We had the pleasure of working with Team Sams at Fred. Rick and Abbie were beyond amazing in every aspect of both our buying and selling transactions!!! They are knowledgeable, professional, prompt and as a bonus are genuinely nice people. We were out of state during both transactions and Rick and Abbie worked diligently to ensure that everything went smoothly and they both went above and beyond to help us get it all done smoothly and quickly--- we found just what we wanted to buy and sold our existing home quickly and for the price we wanted.
