Spencer Brennan was an absolute treasure! He has worked harder than anyone should have had to to get our home sold, and to locate a new, perfect-for-us home. He never gave up or lost his patience, and he stuck with us for just under a year to get our home sold. Through it all Spencer had a positive attitude and there wasn't a single request that he didn't go overboard to fulfill, which included painting our house, referring a roofer, traveling far and wide searching for our new home, and even offering to help us move! There is a psycho working here, his name is Dave Sailors. He is very rude and unprofessional. After our offer was accepted on the house, he decided to rewrite the contract, after the fact, along with a few other very sketchy procedures. He seems dangerous and not mentally stable and I would hope this company would highly consider firing him. I will continue to write bad reviews until there is some kind of justice. As a first time home-owner and buyer, I've had a horrible experience. There are plenty of friendlier and more helpful real estate agents in Bend, don't waste your time here.
It s hard when the market has high prices and realtors with not a care in the world for their clients. Lindsay Morin and Bobby Galchutt had 19761 Chicory Ave in Bend for open houses on COAR and on Realtor for Dec 7-8. No one there. I am getting burnt out on looking for a house with realtors in Bend not doing there job. Just take the open house listing off. Good luck to the family selling this home. Neither realtor cares about selling your home.

Our working with Kim Bishop on the sale of our Awbrey Butte home recently was an experience that we have never had in the 50+ years of the numerous home selling/buying events through RE agents! For starters, no agent has ever shown more fairness in the percentage of commission for her services; and a client might wonder if corners would be cut in the energy and commitment to their home sale as a result of the more than fair commission taken by her team! Amazingly, the opposite was true in our experience with Kim; she demonstrated a boundless energy, commitment and enthusiasm to our project! In our unusual situation, when the news broke of an offer, my wife and I were in separate locales (wife at lake house on Lake Coeur d'Alene and I was traveling in our motor home visiting family in AZ, but stuck there in the peak of the COVID-19.) There were endless details to be handled in our absence from the home site and Kim, with flawless communication and attention to details (and ne'er a hint of complaint, despite having other clients, and a family, to tend to) set about being the pivot person for the flurry of events and activity that are part of home-selling in general, but even more-so given our scenario. Kim was never deterred and stayed full-on committed to us and our sale until the last piece of furniture was out and the last carpet cleaned! We can never say enough about this amazing RE agent! It is a cliche' too often thrown around loosely, but Kim Bishop, indeed, while forever positive and upbeat, showed us the true meaning of 'going beyond the call of duty' in service of the client, who, literally, in our case, would not have gotten to that Special Day of Escrow Closing without her; and we will never forget and will forever be grateful for that day we signed up with Kim and her team to sell our Bend home!!!

Our experience was with an agent whom must sit by the pong table and write nasty reviews of folks who make efforts to take care of their listings. Rather than make a call, send an email, fax or letter, they choose to communicate with online reviews. A name with a Realtor logo does not make them professional
Super cool real estate office in Bend. Has that laid back vibe and atmosphere going on and every agent I met there was extremely helpful, attentive, and hardworking. They really seem to go above and beyond for their clients. Fred Real Estate is literally the only brokerage in Bend that I would ever consider working with after having such a wonderful and positive experience working with them. It's also nice that they treated me like a valued customer and person despite the fact that I was looking at homes under 200,000. Other places make you feel unimportant unless you have big bucks. It's obvious they actually care about people and not just booking a commission. I'm happy to give the entire Fred Real Estate team 5 stars!

I contacted Karina through the Zillow website on a few houses we were looking at seeing in the area. We were just starting to look, hadn t listed our house yet, but she was excited to show us homes. Karina was incredibly friendly and accommodating right off the bat. It took us about 8 months to find the right house, the dealer seemed to be going perfect and we hit a giant snag that could have meant the end of the deal. She researched all the ways we could go about continuing the purchase and she fought hard and advocated for us, getting us into the house of our dreams in the city of our dreams. Without her, I doubt we d be in this beautiful place we call home and I can t thank her enough!

Agent was very inconsiderate. Instead of calling us to cancel the appointment, she called our broker. We sat around from 11-1 waiting for her to show up or call. Neither thing happened. The cancellation was handled in a very unprofessional manner. Not impressed.
