Our working with Kim Bishop on the sale of our Awbrey Butte home recently was an experience that we have never had in the 50+ years of the numerous home selling/buying events through RE agents! For starters, no agent has ever shown more fairness in the percentage of commission for her services; and a client might wonder if corners would be cut in the energy and commitment to their home sale as a result of the more than fair commission taken by her team! Amazingly, the opposite was true in our experience with Kim; she demonstrated a boundless energy, commitment and enthusiasm to our project! In our unusual situation, when the news broke of an offer, my wife and I were in separate locales (wife at lake house on Lake Coeur d'Alene and I was traveling in our motor home visiting family in AZ, but stuck there in the peak of the COVID-19.) There were endless details to be handled in our absence from the home site and Kim, with flawless communication and attention to details (and ne'er a hint of complaint, despite having other clients, and a family, to tend to) set about being the pivot person for the flurry of events and activity that are part of home-selling in general, but even more-so given our scenario. Kim was never deterred and stayed full-on committed to us and our sale until the last piece of furniture was out and the last carpet cleaned! We can never say enough about this amazing RE agent! It is a cliche' too often thrown around loosely, but Kim Bishop, indeed, while forever positive and upbeat, showed us the true meaning of 'going beyond the call of duty' in service of the client, who, literally, in our case, would not have gotten to that Special Day of Escrow Closing without her; and we will never forget and will forever be grateful for that day we signed up with Kim and her team to sell our Bend home!!!
