing place
Allways fun but the prices are a little steep for drinks and food. Lines are never to long. Could use more shade for those hot summer days though.
Frontier City is great, but personally I don t like Six Flags taking over. It seems that all of the prices were either doubled or tripled. The staff were great, the rides were great, and the park is trying to replace things like street lights and a bridge by the Sidewinder (you re gonna have to take the longer way around) to improve its aesthetics.
Now I m just waiting for the parking lot to be completely gutted and replaced, reusing none of the old parking lot. Currently that is a nightmare. The pavement in the parking lot has buckled up in some places, and it seems that there are more potholes than there are parking spots, and the parking lot is fairly large.
A great place to take the family... Can be crowded, so watch what events are going on during your visit.
It's a nice small amusement park. Prices for food and drinks are very typical of amusement parks, rides are fun for children and adults. Season passes are cheap if you plan to go more than once a season.
Biggest theme park in Oklahoma, and Fright Fest is the best Halloween attraction in the Tri- state area
Great place to get away for the weekend. Could use some new rides and updates.
We went here for Epic Back to School Bash. The food and drinks are expensive but we had the best time as a family.
This was the first time I had ever went. It was so much fun there was plenty of options on drinks and food. There was places you could go in to cool down. The western stunt show was amazing. Loved how the places was set up and keep clean.
I'm really excited to see what changes will happen now that Six Flags bought them. I've already seen improvement in the prices, options, variety, and special events!
A smaller amusement park with fun rides and good shows
They didn't have all the rides going and it seams to be going down hill
We had blast here, JUST MAKE SURE WHEN YOU PLAN YOUR TRIP THERE IS NO CHANCE OF RAIN AT ALL!! BECAUSE THERE IS NO REFUND OR RAIN CHECK ON THE TICKETS AND ALL MAJOR FUN RIDES ARE CLOSED! and definitely eat something and bring something to drink because there food sucks and the drinks are way to expensive.
Over priced and terrible parking considering you pay $9.00 and may end up parking very far away and in dirt or tall grass instead of a parking lot.
Fun for the young. Food is extremely overpriced and not good. With the price of admission and the 20.00 parking fee they should have offered food discounts. Won't go back
Nice fun place fairly expensive Six Flags we taking us over soon hopefully it's not as expensive to eat an extra fees to ride the rides
This park was a lot better than I expected! I had heard this was one of the lower end/lower tier Six Flags parks, but I have to disagree. It's definitely a small park, it doesn't have many rides, but what it does have is a lot of good theming and the rides that have are all pretty good quality. The Schwarzkopf single loop which they call Silver Bullet is very smooth and quite forceful. Their wooden coaster, Wildcat, is a great ride with PTC trains that are very well kept up to keep them not super bumpy on the track. They have a Larson Loop ride and they also have a now very unique shuttle Arrow shuttle single loop ride that is really nice and very rare. If you're in the Oklahoma City area I would definitely check this place out, it's worth your time and I had a lot of fun even with very low expectations.
Awesome can't wait to come back in 2021and love the show's gun fight show and it's magic show
I love this place but for the first opening day of the season my kids were disappointed all of their favorite rides were not operating (silver bullet, pirate ship, steel lasso, renegade rapids, timbertown play areas). But i will say the park wasn't crowded, was very clean and workers were everywhere keeping the park sanitized... they weren't a fan of having to were mask but we worked with it!
A great small amusement park funtime for the family. They need good food though. The food there is high-priced s***
The family and I had a blast. The water park was the best place to hang out and cool down. Fun, fun, fun!!!
Go every season, with six flags purchasing it, they are raising prices it isnt worth six flags prices
This place is a joke! First of all online it says it cost $9.00 to park and then when you get here it s $20.00 just to park! Then you go to enter the park and it s $54.00! At this point I m not even wanting to go to in, but when you do because you promise your kids and they re so excited. So, you start to walk around and half of there rides aren t even open! It s hot and can t ride many rides and to top it off you have to wear a mask the whole time. A bottle of water is $6.00! Save your money and time people and just stay home.
So fun but I haven't. Went yet but I am going to on August 1 2014 and I went when I was little and I was fun and I'm going to the Oklahoma City zoo the best zoo ever so it would be funnier for your family to go to frontier city and the zoo it only cost $5 for kids 3-11 and $8 for kids 12-64 and kids two and under are free but they close at 4:45 but don't think I'm a adult I'm just 9 years old and love amusement parks and zoo's
Holiday in the park was a blast! Fantastic light show, short lines, Smores roasting stations and a lot more.
Although it was on the hot side, we still had a good time riding rides, enjoying snowcones and other snacks. Probably the best part was the new(er) water park addition at Frontier City. The kids could have stayed in the water all day long & the adults weren't too sad about the distraction & the chance to cool down either! The water park is definitely a nice addition, especially in the hottest part of summer.
Overall we had fun and the rides kept us busy. We loved the water area especially with it being so hot when we went. One thing I did notice was the customer service was horrible. Every ride we went to the staff was rude and when asked a question it was short and rude. We walked threw the whole park and saved the kiddy area for last and it was then we finally got a smile out of the young girl running the small boat ride. It took all day to finally see a smile from the staff. Customer Service could be worked on. Other then that we had fun!
Had went earlier this year to see MercyMe in concert and the charge for parking was $8. Went yesterday to see Tobymac in concert and the charge for parking was $20. Not sure of why the dramatic increase and makes me debate on whether I want to go back as it had cut into the money I had saved to do other things.
Omg this place was awesome I can't wait to go later today !!!
Summer concert..King and Country.. Bought a membership to Six Flags so it wouldn't cost $60. It was awesome. I bought a bottle of water almost $6 whew expensive, but it was better than the all day drink plastic cup for $26. Then I found out I could have brought my own plastic cup in. Now I know.
We attended on Saturday May 4th and the attendance was extraordinary really high. The parking lots were completely filled however they were still allowing people in through the front gate to park and charging $20 per car. Once you got to the back of the parking lot there was no parking and the attendant that was in the parking lot told you that you could exit the back and go park at the Motel 6.
Signed up for the Diamond Elite Pass with the deluxe meal plan. It's by far the most valuable plan they have, unlimited drinks, a lunch, a snack, & a dinner for under $30 a month!
The restrooms are always nasty. The workers NEVER use gloves when handling food (I've watched them). Food is way overpriced and the daily meal tickets are a joke!!!! They bring up snacks as meals and then won't let you have your meals!!
The rides are fun and bring a sense of thrill, but their policies make for an inefficient practice that makes wait times to get on a ride longer than needed. It is a smaller amusement park, but you can definitely plan to spend a good part of your day here. I also feel the parking lot should be restructured for better navigation.
For a small amusement park it is alot of fun for the kids
Get a season pass! Purchase preseason and get free parking and admission to all 17 six flags parks. This is the least of all the parks but hopefully Six Flags will do some upgrades again.
Great place to go amuse the kids! Very pricey so we bought the season pass. The food prices are pricey too, but there are places nearby you can go to and come back within an hour.
This place really needs to step it up ALOT if they want to charge people $20 for parking! Ridiculous! Not like they don't rip people off enough inside the gates.
Disappointed that on such a hot day the water rides were either not working or not enough boats and efficient workers. 2 hour waits are not okay.
Fun and well maintained as far as amusement parks go.
Great theme park for kids. Brought my children (aged 6 and 7) and my friends and their three year old and the 3 year old was able to ride almost every ride in the park. Most of the rides allow smaller children to ride as long as they are accompanied by an adult. No one felt left out and we enjoyed our time here. The cost of food is also very reasonably priced. Go see a magic show and a rope show and ride the rides then end the day out in the kids' water area. This place is definitely worth it.
A really fun and affordable place to bring the family. They have cool rides and awesome concerts. Parking is easy and lines aren't very long.
Due the covid epidemic, Six Flags should have offered a full refund or the option to move your tickets to 2021. Wasted money!
Thank you for allowing Epic to rent out the space on sept 7th. We had a blast!
Frontier City is so run down. Foods way to expensive. Only half the rides work if that. Will not come back
Great place to have fun and a good safe place for kids to hang out
Overall we had a great time. All throughout the park there had hand sanitizer dispensers and a few hand wash stations. We did witness park employee's with electric backpack sprayers walking throughout the park spraying down handles, rails, rides, and etc.
Security and employee's kindly remind you to keep your mask on unless you're in a mask free zone, small area's that you can momentarily remove your mask if needed(one example would be a designated smoker area), or drinking/eating.
Park shows it age in most regards but not too rough, has character.
Had a good time but if you have any questions it's a pain to get an answer, all the employees say one thing then the managers say another, or they don't know the answer ,so you wait in a long line just to be told to go to a different line
Fun place to go and enjoy your day with your family and friends.
Ok, but not great. I went for a concert and was disappointed that there was almost no seating. I guess I was supposed to bring my own chair, but their web site didn't say that. Also, the food was mediocre.
It's a nice little theme park. The entry price is extremely cheap, especially now that they have a water park AND weekly concerts in the summer. The only complaint that I had was that they didn't accept my disabled veteran tax exempt card throughout the park. A state law mandates that they do. My complaint has been filled with the appropriate authorities, so that should change soon.
