Worst experience! Completely incompetent! Can t even properly diagnosed their own vehicles! Told me my car was drivable even with sensor issue and now it won t start now! Instead of being understanding and listening to my concerns the manager Jeff B was extremely rude and told me to take my vehicle elsewhere. Contacted Mercedes corporate and waiting on response!

My fiance and I came in to look at a fusion. We dealt with a young salesmen who was helpful. After we decided we would wait and continue to look around elsewhere the sales manager Randy was brought into the cubicle. Randy was very unprofessional twice yelling at the young salesmen infront of my fiance and I for not doing more. Randy was very obnoxious twice mocking my fiance and I and would not stop inquiring about a vehicle a family friend purchased at a different Ford dealership. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend!

Drove in from Columbus to look for a new car. Colin was great to work with throughout the entire process. He had the car we wanted (S550), never pressured us one way or the other and negotiated the deal we wanted in a matter of minutes. Gave us plenty of private time to discuss what we wanted to do - never felt any pressure at all.

Entire staff (we worked with four different people throughout the process) was friendly, very knowledgeable about their product and very relaxed.

We'll go back for another M-B soon.

Came in without an appointment for a screw in my tire. Was greeted with a smile on their face and handled in an expeditious fashion. Was in and out in less than a half hour and the price was way below what I expected it would be. And it included a free car wash. I will be back again when I need service work in the future.

I had been looking at the Mars Red 2014 E350 coupe for a little over a month and decided it was time. I went in and saw Doug Kimble and he took great care of me. I took delivery the same day and was extremely happy. I've leased 2 other Mercedes and 4 or 5 other vehicles from Fred Martin. I will continue to conduct all of my business with Doug at Fred Martin Ford/ Mercedes Benz.

I will never deal with any Ford Companies again. So i traded in a Dodge Adventure, For a Ford Escape. I was really pressure buying a Car from them & threathen by Timothy Synder the Salesman. They sold me an unsafe User Car, My mother had helped me get it fixed, Spent more than $800 on that Shidd. And Still messed up. So, now I am Stuck with this Car, Until I Can afford another one. Ohhh Yeah, And when I tried to get it fixed there. It was still messed up and they tried to charge me $200 but Told em' I aint got the money. And they let me go, because they know they aint fix it. I will not be dealing with a Ford & Will be telling people do not buy a car or get your car fixed from them.

In the past I have had nothing but bad experiences with car salesmen being pushy and lying to me but yesterday was a new experience. Kyle Moore was amazing to say the least. He took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted and worked with me to get the right payment. I will be reccomending him to everyone and I will being going back to get my husband a new car from him soon! Thank you Kyle!!!

Fred Martin Ford called me to come in and look at vehicles. I was not currently looking, but told the salesman that I was open to checking out what the had. I even told him the price I would be willing to pay to get into a new/used vehicle. They completely disregarded the amount that I was willing to spend and they also would not give me my keys back for my personal truck. I just wanted to leave and they kept trying to push any vehicle they could down my throat. Even a truck much older than the one I currently own with 40,000 more miles. Finally, after asking numerous times, I did get my keys back and left. This was all witnesses by my close friend and attorney. I will never come back to Fred Martin Ford.

Amazing people to deal with. They were very helpful all the way through the purchase and have followed up after the sale to make sure everything is going well. It was a 3.5 hrs drive for us to get there, but I would definitely do business with them again. Every person I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. Very highly recommend!

I'm a first-time car buyer, and I was dreading the experience. I went in prepared with my research and counter-quotes from other dealers, and I even had my dad come with me. I was very pleasantly surprised by the people I worked with at Fred Martin (Z and Nikki). They worked with me for a long time to get me exactly what I wanted and needed, both car-wise and finance-wise. I know I'm a car-buying rookie, but neither my dad nor I felt that I was taken advantage of, and in the end, I walked (well, drove) away with an even better deal than I had bargained for. So far, so good.

Last time I had my car serviced, I was greeted well as usual. I expressed concern with my steering system since I could feed something wasn't right with it and asked they check it. They said they checked it and found nothing wrong, but I can still feel the same thing. It might have something to do with the tires, I don't know, but I tried to call in to talk to a service person about it and they just had someone call me back to schedule an appointment.

Another thing was I was disappointed there was no car wash offered. I thought they used to do that.

Companies need to learn it is not acceptable to force advertising down our throats through every means they can find a way to exploit. You have radio ads, and television, and banners and sidebars - but forced popups, fake news feeds, and unsolicited email and zmail is way too far! If I want to buy a car from you I would come to you! I love how internet trollers who leave bad reviews about financing help generally don't tell everyone that they are self inflicted credit wounds so deep that they can only get chinese financing... " U pay one lump sum". The finance lady, Nikki, helped me yearrrrrrs ago after a business bankruptcy and now I am a high 700 credit score. Only person me and my family buy from no matter where she has worked to this day. Plus she has helped my friends that hit some bumps in the road. Get the UBER app 19 reviews troller. P.S. This was a great experience for me, the way I was treated, the respect I was shown, the no BS way that they listened to me and endeavored to see that I got what I wanted. No double talk, no 'gotta run over and see what my manager says' to come back and tell me they need my first born and ten grand and they can work a deal from there. I am truly happy with the 2014 Chevy Equinox I purchased there. It may not be brand new, but it is exactly what I wanted and what I went for, and I left with it on good terms. What more can you ask for? Thanks, Fred Martin Ford, I'll be back next time too.

I had co-signed on a lease previously with a competitor. They never returned any calls I made after I signed on the dotted line. I guess they got their money and decided they were done. So when it came time too make a purchase for myself, I remebered the gentleman who sold my brother his car.
Curt Putnam was professional and very informative. His patience while answering my questions and concerns was much appreciated.
He has answered or retuned all calls on any messages I left in a timely manner and has also followed up to verify I am happy with my lease and am having no issues with my vehicle.
Again I appreciate the excellent service.

This would have been a 5 Rating, but Quality control is needed. Let s begin bought a Cadillac CTS 4 from sales rep Mr. Wayne. Drove in to pick up my Mercedes that had brake line issues, I have been coming here for 3years now since I left San Diego. When I seen this Cadillac at a glance I knew I wanted this car. Asked if there was any damage nope they just took this car in I was told. So great let s negotiate. Had a interesting buying experience with Fred Martin. This would have been a absolutely GREAT buying experience, if this Dealership would have took accountability and made sure they straighten this out by fixing the problem, but I guess the only time you are important is during signing. When I picked up my car at night I did not notice the scuff marks on my passenger front side until the daylight and when I had to put air in my tire. I already had issues with my tire pressure sensor, so I brought it in. I also came in to speak to my sales guy Mr. Wayne but he decided to take a vacation, not bad at all... I m sure he deserves one. But since he was gone I ask the guy at the repair shop who can I talk to about this body issue. They sent me to the Sales Manager. Which totally gave me the run around, then this COVID-19 hits and I m forgotten. When I bring it up because now there open for business. I was pretty much told that it was not their problem. I would NEVER BUY another vehicle from Fred Martin AGAIN. CHECK your vehicle before you LEAVE. The last person I spoke to was Nikki the one I signed my contract with, she was very condescending left me with a very disappointing outlook of Fred Martin dealership. Because she pretty much made me feel like she thought I damage this car. I have a warranty with them. If this experience was bad, who knows what the warranty service would look like. I was bamboozled. Customer service and quality effort is everything in this business. I get a lot of compliments on this car, but always stated I m waiting to here back from Fred Martin about this scuff marks. Now I can officially state they SOLD it to me this way and had no problem doing so. Learned from a mistake today.

Terrible service the guy who was helping us Jeff jewels was pushy and rude. He tried playing games. When we told him we were coming to get the car he said he was to busy to sell to us. What he was doing was selling it to someone else. I recommend you avoid the place altogether. If I could give no stars I would!

Every time I come to this dealership, I m not particularly impressed with customer service, but if something is wrong with my car, I can rely on them to fix it. However, today I wasn t in the best of moods, and a fella in service by the name of Nate, changed my mind. He was patient, I wasn t, and he caught me on a bad day, but he still went above and beyond for me.. even with me being a little on edge. He was professional.. and reassuring. Because of him.. Made a deal fine with them approving that they would make the repairs we agreed upon. They drop the vehicle off at our house and my wife sees that they did not perform any of the repairs we agreed on, so I call and now they want me to drop the vehicle off to them and leave it for service Really! I purchased the parts and installed them due to the fact that they were cheaper than the 100.00 deductable on the warranty. the point is they promised to fix it. It was a CASH deal! on 08/19/19 and they just titled the vehicle 09/06/19 REALLY!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of my payment were way higher than I was told. Also the finance guy wasn't the friendliest. Otherwise everything else went well and I would refer everyone to go there.

I called and made an appointment for an oil change. The people were friendly and the car wash was nice. I see no reason to wait almost 2 hours for and oil change and a tire rotation. Also, although they did offer free coffee, they don't offer any free soft drinks like others. I will not be back as I can be in and out of most places and not waste 2 hours for routine maintenance.

If I can prevent a safety issue and also save your mental well-being, then the time spent writing this review is well beyond worth it.

UPDATE (4/24/2018): since my last review, I have experienced yet more troubles and also no reasonable solution from either the dealer (trade in the vehicle for 10K less than I bought it for considering the money I ve had to put in it) nor the manufacturer ($500 credit to buy another CPO). When I dropped off my car to have the breaks replaced (mind you, I had put less than 10K miles on the vehicle when they required replacing), the auto shop at our local Mercedes dealership called to inform me of transmission issues. They reportedly tried one solution but reported the next day there was still issues with the gears shifting. We left for vacation and upon return they said the car was ready for pick-up and that the only way to see if it was fixed was to drive it 1,000 miles. While doing so, the following occurred: my husband and I were on interstate 70 headed to Columbus from Dayton going about 70 mph when our vehicle STOPPED OPERATING without cause. Yes, the car would not accelerate and steering became difficult ON THE HIGHWAY. A message appeared on the dash display stating Pre-Safe Inoperative, consult operators manual . I thank god that (1) my husband was driving and was able to act appropriately, (2) we were in the fast lane where a shoulder was accessible, and (3) the drivers around us were alert and paying attention. I have since taken the car back to the shop and requested a customer support inquiry from Mercedes. They cleaned connectors and then said the problem was fixed. Mercedes nor Fred Martin is not willing to buy back their faulty vehicle and I m left praying I don t cause a crash and hurt myself or worse, others. I am in disbelief with the values of both of these companies who would rather be reactionary than proactive in their problem solving. I will be sure to continue posting updates as they occur, and also will be diligent in my efforts of making formal safety complaints (NHTSA) to ensure a pattern can be established. It has (clearly) left a sour taste left in my mouth.

My husband purchased a used certified 2014 Mercedes CLA250 for my birthday about 9 months ago from Marty at Fred Martin, and it has been a true headache ever since. My husband left a review about 6 months ago when we initially began experiencing troubles, but lo-and-behold there are more difficulties. I have taken my car to a service shop 3 times since July due to a check engine light (that came on within 30 days of purchase), a scheduled service check (4 months within purchase), and now a need for break replacement (9 months within purchase). Out of those 3 inconveniences, only 1 has been covered by the extended warranty we purchased. I m not sure why I had higher expectations. I can t help but feel that a disservice was done in the inspection process, and the dealership made a decision to put the repair costs on the buyer, in order to make a buck. Terrible experience with our first car purchase from a dealership. My 2011 Honda ran better than this. 0 stars.

The communication leading up to the sale was good....

The communication leading up to the sale was good. They drove the vehicle to us so we didn't have to make the long drive to test drive and purchase the vehicle.

HOWEVER... after only having the vehicle for 2 weeks, there have been a plethora of issues that were not disclosed to us and there's no way it can just be a coincidence that these all happened just after purchasing the vehicle. We've had our mechanic look at it and its going to cost around $5,000 to fix everything. We've kept our salesman in the loop on all of these issues and he has just pointed us to work with the warranty company to get them taken care of. The warranty company is difficult to get a hold of so no progress has been made. We can't get these things fixed until the warranty approves them. Since we don't know what will be approved yet, we don't know how much of this bill will be left to us to pay. We're very disappointed and feel like we've been scammed. The only way we'll be happy with this is if everything gets covered and taken care of in a timely manner without us having to pay for these fixes or if we just get our money back and they come pick up the vehicle so we can move on from this headache.

We leased a new Ford Edge Titanium. My salesperson was Jesse Coon. Jesse was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all of our questions and we never felt uncomfortable with him. I would highly recommend Jesse and Ford products to any of my friends or relatives looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. This was my first experience with Fred Martin ford. I purchased my last six vehicles from Columbiana Ford, but my salesman was no longer working there. The only bad experience we had was dealing with a Fred Martin sales manager who we felt was not completely honest and forthcoming. He was rude, brash and very unprofessional. He made commitments to get the sale that he tried to back out of when I signed papers. Only after I involved the general manager we these commitments kept and we went forward. The issues with him were almost a deal breaker. Jesse however, was extremely polite and respectful to us throughout the entire process. If it wasn't for Jesse we would have left the dealership and gone to another Ford dealer to lease our Edge. Our less than "excellent" ratings above have nothing to do with Jesse, but only because of the issues with this particular manager. We love the Edge Titanium and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an SUV. The technical features are amazing! The Edge has everything you look for and then some.

With the return of cold weather to Northeast Ohio came an unwelcome surprise: a dead battery! Fred Martin Mercedes-Benz was able to get me into the service department quickly and replaced my battery in a timely fashion. The service professionals there were courteous, thorough, and took the time to explain everything that was being checked so that I didn't end up out in the cold again. When my vehicle was finished, I left the dealership with a freshly washed and dried car. Thank you Fred Martin MB for taking the time to put the customer first!

Had an excellent experience with Alec. He was very knowledgeable about his products and transparent with the prices. He set me up with a very nice Sierra and did not try to pressure me or rip me off with prices for the vehicle or for trade in value.
He would answer questions and work on the deal late into the eveings, often accomodating my odd work schedule with conversations up to 10:00 pm. He has knowledge and sales abilities far beyond his years. Highly reccomended.
