Asked for a business quote on a Tuesday and was told I'd get a call the next business day. Now it's Thursday and they keep on telling me I'd be receiving a call in a few hours... they told me this wed. Terrible customer service! I'm glad I'm not in business with them. I can only imagine if I needed there help with my business nothing would get done! LOOK ELSE WHERE!

terrible communication from the very beggining of my policy. I took my new car back and bought a used car and it took them two months to adjust the premium properly. i got in an accident and they only have two claims adjusters so if one calls out named Monica Lucious then you have to depend on one claims adjuster and that's IF the receptionist has not called out that day because then you will get an answering service for the entire day. GET MAIF SAVE URSELF THE STRESS
