Only use the steam room and hyrdo pool. Its a pity they did not have an ice bath in that area as well when they built the place. The steam room also needs to be hotter as it does not produce enough stream unlike the centre in Cranbourne. The spa is never hot enough for my liking. Some really cute life savers tho :-)

Really fun place for kids, the two waterslides here are close to the best you ll find currently in Melbourne, I ve also found the queues not too bad even in the school holidays and their water play area hard to drag your kids away from! Could do with more family changing rooms though.

No flips. No normal bombing. Pin drops and diving only.
Lifeguards rarely save lives. But police the fun often.

Wouldn't even allow my son to use a spare kickboard as it was swimming school only (which wasnt using it as there were no classes )

Slides fun and good facilities but need to ease up on their over protectiveness

Th"is Aquatic Recreation Center" which is simply my Gym. Is an alsolutely amazing facility, with fantastic service choices available. Be it the use of equipment which is more than enough, locker room space to shower and clean up, number of lockers, the about dozen or so personal trainers to choose from. Two Pools 1 Olympic sized pool,a steam room, sauna.
I think 3 or 4 fitness training session rooms, running instructor led classes. Low monthly dues! It is extremely good value & cost effective as I am currently studying I am getting a student discount however only pay about $80 per month. In which I get a parking pass which allows me accesss to what otherwise would be $8 dollars per 3 hours. A Large 2 Floor Facility with multiple additional services such as dieticians and nutritionists. Personal Trainers. Always a floor trainer on duty outstanding. State of the art body assessing equipment. The personal trainers are amazing choice and exactly what you would want from a PersonalTrainer. Many discounts offered at the time of joning like the first 3 hours of PT sessions for all include for only $175. Free Checkups with a PT every 90 days to see if your meeting your goals etc. As well as the same for check ins with the Nutritionist. They have physiotherapists and the list goes on.

Has a good 50 m (Olympic sized) pool. Also a nice water play ground with water slides. I also had gym, spa, steam room, dry hot room and cafe. Overall this recreation centre is very modern and good place to have fun.

Honestly I love PARC! The gym has all the equipment you could possibly need, there's a cafe, classes, lap pools, spa, sauna, steam room, wellness centre, daycare, kid pool, heated there pool.. great student membership prices too! I would 100% recommend this place.
Clean and all the staff are super friendly and happy to help :))

Fantastic place for the kids with 2 awesome hydroslides included in the price. For 2 kids it was $14. 3 pools and a cool kids play area with big bucket and slides. All running till 7pm mon-fri. It's never really that busy. Yes you have to pay for parking but if you bring in your barcode receipt they refund you your first hour.

I ve been a gym member here for years but never used the pools. Today I had my first swimming lesson for my 6 month old daughter. It was fantastic and I was impressed with the activities, looking forward to many more swimming lessons.

This is the ultimate swim and fitness centre on the mornington peninsula. Excellent range of training, play and therapy pools; great group fitness spaces and a state of the art gym and weights room.

Nice big warm water pool for gentle exercise. Sauna is great. Wet sauna is good too. Often in the change rooms, the hot water is turned off 15 minutes before closing time, so shower fast! Not cheap for pensioners or unemployed but quite a nice pool if you only visit casually. Parking on site requires a special 'pass' Near the rail station so that helps those without a car. Generally a good pool centre with fun kids area and slides. (the slides cost extra)

I love the gym and all the trainers are fantastic. It's 4 stars, not 5 for a few reasons:
- I only use the gym but have to pay for the pool area also. That makes this gym literally just under twice the price of my last gym. I chose parc for the location convenience but it is not twice the services of my last gym despite the price. I also don't have a car and thus don't use their parking. Parking is built into the price.
*PARC needs a Gym Only Membership Option that is aligned in price to other gyms and doesn't include parking.
- I love the group fitness classes. They are run well with trainers who really know their stuff and have positive attitudes. *I wish there was less Les Mills and more trainer led sessions and Strong sessions. There's way too many bodypump classes and the bodycombat classes are practically empty while Parc HIIT, strong and Sh'bam are full with many of us wanting more of these.
-The types of yoga available are all very slow yin forms. It would be nice to have some Ashtanga, Hatha and Power yoga. I prefer yang or yin/yang balanced forms and I can't be the only one.

But, overall Parc is very good in no small part due to the PT's and Group instructors.

I love this place. There are baby pools, toddler pools and Olympic sized pools as well. The water is heated so great for swimming all year. There is also a water park with slides and a massive bucket that dumps a tsunami of water. There are 2 massive water slides and hot pools. These cost extra to access but there is enough to do without going on them. There is a gym and a cafe as well. All around great times to be had. Our biggest struggle is getting the kids to leave! I recommend this place highly.

Great gym facilities, really modern and straightforward to use. Connecting to the internet is a bonus!
The lap pool is busy but well maintained and the heated pool is divine.
Generous change rooms and lockers for members, as well as a big carpark. As long as you don't come while swimming lessons are on you'll always get a park.

We've been going to this centre since our little girl was in 3year old kinder which was when she started lessons, she's just now turned 7. While swimming with her little friend from school I was told that because they were under the age of 10, I had to supervise in a more pro-active manner (walk around the pool within metres of the girls while they were swimming or if they used the slide area I had to be there also). I've seen some children swim better than their parents but, anyway..Never have I been told this and if it was policy, new or not, why didn't the people in reception inform me! And, isn't that why the lifesavers are there?!

The facilities are nice at PARC as are all the lifeguards that you speak too - but unfortunately the maintenance of the facilities is quite simply appalling. Earlier in the year, the cold drink tap was out of action for a good six weeks or longer. Now, they have decided to upgrade the sauna and steam room in the peak of winter! The sauna was out of action for a week or so and then after it was renovated it was again out of action last Sunday. The steam room has been out of action for a good two weeks and once again the drinks tap has been out of action for about three weeks and counting. The digital clock in the hydro area has also been out of action for some time. I have put in two friendly requests that these get fixed, but PARC seems to operate on, to put in politely, "Fiji time." I am sorry that I have to air my frustration online, but I was frustrated today because I couldn't even get in the sauna it was so packed - had the steam room been operational, this likely wouldn't have been a problem.

OMG... Love this place. The facilities are great and the staff are so excited and helpful. Heaps of options for getting back in to fitness and healthy lifestyle. Always improving and open to feedback. About to increase parking, which will be helpful... Fantastic water facilities and amenities... Awesome waterslides for the children... For the adults, spacious hydrotherapy area where you can soothe your body in warm water pool, spa, sauna or steam rooms. Highly recommended.
