Great food. Check that monitor when in the drive thru to make sure they hear you right.

Almost every time my family and I come here to get our food, our order has been messed up somehow. Close to every visit we've had at least one wrong meal/custard given to us. Definitely needs improvement.

Finally it s up on google!!! I went to them the other day and man, what a dream! Their fry sauce is amazing! Their burgers are so good, California style all the way! The people in drive thru were so nice, they gave me salt packets when I asked what made their fries special. Buy their fry sauce! You won t regret it!

I love the hamburgers from here and especially love the turtle sundae!

Freddy's Frozen Custard has been consistently amazing every visit I've had. I love this franchise more than any other franchise in the world! They staff is well trained and friendly, the food is made perfect every time and the custard is to die for!

I always forget how this is pretty good burgur and fries.

Visited Freddy's through the drive up window, food was great.

Best food. Generally have good service but today Dylan helped us. He was not friendly and was too busy talking to his friends. Will not be back to this location

I want to give 5 stars because (almost) everything is always so good. A little slow in the drive thru but worth the wait. But PLEASE stop making the concretes as runny as a milkshake. I can understand once or twice but we get ice cream once a week in our family and the concretes are so runny every single time. To the point I m done getting Freddy s ice cream. Make it a concrete and not a milkshake!

I liked this place to eat, close to home and they have lettuce wraps for one's sandwiches.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Wichita area.

Had my first concrete and now I'm hooked. Can't wait to try all the flavors.

Overall it's not bad, but it's not the best location. Service was slow, order wasn't correct, fries weren't fresh.

I ate a bacon double cheeseburger, it was great! It was a large order, 6 people in all. I heard no complaints.

Bring back fried pickles! That was the only reason we stopped. Place was packed but service was fast for how busy it was.

Very good burger & I couldn't finish all the fries. I also had the cookie butter concrete. My 1st one. Can say it was very good also. The staff was very pleasant to me and other customers. The store was very clean & they kept up with it well.

Worst location for cheese curds! I have bought a minimum of 40 orders over last school. Come bk in August and they have decrease what you get for 4.29
They have done me a diet favor, won t be back.

I loved working here for the short time that I did, I just had to leave because I was told this on the day both of my kids were sick by a manager " if it was a day I wanted off then I should've requested it off" any human being get sick randomly and I can't help that both of my children were sick at the same time. My opinion its not a place for mothers to work. My kids will always come first.

They're okay. Not as good as they used to be but that's the profit recipe on every burger chain. When you're new crank out your best, as you gain a following, cut back on your quality so you can make bigger profits. Freddy's is on that second phase now.

A favorite - Freddy's original Dbl. cheeseburger (with extra Freddy's seasoning plez ). You can't eat one of these without moaning some level of satisfaction. They. Are. That. Good.

Freddys food is always delicious but we ordered a lettuce bun but recieved a regular bun

Employees were very polite and courteous and constantly asking the customers in lobby if everything was alright and if anything needed fixed

This location (south Meridian, Wichita, ks) is the newest and the WORST . They had 13 employees working today at about 6:15 p.m. 2 cars in front of me and I waited almost 20 min. What appeared to be a shift manager looked angry at the world throwing sacks of food to people at the window . First time ever I got COLD fries too. After waiting so long . I LOVE Freddy's but someone from above needs to come straighten out this location because whoever is in charge is not getting it . They are always efficient even when packed at the Derby location and at the Rock locating by central.... It's worth driving to one of the others for sure
