The food quality is horrible speed of service is very bad. My daughter stand in line for 25 minutes to get our lunch and because they are so slow we missed are lunch pass. We told the manager of at the Rusty spur and he didn't care. 3 days ago we were here and I spend al
Most 15.00$ on strips and fries when we got them it was cold which is a food safety issue so we brought it back up to them and they handed it to another person which again is a food safety issue. If Six flags is in charge this place they need to do a lot of changes or close it down.

Was only too happy to charge me money and then refuse to refund me when they failed to provide the service I paid for, which I'm pretty sure is illegal? Is now ignoring all forms of communication from the very customers keeping them in business as well. Get it together, Frontier City. First and LAST time buying season passes with them. Don't waste your money here.

Well from what I have heard, prior to my visit, was a bad rap on this place. Was here for my daughter's girl scout reward and was pretty good for the $. Rides in general were good, some we're not operational, some had issues while we waited in line, but all in all, enjoyed our time there. Loss of star for non operational rides, and pretty pricey concessions. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Well done for a small amusement park.

October is the perfect time to go. No crowds and the temps are pleasant. The park was really clean and all the rides were working. Admission price is a little too high for the size of the park. Overall, a fun day.

This place is a complete waste of money and price gauging is everywhere. Stuff is broken, unkempt, and not worth the money. Make the drive to six flags until they clean this hot mess up.

The kids and us love the rides and the concerts. They have some really good concerts. Only wish they had seating, but our chairs are good, and besides, where else can you go see musicians (Trace Adkins, Kelly Pickler, etc) for the price of season pass. Love it!

Frontier city will always be a great place for family fun! The roller coasters are fast and fun! The fright fest is absolutely amazing being a sfx artist seeing such great art is always great! I love this park so much and will be going for years to come!

We have been pass holders for a few years and we come often. It seems like every time we come a couple of rides aren't running. It isn't a big deal to us because we do come often but if I were buying daily tickets I would be upset numerous rides weren't working. Usually the staff isn't the friendliest but I will say we came on December 30th and the guy running the Wildcat and one of the front entrance ladies were the friendliest we have ever encountered here. Usually the food is pretty good but was disappointing during Holiday in the Park. The main food area desperately needs more tables to sit at. The addition of benches in the kids playground was great. Overall good but needs a little work.

I don't know why people complain about this park. Its quaint, offers plenty of fun, and is less crowded than Six Flags Over Texas. One bit of advice, don't underestimate the Silver Bullet. Not only does it pack a serious punch, but as a 6ft 7in tall person, I swear I was almost decapitated when the car whizzed around a corner and past a different section of the track. It was so close I had to lean over out of the way. Tall riders beware!

Great getaway for families that is very affordable. It had a great variety of rides for everyone, even a little area for the littlest in your family. It wasn't as big as Silver Dollar City, but we particularly loved the waterpark area! Parking was easy and close by and food/beverages were reasonably priced. My only con was that some of the ride attendees were unprofessional in their actions.

Had a lot of fun here. It's a relatively small amusement park and not a ton of rides, but enjoyed the rides that were there, particularly, brain drain. The whole theme of the park was nice. We went while there were Christmas lights everywhere and it was very cool, the synchronized light show was very well done imo. It was also nice that we could use our six flags passes to get entry into the park. I would definitely go again if I was in the area for a visit.

Ok this place has been around since I was a kid. And I know they have changed and added a few rides over the years but they need to do more ride improvement wise. And a change in concession would be nice. I ll always have a place for this park in my heart. But wish they would improve more especially now that they are part of 6 flags.

The park is fun and has a lot of great rides. The lines weren t too bad, and the overall experience was pretty good. However, it didn t start out great and many rides and shows were not in operation (date of visit was Sunday, August 2, 2020). Here s the jist.

The girls running the first ride we chose, the Quick Draw, were incredibly rude (shocking considering the park had just opened less than an hour prior), they gave us no instruction, and the ride didn t even work. It took us around in a cart, but the guns didn t work for either one of us (2 in my party). We explained this kindly to the girls and they couldn t have cared less. It was frustrating and they were again so rude!

We kept a positive attitude and tried not to let our first encounter bother us, but the next ride we chose (I think it s the Steel Lasso, but it s the one just beyond the Quick Draw that s like the carnival swing rides but also raises you up). When we arrived, there was no one in line and the girl operating the ride was strapping a guy and his son in the swing together. There were no other swings occupied and the ride was ready for more passengers. Instead of letting us on, she started the ride. We were pretty confused, because she hadn t even acknowledged us. We asked if we could get on for the ride since it hadn t actually begun, and she said she d rather not let us on this one. She was so rude! I couldn t believe it. We were at a family fun theme park and were being treated so poorly. This incident wasn t about social distancing. She was just being a jerk. We were fed up by this point and sure didn t feel safe under her operation, so we continued on and didn t bother riding that ride. All I could think was how bad these employees must be treated. People who are treated bad treat others bad, and those treated good, treat others good. I sure want management to make a note of that.

Thankfully, the rest of our day was very enjoyable. Several shops were closed and shows were canceled, but we certainly made the very best of it. My favorite ride was the Brain Drain. It made the whole trip worth it . I was super bummed the pirate ship ride was closed, because I remember it from my childhood, but the rollercoasters that were operating were fun (except for the wooden one that was a bit rough).

The parking is very expensive, and the drinks were shockingly overpriced, which we all assume, right? This, however, was a whole different level of expensive.

2 bottles of water = $10
1 soda = $20

Also, something that really annoyed me was that there were no park maps offered. There s a big directory, but it s not very helpful when moving about the park. I d go back. This was my first time going since Six Flags took over and I feel like the change took a negative toll on the park.

Annual pass is the way to go. The additional water works is a great way to cool off on a hot day. Invest in an annual water bottle for $1 refills all season. It's a big expense upfront. But well worth it for the season!
