Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Review

Well I went into Freddy's expecting to have a good time, but I had the time of my life, it was very delicious, and I loved it, whoever had the the idea to open Freddy's was a genius!

Fast service , great customer service and excellent food.

The burgers are great, especially if you ask for grilled onions. Love the fry dip!

Service was fast the food was hot and delicious and the place was packed as always. They always do a great job keeping it clean and the tables cleared for the next customers to indulge their tastes.

Almost 1/2 in the driver thru and the food was not up to standard the fries was cold like it sitting in the open "not serve from the fryer or warmer".

Delicious! It was my first time, and I couldn't have been more pleased.

Great service order correct all the worth the price.

The lady was filling the custard machine at the top w a bag of custard. She didnt have gloves on and the custard poured onto her bare hand and then into the machine. It's cold and flu season I reported this to the manager and she said "ok"

Shake was good the hamburger was not the greatest fast service

1st of all, this store is fairly new still. With that said, they are extremely slow as well as messed my order up more than once. I love Feeddy's food and I know they will get better. They do have a long way to go to get up to the speed and accuracy compared to the Ridge Road location for sure.

Very customizable, cared for convenience. Freddy's was my first real job at 16; 13 years later, the food and atmosphere has only gotten better!

The food and service are very good at this location. However I wish there was more seating like the other locations in town.

My wife likes them more than me. I expect to pay 20 dollars or more for two people. I don't get my money's worth.

The fish is not good at all...the dogs are ok but their liquid cheese is gross. Its edible but for what they charge you can do much much better. Stick with the burgers and custard.

Everyone knows Freddy's has great food so no surprise the newest location is just as tasty as the other's. Had great service, the manager walked the tables checking on everyone, food came out quick and hot, and overall was a great experience.

Super Awesome! I just moved back to ICT and prior to that I had to drive 30 miles to get to a Freddys so my visits were limited.

Fun, fast, friendly environment. Fry sauce is delish. The thin long fries are unique but good (too good?!?!?)...you be the judge. We visit family in Wichita every few months and Freddy's on the must go to list.

Great food as always, but they've messed up my order almost every time I've been.

Burgers we're a little too burnt around the edges, but other than that, it was pretty good. They were busier than all get out, and the staff handled it very well. Good came out promptly and was hot and fresh.

To cramped. Bearly can move and feel comfortable while eating. I still go to Freddy's off and on but I would like to go more if the fries wasn't so small. Then the value would benefit me more.

Lukewarm burger but it was still decent. Try their cheese curds!

Went there three days ago never ate there before in my life and all I can say is I'll never be back

Good service. Employees friendly. The only suggestion I would have is that they mop the floor regularly, it was pretty greasy and slick.

Our family came here to eat today. The staff were all very young with poor communication skills starting at the top with the mgr. My husband told him the dr pepper was flat and needed changed. He then proceeded to pour out his drink down the pop drain. The mgr then said to him, thank you for your donation which is no way to talk to a customer. My daughter's hotdog had zero toppings and she took it back up to them and asked for some and they all stood there saying nothing. Husband's party was super thin and stuck to the bun. Store needs help

My boys and I actually LOVE FREDDIES, the ONLY draw back.is the cost....they're a little high. . .

Love the food, this location was EXTREMELY slow. 20ish minutes in drive through. As much as I would like to believe it to be a single time experience, this occurs often at this location. Order online and pick up would be my best advice

Fries were way overseasoned and salty, but still good. I was disappointed i asked to add lettuce to my burger and was hoping for the whole leaf lettuce I saw one of the cooks handling, but instead just got shredded iceberg

Foods always great. Busy at times. Higher price them other burger joints but worth it.

I think I ordered # 8 combo beef hot dog burger fries and drink. The hot dog came plain so I got the Chicago style you can also get chile cheese; it came with a sliced spear pickel along with pickled relished and sliced tomato. It was actually very good.
