We took part in a fabulous flower arranging workshop for my mums birthday, it was great fun and beautifully organised - the staff couldn t do enough for us. We really enjoyed ot and would recommend it to anyone!

Hired for our wedding in July. Whilst the team are absolutely lovely, any communication was a real struggle. I don t think there was a single quote or email that I didn t have to chase several times to get a response. For example, three weeks before our wedding, I sent over the final balance and asked them to confirm receipt. I heard nothing back, so a week later I chased again. There seemed to be some confusion on their end as I had paid the deposit separately (as they asked me to), so I confirmed everything. Three emails over the course of the next few days and a phone call later, I finally got confirmation that everything was confirmed and we were ready to go. Poor communication isn t great at the best of times, but a few weeks before a wedding made this even more stressful.
Thankfully on the day everything arrived without issue. The flower crowns I had asked for were beautiful, but I m sorry the say the flowers on our table garland looked past their best and pretty sad by the time we sat down for food. For the cost of our flowers, I would have expected a lot more and this coupled with the poor communication I m afraid I don t think I d hire them again.
We eloped and so popped into the Trafford Centre store for a bouquet and button holes the night before. Rachael (who has helped us loads of times before) created the most incredible flowers for us. Rachael is wonderful and can't thank her enough. Every person at the elopement commented how beautiful the flowers were. We always have the best experience when we pop into the store and that's always down to Rachael and the lovely team. Flowers or plants, whether it's for an event, present or just something to cheer you up... Wouldn't go anywhere else!
My sister organised a flower crown workshop at frog for my hen party for 10 girls! From start to finish Suzie was very helpful and friendly throughout the afternoon, the atmosphere was chilled and none of us can literally think of anything negative to say! Not to mention the place is so pretty inside and out! I would 100% recommend this to others! My sister even sent decorations for them to put up ready for our arrival! Fabulous!!!!

We ended up with stunning table centre pieces, beautiful button holes and our flower girl was gorgeous in her head dress. Everything was even better than we d envisaged.
