I just bought my first car from Franklin Chevrolet. I was nervous going into the process because of how agonizing I heard the purchasing process can be. EVERY employee I came in contact with was polite and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Cierra helped me to find the perfect deal on my dream car.
