The device is good and food as well if there was more stars I would give it all good stars

I would give this store five stars because I love the food so much, but the service is very much lower than the other stores. They consistently hand out the wrong food through the drive through, which is hard to believe as the drive thru service is very slow, slow enough that there should be no mistakes as you have plenty if time to triple check your work. Maybe I can give them more in the future after some improvements.

Hamburger so thin and fried to a crisp, what happened to freddy's, ate there all the time, spent 14 dollars on nothing, very very disappointed

Went through the drive through it was fast hot and super fresh! Customer service was definitely on point! I would definitely recommend!!!

Glad this one was put in! Food is good and I haven't had a sundae I didn't enjoy.

Good food a bit pricey but the kids like it and it s convenient,they re rather good about making things right and if not they ll offer to mail you the we re sorry cards which is great once you get home an realize so check your bags!!

Terrible service I ordered food then when reach to the window was told it was $6 more than it was finally they figured out they had the wrong order had to wait forever to get my change back to receive room temperature fries dried Out Burgers and Soggy cheese curds would have rather stayed home and had a bologna and cheese sandwich instead

Freddy's is the best! But I'd work on training your staff that works the drive through, it was a little slow.

When you crave that old fashioned burger and frozen custard.. Wow! Tasty

Good place to grab lunch. Can be busy during the lunch rush, but that is a good sign you are in the right place.

Fries are the best in town.

The burgers are good, however there is only 5 cars ahead of me and I waited in line for about 30 minutes. I wish I can comment on the fries but they forgot to give them to me...

Almost perfect. I got a number two with fries. It was great, very warm. Customer service wasn't amazing, a friend requested onion rings as a side and instead got fries. She asked an employee about it, the employee apologized, went to the back to get onion rings, and let her keep the fries. Overall, great experiences. There are slight minor issues that can be fixed easily.

The food is amazing, but the last few times I have eaten in there, the tables aren't clean.

This location has never been great because they are so busy they don t have time to prepare anything properly (undercooked and/or grease logged fries , disintegrating buns, etc.). However, tonight, my chili cheese dog had a hair on it. My sons burger had fuzzys on the edges, like from a towel or something. The fries had no seasoning but that s reoccurring at this location. Freddy s in general are great but this location is the worst. There s a Bionic Burger right up the street that will get our business from now on.

The burger was too salty, the fries and cheese curds were great. The Dr. Pepper had the right amount of carbonation & syrup. Sometimes hard to find in a soda machine. 1st time being there, all in all was

Very hi hi hi for paper thin. hamburger..Very greasy ...

30 min wait to order then 13min to get food. I don't know why I even stayed sitting their just to try it for the first time. Got rude chick at drive thru window guy taking orders was really nice. Chilli was cold. Spicy to me but good. Do they only gill those cups half full?? Wasn't worth the price and got 2 orders of 3 chicken strips. Cool but they did taste good. All had good flavor. Didn't get the sauces I asked for and fries are shoe strings fries weird to me no taste and burgers where dry. No napkins?? First time here and will ve the last time. Wasn't worth it.

Love Freddy's!! Everytime I go there I am never disappointed. I would recommend any of them to anyone!

This is the closest Freddy s to my house, and I keep coming back for that reason but other than that I m not sure why.. every time I come here it s on thing or another.
1- me and my mom came in for ice cream 8-8:30 one weeknight the drive thru was super backed up so we went in side & ordered. Waiting 10+ finally my mom goes up there and the manager realized they just bypassed or something on the machines and weren t even working on it. Finally got it and my moms order wasn t right but we just left.
2- double cheeseburger- one patty was as thin as bacon and crunchy/burnt tasted so gross I removed it.
3- Ask me if I want fry sauce, even ask me if I want spicy or regular..... Don t get either.
I get it people make mistakes but the derby one runs flawlessly every time I go there so maybe they should take some tips/pointers from them. I ve worked in food service it s literally not that hard you have to be on top of your game

I love their chocolate custard shakes with hot fudge. And the customer service is awesome.

This place is magical. The service was friendly, even at the end of the shift, when most people are trying to go home. The quality of the food is consistant any time of day. I recommend you save room for some frozen yogurt. It is the best.

Everything hot and good! Slight mixup on original order, but was quickly fixed! Was very busy, but they treated us great!

1 hour long wait for food. No sorry they just dont care how poor the service is at this location. If you want freddies go to one of the other locations. Yes your food will be cold by the time you get home but you will still be home faster than your wait time here.

Restaurant is always clean, a nice polite staff, a manager that cares about the place, and always good hot food!!

Alright. So Freddys. I dont know what a frozen steak custard burger is, but let me tell ya the skinny - The burgers are delicious and the ice cream is amazing. The chocolate brownie concrete is basically everything I thought I wanted icd creame to be that I didnt know I wanted. Hot dogs? Great. Burger things? Awesome. This mysterious fry sauce stuff? Must have. This is the answer to in n out. @ me

Ordered at the drive-thru. Got home on the hottest day of the year, only to find that they gave me a burger with no top bun at all! Are they all high? Called the manager, and he said that's what happens when they hurry too much. Offered to send coupons to make it right, but they never actually sent any. ONE YEAR LATER UPDATE: I did get a call from Freddy's a few weeks later, but was at the bank, and asked them to call me back in a few minutes. I never got a call back, and the issue has never been resolved.

Omg I don't think I've ever gotten anything but the freshest hottest food from here.... Every time! And very clean and polite staff!
