This company is a complete sham. Do not use or trust this company for any of your business or technology integrations. My company is 10 months into a software integration with them, and it STILL isn't working properly. We have reached out multiple times to their support team, we have emailed every person we have ever worked with in their company, called and left voicemails to our sales rep, Robbie Halloran, and not a single response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will waste your time and steal your money. We will be persuing litigation against this company. In reply to the Response from owner below: Missing the mark is a gross understatement. I am staring at multiple charges from your company that were never agreed upon, nor are in our contract - upwards of $7200 USD. And we still don't have a working product, ignored when asking for assistance that we paid for, and have to resort to getting your attention through a google review. This kind of business is unacceptable in any sort of circumstance. If you have 70 employees, as you stated, and this is what it takes for you to provide assistance to your paying, under-contract customers, you have a lot of work to do. Again, we will be contacting our lawyer about this immediately.
I use the eBridge portal on a daily basis Monday - Friday. I deal with many different Canadian & American Retailers through their portal. Everything runs smoothly 99% of the time. For the odd 1% issue I contact eBridge and their Support Service helps solve my issue in a timely and professional manner.
Can't get to the finish line. After months of work, pulled the plug. Can only manage straight line connection. Can't supply ant meaningful reporting to diagnose errors. Not useable for a business that has thousands of transactions weekly.

Over the past 14 years I have worked with eBridge Connections and have never been disappointed. They are very quick to respond to inquiries, resolve issues and the overall quality of work is very high.

AVOID! I reached out 5/1/2019 for an EDI integration our company needed. Our strict deadline was 7 weeks for a launch with a new retail partner. eBridge said they weren't able to guarantee unless we paid an "upcharge" to expedite the work. We declined the upcharge and eBridge assured us it would be finished 1 week after our deadline since we didn't pay extra. We contacted our retail partner and moved the launch to 14 days later. On 5/6/2019 we put down a deposit for $3,600. Then, we did not hear from them until 5/21 after multiple phone calls and emails wondering what was going on... On 5/23/19 We had our "Kick off call" where they completely changed tune and said they were only just beginning to look at our integrations and the work would take at least 7 weeks. (Not meeting our deadline we already moved) After speaking to our retail partner, we were unable to delay the launch again and had to find a way to go live with or without eBridge. On 5/28/19 I respectfully asked to cancel our work order since they were not able to meet deadlines they originally promised to meet. I said "Please account for your time and refund the rest of our deposit." On 6/3/19 one of the reps from Ebridge reached out and asked for a call because they "already have the kits / out of box set up complete for the service we need" I declined and was not pleased. If they already had all the connections prebuilt, then why the extra thousands of dollars upcharge and lack of attention previously? It's now 7/22/19 and we have not had any responses to emails and have not received our money back. Very unprofessional.

eBridge was great in helping us migrate to a new Windows Server for integration with a new version of GP 2018. Our tech was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend their services.
Outstanding product, and people. Nothing in business is perfect, but what is, is eBridge Connections treating me as not just their customer, but as their partner. Their troubleshooting and positive outcomes are beyond compare. I have done EDI for 40 years, this is the best in class in every way!
eBridge is an excellent choice for SAP and other ERP integrations! Other than their technology expertise, their team is extremely humble, hard working and customer service is their top priority.
These people are just a bunch of con artists. We have paid them over $33,000 and the project was supposed to be done in less than three months and after lying and lying for 2 years we still have nothing. They just ignore you for a few months and then contact you that they have figured it out and this time it would be different and after a few weeks back to normal and ignore you again. They have literally provided us with fake website to log in to, fake screen shots, etc. I have talked to Collin (CEO) a couple times but now he's been ignoring me for a couple months while saying he's going to contact me. After about a year they admitted that they didn't know how to do this project and that's pretty much the only truth they have ever told us but they refused to issue us refund. We are not gonna get anything from them and I just hope no other person/company to ever fall for their scam. They are the most dishonest unethical charlatans I have ever dealt with. I can't include all the screenshots of the emails here but whoever is interested I'd be more than happy to send them to them via email. Update: So they did eventually contact us and basically told us that they will contact us with some updates later and now weeks later and nothing. What's amazing to me is that they clearly do NOT know how to do this and they still refuse to issue you refund or provide any solutions they just continue to lie and lie.
Great group to work with. Great product, and the company stands by it!!! Made integrating between our website and our ERP a breeze.
While I wouldn't recommend eBridge for your invoicing needs, the customer service and support is fantastic.
eBridge has really grown as a company during the time we've been using their product. Keep it up.
i want to update this with - it was never corrected and they lied to visa. It s fine and dandy that they post a polite reply- but they never reached out to correct their missteps. If you work here, quit, and work somewhere with integrity- Literally any other company. In the world of EDI and connection developers, having worked with a few companies now, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid these guys. They billed me for incomplete and never delivered work and did not honour our contract or the promises they made me. Because they insisted on having access to billing my credit card, and they billed it without authorization, I was still unable to recoup the charges made to me. They took months to deliver on products they promised within a month and really left us high and dry with our customer billing platform. avoid avoid avoid avoid. Best of luck to you if you are looking for an alternate provider.
You all are doing great. eBridge is easy to use and low maintenance, which makes our lives much easier.
Our company has worked with eBridge on more than one occasion and each time, they have been really helpful. eBridge helped us to automatically transfer online orders from our webstore into our ERP system. They were able to customize the code so that the orders translated correctly, the way we want to see them in our system. They are also super nice to work with.

eBridge helped us integrate our Magento site to a legacy ERP system. Although the project took a little longer than everyone expected we're very pleased with the final product. Their continued support has been fantastic too. We appreciate their response times and willingness to escalate "issues" when they pop up.
