It's okay if you just want to sleep, but the gym and restaurant are terrible

Nothing more. Room not very clean..good location with small cafe supermarket and small restaurant nearby. The downside was the hygiene of the rooms and staff at the entrance quite unfriendly.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Parking is available ( 17/day) or nearby in the neighourhood. Kind and friendly staff.

Great experience - good service, clean and spacious enough room, clean and warm bathroom. All you could ask for on a cold day in Brussels. A bit noisy in the morning since the window is facing the street. Would recommend!

Bad Service. Breakfast in the basement. Asked for feather free bedding when booked and when arrived at the reception. They looked at me blank. They said they will have a look. Never got them. For someone who is super allergic this is horrible.

Nice 4 star hotel. Good breakfast offered. The only thing that didn t like was the noisy rooms, on the one hand, they went out onto the road, and the other rooms were noisy because of the exhaust, it hums very much.

A warm and comfortable place to crash-in once you get down at the Brussels Airport. The staffs are very welcoming and the rooms are also quite comfortable. They make travel arrangements, for their guests, to the different destinations of Brussels.

I was very comfortable. Cospa is the best.
It is a difficult point that the location is far from the urban area, but it is recommended that you can rent a shared bicycle, etc., as it is a sufficient distance.
By the way, the cafe opposite diagonally is very delicious, and I was told breakfast every day.

Rooms were good but the staff was not very gentle in manners.

Wide rooms with AC and a flat TV screen. Staff is cooperative and nice. However, the furniture seems to be old fashioned and there is no way of refunding your money when cancelling a reservation. The area was rigid; as little or no natural sights were seen nearby, and not comfortable at all. The place is not suitable for families looking for an up-to-date place and is in need of actual renovation unlike what the site states. Also, a spider jumped on the bed from the AC ducts.

Good service, nice stuff but the problem is it far away of the down town

They were painting rooms during our stay so there was the smell of paint throughout the hotel. Room was very nice.

I expected more for a four star hotel. Room and bathroom too small. Windows could not be opened. For two people only a small bottle of shampoo and shower gel. Sink was clogged and that should have been fixed before arrival. Breakfast too overpriced, because it was not of high quality. I would not stay here again.

Room top. Staff does not speak German. Breakfast was empty very early and was hardly refilled. Lies to be desired.

Hotel in itself okay. The rooms are a bit old, despite everything clean.

The rooms are unfortunately not so well isolated. We have a room next to the elevator and we could hear everything.

What we did not like, that there were no sockets on the bed and a light switch did not work.

It was warm in the room, which was important to us because of the child. A travel cot was available.
We could watch German television.

A good hotel, nothing to complain about for the price

The hotel was ok, nothing bad however the hotel was expanded into a new building and if you have a choice ask for a room in the new side, for obvious reasons. Parking is a nightmare but that's Brussels for ya!

Good place to stay. I just felt it. Was little. Away from city centre as far as the location but the facilities and rooms are very clean and comfortable

We got the room on the 6th floor! The only room elsewhere on the 6th floor! A view over all of Brussels! Superb calm! A just huge bedroom, a living room, a kitchen I did not even expect!

A very nice hotel in Brussels. Away from the center, but under the hotel there is a bus stop, from which a bus 66 goes directly to the center. Nice and helpful staff. Room very nice, although not large in size. Towels changed every day and room cleaned. recommend

Pretty decent Hotel. The room was a bit small bit good enough for a few nights. The bed was ok. The furniture wasn't new but still in pretty good shape too. The bathroom was clean. The underground parking was little bit cramped but ok. If you drive a car with little floor clearence you should check the garage before. The lower levels have some pretty steep access ramps. The location is fine, with two supermarkets in walking distance and s few pubs and food place right across the street.

You have to pay 17 euros more for parking and the room does not have room as they say. I was doing chawer and the shower girl came in without even knocking on the door

I live in Room 343 and see Priceline's rating is 4 stars. I really don't know how it is evaluated. The size of the room is OK, the bathroom is too small to believe! The walkway can't even fall, the counter staff is very uncomfortable. I don't think that the service attitude in Europe is like this. I strongly recommend not staying.

Excellent hotel room very spacious the name of the Hamburg room

Small dated room, small bathroom that could use a thorough cleaning. Walls in the shower are not cleaned according to me. Football found under curtain so not properly vacuumed. No sockets at the bed nor in the bathroom. Kettle full of vinegar. At 10 o'clock we came to breakfast but everything was on, and no staff to be seen. No more juice, no milk, no egg. No bread to detect, just a few chocolate buns. A big disappointment. You certainly won't see me here again.

Lovely hotel in Brussels. Not centrally located, but easily approached.
The renovated rooms are above average spacious and nicely decorated.
They have their own parking garage that is very handy.

Quiet hotel, somewhat away from the center of Brussels but with public transport (bus) at the door. Very comfortable accommodations and competent and discreet staff!

Had a deluxe room. Really delicious! Such a nice bed, but the best thing ... a shower. That was really enjoyable and so nice to wake up.

Definitely recommend. Friendly welcome. Very nice room.

The breakfast was less. Mini rolls, dry slices of bread and too watery scrambled eggs. But yes, it did taste okay. Coffee was perfect.

This hotel just keeps on improving, the upgraded rooms are so much better. The staff and management always friendly and helpfull, great job keep it up.

Simple, far from the center, reasonable prices, Good service.

Very noisy hotel. The windows do nothing to block the noise of traffic in the street by day, or the noise of drunks yelling and vomiting in the street by night. Additionally there is construction ongoing in the hotel, so if you arrive late to the hotel don't expect to get much sleep before the hammering and drilling begins in the morning. The desk will also blow you off if you call about the noise.
The heat didn't work in my room the first night I stayed either.
