Cursul FORMATOR a fost foarte foarte placut, foarte bine documentat si foarte util. Sonia a reusit sa ne tina pe toti implicati si motivati, chiar si prin Zoom. Ne-a raspuns la toate intrebarile si ne-a oferit sugestii utile pentru pasii urmatori. Recomand din inima!

Ma bucur de fiecare data cand am ocazia sa particip la un curs organizat de EXEC EDU. Trainerii sunt foarte bine pregatiti, iar programele contin informatii clare, interesante si utile.
Ultimul curs la care am participat a fost cel sustinut de Paul Olteanu, tema fiind "Neurostiina pentru luarea deciziilor si gestionarea stresului". Desi a fost un program online, temele dezbatute, precum si calitatile trainerului au facut ca atentia mea sa fie in totalitate indreptata catre acest curs.
Informatiile obtinute au fost noi pentru mine, dar in acelasi timp utile si cu rol important in meseria pe care o practic. Sunt adepta cursurilor fata in fata, dar am observat ca si online pot functiona foarte bine, iar interactiunea poate fi la acelasi nivel daca trainerul incurajeaza acest lucru (asa cum s-a intamplat in cazul cursului la care am participat). Recomand programele de pregatire de la EXEC EDU, mai ales ca acestea sunt sustinute de oameni cu experinta de la care am ce invata.
