Froedert used to have very good health care. Lately they have become one of the worst. We have had more problems getting questions answered and getting service. Their billing services are terrible. We love the 2 physicians my wife and I use but institutionally they have really gone down hill. It is a shame to see one of the fine hospital systems in Southeast Wisconsin be so poorly managed. Shame on you
