Plenty of family fun to be had. The kids live the playground and there is a pool for any age or ability. Very clean and well maintained. I just wish the cafe would do away with the deep fried food and replace it with healthy options.
Amazing waterslides, lots of fun but a little crowded
Tried to contact them twice now over the period of 2 weeks , no reply. Were thinking of a birthday part there, sadly no more.

Staff are friendly, with the only exception being the cafe staff who seem too busy talking amongst themselves rather than taking people s orders and making the coffee.
Parking is a nightmare here. It s genuinely potluck on whether you ll get a park....and if you drive anything bigger than a Golf or Mazda 3 you ll find the parks are way too tight. We have had our doors dented here and it s difficult to blame the other drivers given you need to squeeze into your car if someone is parked next to you.
Excellent venue, so much to do for kids other than swimming as well. Absolutely marvel of a place and have great staff and swimming teachers too.

Very busy aquatic centre. The hydra pool busy but still enough room to complete my requirements. The shower stalls were not easy to use. Bags and towels got wet, the hanger was useless. There was not enough disability bathrooms to service the patrons. Parking reimbursement was very welcomed.
Fabulous for all ages, watersides, hydro pool, spa, sauna, steam room which is lovely and warm, gym with all the modern equipment, friendly staff, great place to either get fit or do your rehabilitation. Highly recommended.

Each time I go it never fails to amaze me how great fun it is. I love the staff and the clean conditions. I have a suggestion for the changing rooms to be re done. Only because there is water everywhere, its hard going to the bathroom when there are naked people running around and the entire stall is covered in water. It would be nice to have two separate areas, one with a sign saying "no changing" other then that I love this place! well worth the 40 minute drive.
Pretty giod place for kids and can spend hours playing here ,,it's a shame on school holidays,,or anytime for that matter that swimming lessons take priority and most pools are taken with these and about 100 people get to squashed up in lane pools ,,to the point where it is awkward because if you fully extend your arms you will brush up on a stranger!! ,,constantly,,very awkward ,
The water slides are great ,,but it takes so long at the top because they only have 6 blow up rafts to rotate ..so big wait ..
I guess if you go in a quiet day not school hold it would be better
My son does swimming lessons here and he loves it. Great place for lessons and a play. My baby loves it here also

Absolutely LOVE this place! I use the aquatic centre for the lap pools and my first time here, I had so much anxiety because it was a new place but the staff were so lovely and told me everything I need to know about the pools, lockers etc. I've been coming here for over 2 months now and I can't get enough! There is plenty of lap pool availability during the day and even the other customers are really lovely! Everybody is respectful and courteous of one another! They also have a great facilities, locker size range, clean changerooms and membership flexibility i.e. just an aquatic membership or monthly options etc. Another great thing is that the pools and centre are not too hot, they are the perfect temperature! There is also plentiful 3 hour parking right nearby if you don't want to pay for parking!
Rapt with the LTS program, my daughter has connected really well with her teacher (Jess B) and is making fantastic progress. Excellent gym and pool facilities. If I had any suggestions I would suggest more family changerooms.
Enrolled our daughter in swimming lessons in which they cancelled first week due to "pool problems" only notified by facebook. Turned up second week and told it was cancelled AGAIN due to "pool problems" AGAIN and was told an email was sent out.Disappointed a child twice too which they obviously dont seem to care about.Both times money had already been deducted for the fees which we now have to wait to get back. They seem to have a big problem communicating and delivering service but no problem taking money.PATHETIC! WE will be taking our business elsewhere. Avoid this place, their customer service is appalling.
Amazing facility with horrible management. They obviously dont care about their customers. Last time I went to parc the pool 80% of thpool was booked for private training leaving the general public 30+ swimmers to use 4 half lanes. Despite mutiple survey's they have addressed non the most prevelent concerns, including overcrowding in gym area, badly position equipment, not being able to use empty training rooms & not opening gym 24 hours too address only a few problems, fix your gym parc & if you plan to join more members expand & optimize your facilities.
Great place for the whole family, it has 2 amazing raft slides with the added bonus of having a machine that takes your raft up for you there is a good size kiddies pool plus 2 more heated kids pools, there is a pool for the really little bubbas to splash around in plus there is also 2 25m pools if your feeling energetic. There are loads more facilities for those who love to burn the calories as well. Keep in mind to do a height check of your little ones before you go, they need to be 110cm and over to go on the waterslides also one out of the 2 slides the little ones need a guardian 18yrs and up. Be warned adults, your inner child may come out, mine did! Hahaha.
The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the chlorine can sometimes be strong enough you can taste it when you leave. My girls and I had a ball and Im sure you all will too. There is only one way to find out. For the 3 of us, 1 adult and 2 children was around the $15 mark.
This place is fantastic. We drive 50 km. one way just to swim in a lovely environment. The hot pool is also great. Lovely coffee afterwards.

PARC is disabled friendly and the staff are supportive and extremely helpful with all assistance required. The facilities are accessible and the best I've used.
Kids love the big slides, loves the pools, and the food, so far this is our fav. like water park.
Would love to have a separate membership for gym by itself for a lesser price.
I remember going on the first time and day this place opened!! GREAT place for the family blue water slide is normally closed but fixed now!! Better then Casey Race because the parents can see the children.
This place is great! The staff are always friendly and happy and it's a great centre the community. The gym has everything you'd ever need, the class range is amazing! And the gym is always clean and someone is always around if you need a hand.
Great facility both my children have lessons here all the instructors are very good with my children both look forward to their lessons ever week.

Great day out, the water slides, play area, inflatible world and staff are exceptional for the price.

Facilities wouldnt work to securely store my property and being located in frankston one would believe that would be a priority.
Clueless staff.
Their only option for complaints are free passes which i cant understand to be honest, as i cant see how they think after all the BS i had to deal with on my very first visit why i would ever come home.
Do not sign up before looking around other businesses offering similar services as you'll regret becoming a member of the place

I I've going to PARC. I use,a 10 visit pass and try to go once a week. The warm water pool is perfect for exercised relaxing. I believe the gym upstairs is good but I personally don't use it.
A fantastic place for keeping kids entertained! Large toddler play area with slides, dumping water bucket and toddler pool with fountains. Fantastic water slides for the older kids (and adults!). Attended during school holidays and blow-up obstacles in large pool. Family change rooms an absolute bonus. Clean! A nice cafe attached with this coffee. Very busy though, so pick when you go!

Great weekly swimming classes for the kids, with a water playground and slides for fun after.
Love to go here with the family or by myself or with a buddy. The staff are all friendly. The lifeguards are really onto it especially with the kids which makes me feel safe going with 3-4 of them in tow by myself.
I've signed up for a complete membership and so have several friends of mine and we all agree it's great. The range of Classes kids activities health and wellness services all add up to an awesome experience.

My son was had swimming lesson in another swimming school but he always want swim more even when the lesson already finish 1 hour/session is never enough for him because he loves swimming so i changed his swim school and going to PARC and be member here 30 minute only per lesson that's fine butttt after that he can continue swim in another pool because here not only have 1 pool and play in water slides witch there really amazing iove it even i can going there also oh my god never regret to join in here
As a disabled person the charge rooms are in a very bad way. 5 nappy bins overflowing over several weeks. The portable bath that is used instead of a bed is broken and has been on and off for over a year. The other disabled room is always flooded as the floor was never laid properly from the opening day.
Huge range of classes, great range of gym equipment, helpful staff and really reasonably priced membership for all you get. Gives you access to the aquatic section too
Dirty change rooms customer service not the best always over crowded, Jubliee pool was heaps better it's a shame they got rid of that swimming pool

Big pool is freezing cold, smaller pool for the kids is never available.
Great swim leisure centre for singles family's and rehabers
Great place to take young children, and for adults and older children the big waterslides are awesome. Fair priced entry includes waterslide use, and there are lockers for valuables. Parking is annoying because you have to pay, but once inside it's pretty good for all ages and it's not too humid or too strong a chlorine smell like some indoor pools are.
